I will only bring my car here they fix what needs to be fixed.they dont do unnecessary stuff thanks to them my car runs so much better

Jeff the owner at j and l and his wife are amazing I bought my car from him a year ago. I had a coil go bad and he fixed it right away and got it back to me the next day and even texted me to see if everything was good. Its hard to find a reliable trustworthy mechanic around here and Im so glad I found one. I would recommend j and l to everyone

Fair prices at a family business. The owner, Jeff, quickly got my car into the shop and diagnosed the issue. He could have easily sold me a much more expensive rotor replacement, but instead helped me weigh the pros and cons before deciding the best option for the age of my vehicle.

J&L does superb work. Prices are good and fair. Jeff explains what needs to be done and does not try to oversell or add any other fluff. If Jeff cant get the work done, then nobody can.

This place is great. Ive always done my own work simply because I dont trust garages. Not anymore, Jeff is honest, straight forward and very fair.

I wouldnt trust my teenagers cars to anyone else. Not only does Jeff check ever system of the car, he also prioritizes the repairs for me by letting me know what items should be done right away and what can wait. Never any high pressure sales tactics to upsell unneeded repairs.

My first visit with them I needed a alternator the tow driver towed my car to this shop everyone was very nice and professional with me and the price was very reasonable very fast same day service and the lady at the front window gave me a ride home after the tow driver dropped me off that was so nice of her any more problems with my car which I hope I dont have any time soon I will be taking my car back to this Auto Shop they did great work on my car Thank You.

Horrible service, I have been to this garage multiple times with multiple vehicles and issues and not once has the issues been resolved on first visit. I had taken a BMW 323ci here for power steering issues, owner claimed to have fixed problem (replaced ps pump), drove off lot and power steering cut out, went back owner said (O ring blew out), drove off the lot once more by the time I reached home no power steering once more. Finally on the third visit he replaced the power steering rack and fixed the problem. Just recently took my Chevy Silverado here for front wheel shaking, first visit he claimed it was bc of my Knobby tires. Yet insisted I have them replace front axle seals while down there. So naturally I agreed. He had told me to let the tires wear in and the vibration may stop. It is now at the point where I cant drive over 30mph without the whole truck bouncing. I just took it back to J & L to have this issue resolved for once, the front desk consultant asked me on the phone if I knew the issue was the front wheel bearing or if she would like me to have them diagnosis it. I told her I was not positive of the wheel bearing being the issue and asked if they could please look into it. I went to pick up my truck today, just shy of a $600 bill I was given. I paid without asking questions, which may not have been the best on my end, but thought this problem was solved. I had my girlfriend drive the truck off the lot, she calls me and says do you see it? and replied, what?. The entire truck still, shaking and bouncing. I drove it, still having the same loud grinding noises. Went in there to ask what this was and he said its got to be the wheel balancing. It was at this moment when I asked for a refund for not resolving the issue at all. He began to raise his voice and told me he replaced the parts which he was asked and is not hiding anything. To me, I see scam artist. Working their words to have more work beyond the job. I will never take another vehicle there.
