Pro Tip: You don’t have to be a member to use these two services. There is full service with auto department and gasoline which is discounted for members. Pro Tip: fill up early in the day/weekend as the gasoline line is crazy long on Sunday night!

I love Costco. The environment and atmosphere is perfect for shopping in peace. They have so many things to buy so you will never not find what you are looking for.

This place is always clean, and well stocked. Even on a busy day the lines seem to move efficiently. The staff is always pleasant.

This Costco carries some Halal products; these items are not easy to find. And I never remember where things are. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and always take me to where the products are. This saves lots of time and effort. As a single parent, I really appreciate that. The gas is also a great buy--- that alone pays for the membership. There are also outstanding deals on tires.

Customer service here is great!!! I had a problem when I ordered something online and I was trying to get a refund for the item I ordered, 3 months later and still no refund. Walked into this store spoke to Kyleah at customer service and she was able to get my refund within a couple of days. Thank you Kyleah.

This is to the roastery section last week i went to buy 2 roasted chiken the ones they Cook in the oven they need to make sure chiken cooks as well as needed, cuz mine were still bleeding bones when i cut them up

Omg a person was helping my husband with rims for our vehicle a white woman came up she stopped working with him and went to help the white lady Elise was her name naturally he went off couldnt understand why she stopped with him because he is not of the same color then had the nerve to call the police for police 4 cars for him!!!! Told him to leave the property and not come back. it was off the hook I would never in my life come to this Costco again they do not appreciate black American customers at all

Good Costco location. Just make sure you double check while taking the fruits - there is a high chances of bad fruits in that same box. So if you picking apple just check all the apples on that box and that apply for all the fruits. Good customer service

Even though we are a small family, I find it more cost effective to purchase in bulk. I find the products to be of a better quality. The fruits and vegetables are fresher they carry most of what we use/ consume on a daily basis. Variety and cross culture, whos knows when I might want to try another type of Asian dumplings. BRING BACK THE SAMPLES!

Compared to other Costco this one is very rushed but still the staff inside the store manages things nicely to avoid heavy lines and queues. It gets most of the Indian stuffs that I like.

Today, I go to membership and make a return. My corn was rotten and spoiled before I could cook it! Membership took care of me and, I was good to go. At checkout, Linda S., told me she doesnt know how to do her Job! So, I offered a suggestion. Before you know it, as Im Walking out, she tells the lady who is getting checked out after me that I Dont Need Anybody telling me how to Do My Job. Basically, gossiping about me with the next member.bjs is looking like a good membership to have. Back to Bowie and DC I go!

Parking and getting through the gas line backup was an issue. Maybe need some people to help direct traffic when busy. As expected the store was busy but flowing nicely. Everything was stocked and the staff was helpful. And the quality of the Lamb Chops we bought is excellent. Checkout moved quickly

I am a Costco customer over 15 years now and I love it, because for me its all I need in one place, starting from little household things to big house improvements. They even got clothes and shoes, literally everything that you might need or ever wanted. The quality of the product is also very good, it mostly Kirkland signature products, which known as very good quality. Elkridge store is always very warm and easy experience, plus they do the best cleaning and disinfecting job I have seen around. Would recommend as the best to go to shopping place.

My cashier did a big financial transaction error!! That was not cool at all. We told her twice that we wanted to split the total charge and still made a huge mistake. You dont mess with customers money. I felt she ignored us for want to speed things up. Cashiers need to slow down when customers request a specific transaction. 🙄

This is my favorite Costco in Maryland because it has the largest selection of Asian products! Their meat selection is always fresh (no oxidation in their red meat) and a lot of their house brand chicken are usually still frozen (freshly pulled out from butcher).

Not the best Costco Ive been too as far as selection/variety but the service here is awesome and the employees are great.Everyone was very nice and helpful and not disgruntled like BJs employees. I asked for help with finding a few items since I had never visited this location and each time the team member actually walked me to the item!Checkout lines were long but I only waited about 5 minutes. The checkout process was so efficient and I wish that other companies could learn from Costcos methods.

The store is well stocked and clean. However, I had a bad experience at this white marsh location at my last recent visit...was encouraged to do self check out because lines were long; however, the lady working that section, Monica...was rude when I explained I needed help because my left hand paralyzed due to a stroke. She abruptly informed me she could only scan my heavy items and key in my jewelry. I tried to explain as she rudely walked away from me that I had a brain tumor which resulted in a stroke and needed help. She ignored me. I was humiliated and took me forever to get my items scanned. A nice young man who frequently helps me named Nick came to my rescue..he had no problem assisting me. The customer service young lady, Heather is also a gem and a hard working individual who you can tell enjoys her employment at Costco. I may just travel to the glenburnie costco in the future or even the Delaware one. They are always courteous and willing to help in ANY WAY POSSIBLE! I was left feeling discriminated against for my disability...my Money is green. BJS OR SAMS CLUB ....REALIZES THIS. I have been a dedicated Costco shopper since they opened in Whitemarsh..I do not recommend self check out...I also do not recommend if your handicapped or elderly. Im not elderly; but have had family members who are tell me they have had similar experiences needing assistance...I highly recommend GLENBURNIE COSTCO OR OWINGS MILLS OR EVEN DELAWARE.

This is my go-to refueling site. Since I work in MD several days a week, I always use this refueling site. Its usually about 30 cents per gallon less than the gas stations over here in VA.

The undercover footage was despicable. I thought you were above this. Hard pass, Ill be shopping elsewhere.

We drove out here because we were added to a paying family member’s membership. We were told we would need proof of address, which everyone knows is a joke right? That was ok though. Asked a supervisor if we could walk through or have a one day pass since we drove out here (wasn’t sure if they do that) and the answer was an immediate NO with no alternative offered. I understand that there are rules but this is some of the worst service (or lack thereof) I’ve ever received. Actually considering not shopping here at all because of this.

Just a great, big box, value experience. Well stocked and they observe social distancing and cleaning protocols. Just make sure you wear your mask before a friendly staff member has to remind you. I saw this happen to someone on my last visit.

Some great deals..I usually gobton the Glen Burnie one..its actually more manageable being a small Costco..this one here in Columbia..has a lot of things the other store does not have..that being goid..gives me a reason to come here..parking of course is no big deal..there is plenty of it..the lines to check out are fast. The people working there are nice and helpfulAs always check the dates on anything that might or could spoil..I have had instances where the sell by date is in the past..at both stores..otherwise costco is a great place to shop..even as a single owrson..buy it..split it up into separate bags .freeze it..and save tons of mulah

Most of the lines are always open employees ate fast and attentive, and I just had my best experience there last week.I cant really say what because I dont want to get anyone in trouble for an honest mistake, and I was just going to let it go without making any fuss, cus it truly was just a mistake, but the manager was great and went above and beyond for us.An amazing experience

Visited this location on a Saturday....I know thats not ideal if you dont want to deal with crowds. Yes it was crowded. 11am seems to be a very busy time. Walking the warehouse didnt seem to bad untill its time to check out.Social distancing.....ha six feet apart is not possible. I was a little freaked out and couldnt wait to get to my car. Didnt want to stop for a slice thats how bad it was. And even if I did want to get a slice the wait time was crazy.... crowded area as well. This was my first visit to this location and my last!

Excellent Costco. This one is the best in the area because it is typically not as busy as the rest. That means they keep hard to find items longer. They also have unique items other Costcos do not. For example, I’ve found Brooks shoes, Lucky Jeans, and some higher end electronics.

I have been coming to this Costco once a week for past 5 year. I normally go during the week because I know weekend can be busy and I heard sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot. in turns of products, it has half of what I need for a family of 4, and I usually get produce from weis. Costco has good price and decent quantity. I like their credit card gives 2% cash back in store shopping and 3% on gas, I would say if you shop there regularly, it is a good deal.

This is a big Costco. Youre better off going during the week than on the weekend cause it can get pretty busy. Lots of options but there is not garantee that what you see online will be in the that store. Of course online will have more options. Great store though. Everyone wearing masks so logic prevails here.

This demeaning behavior of the cashiers and the floor manager is an insult to this brand. We are all minorities, no one made you god or asked to be talked down to us (shame on you all). You made my guest feel discriminated against and bullied, she was visiting Costco for the first time and was considering joining. Now you lost four members.

One of my favorite places to shop! I have their halal meats section! Prices are always great. I’ve learned not to shop there in the weekends—super crowded and hard to move around with the big carts. I found shopping close to closing time worked best for my family and I also love Costco.com for perfumes, electronics and other needs.
