The showroom was clean, modern and well lit. The sales staff and management were very helpful and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the parts manager, I believe his name was Mike. He took the extra steps to make sure that my needs were met with the installation of an after market purchase (headliner).Overall my buying experience at Hertrich was a good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to family and friends.

Jurys still deliberating..... Issues that have to do with service departments call center communication with customer....would be nice to know before you take a day off from work and show up to be told a parts not in...and all you get is a sorry but we have no control over deliveries....not acceptable...still awaiting parts hopefully this weekend...but doubt it .... And oh yeah its the third time with two different vehicles....so three stars is for Dodge service and, The lady at service departments desk on Fridays gets 5 stars. (She was trying to help and was very kind)...if it was appropriate Id do 1 star for the service department but I cant be that mean and I also understand their position as workers ....even though Ive lost moneyUpdate : parts in !! I initially went into Hertrich because a close friend informed me that this Dealership was the Gold Standard for customer service. As my friend was on his fifth vehicle I stopped by! I went in with the mindset of looking at these options: Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator and Grand Jeep Cherokee. My ultimate goal was to find a quality vehicle that would meet my wifes needs (luxury and comfort) and mine (Harley -trailer/bed or?). After walking the lot for a few minutes Hertrich Representative, Brent Sipe came out and introduced himself. I shared with him what I was looking for and he listened (Thank you) and allowed me to own my experience.Over the next few hours I went back n forth on what vehicle was going to meet our needs and wants. Along the way I met another Hertrich Rep, Ty, who was able to provide additional information on whatever vehicle I was looking at to ensure I had the right information to make an informed decision vs an emotional one. Brent had the patience of a saint as we took one vehicle after another over to my wifes office so we could get final approval....I was then introduced to Matt Z. where we discussed the finances and the installation of a factory trailer hitch package. Matt walked me through my options and provided insights that allowed me to make an informed decision. Since this vehicle had a different configuration (hidden trailer hitch- covered by the beauty plate) additional research and support was required. I was then introduced to JoBeth (GO NAVY!) who provided additional support as she brought the parts manager over (wish I could remember his name here). I love having a conversation with someone who might not have the immediate answers but shares a plan that will ultimately get me where I wanted to go.....and that is exactly what he did for me. He scheduled a call with Jeep corporate parts office and was able to provide an intelligent overview of what was going to be needed, when it would be here and the cost.....Perfect!In summary, I have been purchasing vehicles for over 45 years now and this was one of my best experiences with a car dealership. It started with Brents smiling face, truthful and non-aggressive approach allowing me to feel in control of my destination, and continued with the support of Ty, Matt Z., The Parts Mgr. and my fellow veteran, JoBeth (Go Navy!)!If you are veteran or a consumer looking for Best in Class customer service I highly recommend Hertrich and their team!From someone who works in corporate America it was pretty cool to watch different departments work together to meet the customers needs vs working in silos! I dropped my 2012 Ram off for service. I had replaced a head gasket myself. The truck would start but then shut off. I thought that the truck needed to be reprogrammed. They told me they would work on it the following week. I was made to leave a $600 deposit because they believed that the head would need to be removed again to fix what they assumed was wrong with it. After 2 weeks they still had not started work on the truck. I had the truck towed to Premiere Auto Repair and was refunded my money. The next day Premiere had found a wire that was not connected and the truck runs now. Hertrich had told me the truck may need a whole motor and they did not have enough techs that could do the job. Do not take your vehicle here for service they charge $145/hr for labor and can’t even diagnose a loose wire connection.

Purchased Jeep Wrangler today. JoBeth started the process for me, worked hard to get me a great deal on Jeep and my trade in. She even checked in on me on her day off. Great customer service!! Matt took over today and was able to work some more magic for a better payment. Luke did the leg work, test drive, forms, changed over insurance. Great young man!! All in all a great experience!!

I was in the market for a new truck, and shopping around for the best deal I could get, We happened to be driving by Hertrich in Elkton and I noticed they were unloading some from a truck so we stopped in. They had exactly what I was looking for, perfect timing! I met our salesman Micaiah on the lot, I cant say enough good things about Micaiah, he made us feel more like friends or even family! Definitely not pushy like most car salesmen, he listened to us and was very accommodating in our purchase every step the way, a great experience! Listen to a veteran car buyer: Ive purchased cars all over the East Coast, from New York to Florida - Hummers, BMWs, Maseratis, Rovers, and many more, all for my own personal use. My recent purchase of a Ram 1500 pickup from Eric Wiegand and sales manager Matt was not huge deal for me, BUT...they were among the most attentive and diligent salesmen Ive met of ANY type, anywhere. They worked hard to make the sale (and Im not an easy customer), didnt hard sell me, and met my price. And my trade in allowance was beyond fair. Closer Jo Beth had the voluminous paperwork complete and correct, and explained it all in full. Do your homework, shop around...and buy here.

Came in looking for a truck to purchase new. The sales guy of course asked our price per month payment we would like to be at and of course we shot a price range of 500-600 out. They kind of forced a used beat up rental at us. Dents dings and a noise that the sales manager even admitted to that trucks got some issues. Then assumes we need a used truck to fit our price range and was talking down on us. At no given time did the sale person or the manger ask us what we were putting down. We were prepared to put down enough to get in our price range for any truck we wanted . So yes we could have bought that 56,0000 dollar truck and been in our price range. But your manager killed a sales and I will never come back and advise others not to come your dealership. Shame on your sales manger I will buy elsewhere.

Be ready for the up-sell. Shop around for a better deal.Go in for service and find out your seals need to be replaced. Twice I got the leaky seals upsell.The soft sell script goes something like this ... Theres a little oil visible, we recommend replacing seals but you can probably hold off until later. If damage occurs the cost of repair could be more.Last time I went into service, within a week later I had an exhaust leak. I noticed this show up after a ~2hr trip on the highway. I didnt do anything about it for a many weeks.I finally called Hertrich for service and I was quoted ~$128 fee to diagnose the issue, repair charges would be on top of that. I asked if the ~$128 would go towards the job and I was told ... no.I went to another service center and I was quoted $59 for diagnosis. The $59 would be applied to the labor. Total cost for parts & labor was quoted at $140-$190, depending on the time needed to do the work. When I asked what the issue was, I was told an exhaust bolt on the flange before the catalytic converter snapped off. They had to drill it out to replace the bolt.I can only guess what Hertrich would have told me and charged.

I went to Hertrich Dodge Jeep Ram in Elkton today. I started my process online, found a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that i liked, received a phone call from that online inquiry the next morning and made an appointment on Saturday @ 9:30 am. Micaiah was ready to go as soon as i walked into the showroom! He was pleasant, polite and not pushy! They negotiated a fair deal with me on my trade, and the on the price of the new Jeep. Everyone in sales, and in finance were great. I was driving out with my new vehicle by 1:30! That is pretty quick! I highly recommend this dealership, Micaiah, JoBeth and Tony! I will write a follow up review on the service department once I take the JGC in for her first service! Best in Class!

Honestly the most positive experience Ive had while getting vehicle repairs. My alternator died in my jeep on the highway. I called roadside assistance and got my vehicle towed to the nearest jeep dealer. The following morning I found out that they would not accept a third party warranty. I had my vehicle towed over to Fran at Hertrich Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram im Elkton and he took care of the rest. Fran in service went thru my options in detail and gave me his opinion from his years of experience in the industry. Bottom line, Fran saved me me tons. The estimate from the other dealer was 1200 for a new alternator and battery. Fran called my warranty company and got it all taken care of. The same day they got my car, i got it back, and on a holiday weekend no less. The other dealer got my car Thursday night and said it would be done Saturday for 1200. Fran got it done Friday at 3 and all I had to pay was my 200 dollar deductible for the warranty. They also found out my battery was still good and the other dealer was charging me for a battery that was still good. Id give Hertich Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 10 stars if i could.

I went to this dealer because i had my check engine light on paid diagnostic fee i was told it needed a pump that will cost 1100 i agreed set an appointment for the next day i brought the car in so the next day i received a call that something else is needs to be fixed i said i don’t have money for that so a few hours later Mr Victor calls me back tells me he and another lady paid for it good now i was supposed to pick the car up that evening then i get another call telling me something else is wrong so now they think my car is total and it has to be towed out what i drove the car there a day after a long trip ok i go to the office was told they will sell me a jeep shoving it down my throat i was so stressed out i started to cry then i said i don’t want the jeep now they wanted me to pay 1200 for the work on my car which they destroyed and it needs to be towed long story short i ended up paying and towing my car to another shop where it has been fixed easly please don’t take your car to this place they are horrible the manager is rude and disrespectful please stay away.

Well I found the truck I was looking for !! Talked to Eric a salesman who was helpful, then I talked to Matt, the manager, we discussed the deal, I got all info from chrysler on the chrysler affiliate program, and got pre approved for loan from chrysler capital, at that time I informed matt that I had to have extended warranty from mopar / chrysler only !!any other warranty other than chrysler factory warranty was a deal breaker !!! So I get up this morning have my trade cleaned up, drive from wilmington down to elkton, met Eric drove truck all good, up untill time to make the deal.....guess what,,,, they dont offer a chrysler factory warranty !!!!! Manager on duty was generous enough to offer to cut me a check for $500 to get my own warranty, !!! The last thing I need is a warranty from a dealership with terrible reviews on the service department !! Beautiful truck and I will get one with a factory warranty from a dealership that cares about their customers time ! One thing I noticed was in review replies a lot of sorry sorry sorry from dealership, same with sales floor when I complained about telling manager the night before no deal with out factory warranty, and having me waste half of my day driving down when he knew the didnt offer factory warranty

Took my Granddaughter there a couple of weeks ago to look at a Jeep Compass. I worked with Sarah in the sales department and with Matt Z., the sales manager. They were both very accommodating, open and honest about the vehicle she was purchasing. We had problems with the insurance company and they were both very patient and understanding, and waited until we had it all worked out. Matt worked on the financing and made sure her payment was low enough so that she wouldnt run into problems making her payments (even lowered the price of the car, something we had not asked him to do). I couldnt be more pleased with the service we received from Matt Z. and Sarah, as well as the title department. I will definitely recommend this organization to my friends and family. They definitely deserve five stars.

I own a Jeep that I recently took for inspection and oil change. The inspection was related to a recall but Im uncomfortable with the quality of work at the shop and will climb under the car myself on the next warm day. Scribbled over entries and correction may be fine for auto shops but I prefer a clean entry and correct data. Should at least get the odometer correct, just copy it from the printed work order. If not for the need for vehicle specific warranty inspection, Id go elsewhere for service.

The guy that always answers the phone in service is so rude on the phone. He doesnt let you finish speaking and just cuts you off with an answer that is not even relevant to your question like he is assuming what you are saying instead of actually listening. I purchased my vehicle here 2 years ago and I have nothing but issues with my car. All with the transmission. I have warranty and everything I try to call about repairs im met with pompous attitudes like Im just supposed to know what the proper thing to do for my car is. Like isnt that the point of me calling!? To ask for help? Geez. If I didnt have warranty I would never come back here again.

I was working an online deal to possibly purchase 2 cars at once from this dealership. They just stopped replying to all my emails. Also the trade evaluator they use gives very low offers and deducts for a covid-19 which was almost 2k deducted. Many other jeep dealerships in the area and another dealership can get anything they have and will be more helpful doing so.

I made an appointment for October 26 at 9:30 when I a met Tyler he was very helpful and professional and understood my needs for a 2019Ram classic we test drove it and I was impressed. Truck is 8 months old and needs warranty service. Told me they will not give me a loaner or reimburse for a loaner until after they diagnose the issue (touch screen stopped working, clearly warranty issue). They had truck for 4 hours and could not find problem. Stated they need another appointment and it could take 3 days to determine issue, then they may offer loaner. I bought the truck from this dealership, expect better service.

Yesterday I went into the dealership with my girlfriend to buy a new Jeep compass. When we arrived a salesperson by the name of Tyrell came outside and helped us with choosing the right vehicle. After test driving the vehicle, we went inside to run some numbers and look at what options she could afford. We were very surprised that the sales person and the manager Matt were not pushy at all. After a lot of thought about the car, she decided to go ahead with it because she was able to get a pretty good deal for the car that she was trading in. I want to thankTyrell for being very nice, and open to any avenue as with current situations money can be tight. He was fantastic and very personable when discussing any vehicle that we looked at. Tyrells boss Matt was also very nice and open to any question that was asked. As an overall experience we were very happy with the service and will continue to come back to the dealership if we are in need of a new car. My Challenger needed an oil change but was also making a strange noise, so instead of waiting for my regular mechanic to have an appointment I decided to call around and see who could look at my car ASAP. The service department at Hertrich was so friendly and helpful on the phone and had a next day appt. Not only did they figure out what the issue was and fix it, they repaired a recall, as well as the regular service. They shuttled me to and from my house and when I arrived to pick the car up they had washed it. My bill was well under what I was expecting for the amount of work done (new control arm), and they added a discount. I will absolutely bring my car back for service and Ill look to them when its time to buy a new car.Note: The service center and waiting room were very clean and everyone in there was using Covid precautions.

I am a faithful Jeep customer. I caught a flat driving down 95 and came to this location for help. I needed help putting on a spare because my lug nut key was missing. The service manager tells me they can help and then comes out to look at my flat tire. He tells me they can replace it but I’m very close to needing my tires replaced. I told him I understand that, but right now I just need to get my spare on so I can make it home to my baby, and that he can look up my truck information in the system. He continues to push new tires on me and starts to get very rude and disrespectful. At this point I’m very uncomfortable. And now all of a sudden I have to wait 3 hours to get help when I was initially told they could help me right then and there. I left immediately. Do NOT come here for service. Do NOT trust your vehicle at this service center. Horrible.

Dont ever take your vehicle to this place for service. The mechanics at this location dont know what they are doing. After paying $1,768 to get my 2017 Dodge Ram 5500 fixed, it broke down again after 313 miles. The check engine light came on and we took it to Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Where they asked who did such a terrible job. Both dealerships spoke with each other to explain what they had done. Hertrich Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Elkton didnt take fault and didnt want to help us out. So we had to pay $4,178 for it to be properly fixed because what Hertrich Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Elkton did was put a bandage on the problem. Since we are an auto transport business based out of Florida they thought we wouldnt return again. So we went forward and spoke with corporate but since the dealership is privately owned they couldnt do much but to put a complaint in their file. Please be careful taking your vehicle for service at this particular location. These mechanics are not trust worthy and they are heartless. They just simply want to take advantage of people.

As usual, I did my several months worth of research in the car I wanted. I found it on the lot at Hertrich of Elkton. The first time I went in the store Chris C met my wife and I at the front door. After letting Chris know that my intentions that day was simply to view the car, he was more than happy to help. After driving the car I gave Chris and the manager Mike the parameters of the deal I was looking for. Over the course of the next week Chris stayed in touch but never pushed. Meantime I was in contact with 3 other local Chrysler dealers. The other two dealers just didnt seem interested. A week later I sent an email to Chris and asked him to forward it to the store finance manager. In that email was what I wanted to pay for the new car and what I wanted for my trade. I even mentioned the interest rate and loan terms I wanted, Within an hour of sending that email Doug from finance called me to discuss what I had sent. Long story short 4 hours later I left the dealership in my new 300. Chris C and Doug are fantastic to deal with. Great price, even better loan rate then I thought. Best car buying experience start to end I have had in a long time.

Update: Received great customer service from Hertrich after a not so good first experience. Very much appreciated the call back from manager Patrick who wanted to resolve the issue. They took care of the recall repairs right away and called me when it was done. Also, they gave a courtesy car wash. My car looked so good I almost didnt recognize it. Every time Ive come here to the service department Im always helped as soon as I pull up. I did not purchase my vehicle from here but I wish I did. I dont even go to the dealer where I bought my car because the customer service is terrible. Here at Hertrich Elkton they communicate everything clearly and make sure you understand the charges and whats going on with your vehicle. They let you know before doing something so you are not surprised with an insane bill after the fact. Im always in and out in an appropriate amount of time. Nick in service is one of the best people! The sales people are awesome. Service not so much. Very cold and gives incorrect information. Did not care about the inconvenience the transmission blowing up in a 3 year old car was causing me. No offer of a loaner vehicle, only 1 tech that could work on transmission and other dealers were in the same condition.

I went to Hertrich to buy a used car, but instead of selling me the car, Hertrich showed me other options. After showing me other options, I was able to get newer and better used car. Justin Howell ( salesman ) was so outstanding that I was able to buy a ( Both were Jeep Cherokee ) used car for me and a brand new car for my Wife. The Sales Department and Finance Department was able to lower my car payments a hundred dollars with the new sets of payments.... Really hard working Team!!!

Extremely rude and disrespectful mechanics. I was also under the impression I could sense racism and discrimination. I went to another chrysler Dodge location in Bel Air, Maryland, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and very straight forward with the issues regarding my vehicle. I do not recommend the elkton location for maintenance for your car.

How buying a vehicle should be! I worked all day and then drove almost 3 hours to get there and all staff members had everything ready to go with NO bait and switch or any other bs. Everything was as we discussed prior to my arrival. My wife’s new Jeep was detailed and ready to go and we were out of there in no time without any hassle. Big shout out to Zac for orchestrating things professionally and properly!Oh, and we got a nice deal on top of all that!

Service is a total ripoff and waste of time and money!! Brought my Ram 1500 in because check engine light came on and I was going on a trip. No word the day I took it in, no work the following day so I called three times and going immediately to hold with LOUD ANNOYING MUSIC. Finally they called back and said they are going to have to do more diagnostic work and it would be more money. They then said I had low compression in one cylinder and I would need a NEW MOTOR! $6700. estimate. I said I will be in for the truck and came back the next day and it wasnt ready. I went to lunch and came back. Truck was filthy, check engine light was still on! Took it to a engine expert, he cleared the codes, said truck runs great and DONT need a new motor! There was no evidence any plugs had been removed for a compression check. Ripoff

Michelle, as well as the other employees that my husband and I had to deal with during our experience were not helpful. We struggled to get anyone on the phone; however, when my husband went in to get my vehicle, staffing did not appear to be a problem and many of them were sitting around. Michelle has terrible customer service and makes you feel like you, as a customer, are bothering her. We ended up not having our vehicle repaired here after wasting two days. We have had much better service at other Jeep dealerships.

Bought my Rebel from Hertrich a couple weeks ago. Luckily Ty was the one that found me wandering the parking lot. He was able to answer every question I could think of! Ty also showed no pressure when I was considering buying the vehicle. I literally think I sat across from him for two hours running numbers in my head, and still he didnt pressure me at all, he was extremely patient. Weeks later and Ty still checks in with me to make sure Im loving my truck. I was having problems with the Uconnect, and showed up today and before I could turn my truck off Ty was at my door ready to help. And he fixed my issue!. Best dealer experience I have ever had!

Refused to tell me the price of a vehicle until they ran my credit report then stated I have to give them a $1,000 deposit before they tell me the price. Stay away from this dealership!!!!I’ve been shopping for a Ram 1500, we have been going to different dealerships trying to get the best price! These guys refused to tell me the price until they ran my credit history. My wife warned me any inquirers will negatively affect my score. The salesman insisted that won’t happen. My wife was 100% right, it dropped by 20 points. Sham on me for being dumb enough to agree to this! OK, they saw I had good credit, they still refused to tell me the price. Then they shoved a paper in front of me with the $51K on he bottom of it. I asked what’s this? The salesman told me to sign it and didn’t answer the question. My wife looked at the paper, (I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t read it). It was an order for the vehicle. No incentives, no discounts, full sticker price. I asked the salesman if she was right, is this an order? His answer was, “Don’t you want the vehicle?” We left.

Horrible experience they replaced our Auxiliary battery with a battery from AutoZone, and not a Mopar part. They kept telling us the error code would go away in so many cycles and it did not. It obviously still had an issue. Both batteries needed replaced plus a sensor on a 2018. I had issues with slider door coming open as well that they could fix, but I took it to another dealer who corrected the issue. The service was just horrible!!!

On our nine hour trip to Delaware we experienced problems with our diesel truck. Being out of towners we called a Dodge dealership,who referred us to Hertrich, a larger dealership. Michelle was so knowledgeable about the issue we were having, got us in that morning, and out in a couple of hours so we could still get our college son loaded up and on our way. Michelle was upfront about charges we might experience if the problem wasnt covered under warranty. Hertrich even washed our truck before giving it back!Michelle treated us like friends. She showed us a place to relax, get a cup of coffee and where the nice, very clean rest rooms were located. She was so kind and very upbeat.We may not pass through Maryland again, but if I lived in that area I definately would take all of my business to Hertrich!

I will give 5 stars to my Salesman (Justin) and the Finance manager. I had a very good experience buying my Challenger R/T.I am a little frustrated with the ability to get anyone on the phone since I have purchased the car. I have to normally call the dealership 4 or 5 times to get anyone to answer the phone (and not going to immediate voicemail).

Most times going to a dealership can be a hassle whether looking for a car or getting one serviced. This is not true at Hertrich of Elkton. I have brought my Jeep there for it to be serviced for oil or recalls and they are great. Always accommodating and friendly. I havent purchased a new car from them yet but intend to in march. The gentlemen that shuttle you, if needed, are wonderful too.

After a great experience purchasing a new truck, the service department fails miserably. It took more than 4 months to get a warranty repair done. 1st service writer (now gone) failed to submit the paperwork. 2nd service writer failed to submit the paperwork (still there). Finally submitted and approved by the service manager. Work scheduled and upon arrival, manager failed to set up appointment and they were not able to get me in. 2nd appointment scheduled only to find out the wrong parts were ordered. 3rd appointment they set me up with a loaner for a day or two. Turned out to be 2 weeks. 1st attempt at repair, tech attempted fix with a screw (body work on a new panel!). 2nd attempt (body shop) failed as well. Finally got it back after 2 weeks (perfect the SM said), only to find a damaged seal (easily replaced) and a very dirty truck covered in body shop dust. Through this entire process, everyone in the service department gave me the impression they could care less about my issues, until the very end. And they even botched that. The PARTS manager was the only concerned individual. With all due respect to an awesome salesman (Ty!), I cant recommend this service department to anyone, and Ill go out of my way to avoid them in the future. If you dont want to be forgotten after buying a 50K vehicle, buy it somewhere else.

What can I say other than as soon as I walked through the doors Chris c my salesman and the staff made me feel like I was at home. There is absolutely No hassle, No pressure and No rush, very friendly atmosphere. They bent over backwards to get me in the truck I wanted and could afford. 100% would return in the future to purchase another vehicle.Ok people it’s been sometime since I have purchased my vehicle “1year”. I misplaced my paperwork for my warranty info so I called to get some answers. After 2 days and 3 placed phone calls I finally got ahold of someone. Asked how much longer my warranty was good for. I was told the base warranty ran out but had a year left on my power train warranty but this makes no sense to me because when I bought the truck the power train warranty was for seven year from the in service date of the vehicle. So I searched high and low for my paper work and found it, long story short I still have 3 years on my power train warranty. Don’t know why I was told I only have a year left, so I called back and was banged to voicemail. Sales team was great when I bought the vehicle but after that, it went down hill. Service department sucks. I will never go back

By the time a representative called me back, I was giving her information and she asked me if Wednesday afternoon was ok. I replied with do you have anything available Friday? and she hung up on me. Maybe you should check how your employees are handling the phones supervisors.

The first day I went there I had ask to speak with someone the guy at the counter had told me to speak with Chris me and Chris spoke I told him I was looking into a truck he said the jeeps are cheaper and it has everything u r looking for in a truck I said show me what u guys have we walked outside and we had talked about a 2015 jeep I said I like it is nice he said lets go back in and talk so we did and I left very happy with my visit next day we had got in touch once again and he told me to come in he had a better jeep for a lower price so I went in and it was a 2017 jeep renaged I loved it. Chris was very nice to me I loved that him and his parents worked with me to get me a new car Im successfully happy with his work and everything I loved the service Chris had showed me around was polite and he never got mad he never got smart we sat down and talked all of this stuff put and he put me in something I love I wanna give a shout out to Chris and tell him I love the service he provided with me and I give Chris a 5 star rating

Best service department I have ever seen. Way more Superior to Country Dodge, Oxford, pa I bought Ram from country. Took back 4 times for radio troubles they say couldnt duplicate the problem.Country terrible On warranty service. Went to Hertrich Nick and Teddy said they have reports on radio issues. I 5 days later Hertrich installed new radio. So no more Country Dodge.

A TRULY STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE.Ty Lacey, our salesman is a wealth of knowledge and was able to clearly explain the different options in each trim level. Nick Tsalafaos, the manager made finalizing the deal a breeze. We didnt have a trade, so once we agreed on the price, he had someone pick us up and take us to the store. Went in for a safety recall and an oil change. I had an appointment for 9am. When i asked for an approximate time that it would be finished. I was told curtly they were already behind. That they had taken in 8 customers already. I wasnt about to wait around for a couple of hours for a simple oil change and he wasnt sure if they have the recall parts. They need to fix their attitudes at that dealership. Im in the service industry. We treat customers with respect. Not like an inconvenience. Which seems like the way this service department wants to operate.

Nice people especially for a car dealership. My old jeep lost transmission and they got me into a new jeep for a pretty good deal despite the negative equity in the old jeep.
