I love this Seasons Pizza the food is Always on point♥️.They have seasonal pumpkin cake & pumpkin cheesecake. If youre a pumpkin fan like myself.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Kim and the morning crew are amazing they memorize my order they know its me just by my voice they always are quick no matter how long the line is Im not sitting there for more than 10 minutes I totally recommend this place theyre all so hard working and work during the entire shut down I think they all deserve a major raise!

This location has friendly staff but their cash registers havent been open for at least a month. You can only order using the app or by going through the drive through. We assumed it was one day. Not sure why it has continued for so long.

Staff was nice but it was a long wait for a mobile order of just one lemonade on a weekday morning around 11:30. The staff member did apologize for the wait as she handed me my drink, and the lemonade was good. However, this was my first 15+ minute wait for a single drink at any Starbucks and I put the mobile order in about 5 minutes before I arrived, so about 20 minutes total.

All items I wanted were surprisingly in stock. My hot chai could have been a little hotter, but it tasted good. The exit from the drive thru is kinda tight.

I love this location. Never had any issues with my orders. Plenty of seating. Quiet.

We have NEEDED a Starbucks in Cecil County for a long time, the ladies there never disappoint! Excellent coffee!

Im actually here right now and I just wanted to leave a review because I went through the drive through and the employee who greeted me was very nice and cheerful, asked me how I was doing and thanked me for asking her back, she was very helpful.

Drove all the way here for them to be closed. Hours of operation are NOT correct. Very disappointed to find a piece of paper taped to the speaker saying that they are not open during normal business hours.

Frequently seems to be touching go with service and accuracy. I order and keep my fingers crossed. Even though they are to fix your drinks if theyre not right, it takes longer and my time is valuable as with anybodys. Quite a few times Ive received a condescending tone when my order is inaccurate. Or, I have been told that I need to wait longer to have my mobile order done. I order via mobile so that my order is accurate. I dont care if I have to wait in the drive through for it to be ready. I want it done and done right the first time. So, if I order just prior to pulling up to the drive-thru, is to ensure the accuracy of my order and diminish the need for back and forth with a card payment, particularly during this pandemic. I would appreciate it if all of Starbucks staff understood that I dont expect it to be ready when I pull up to the drive-thru speaker. Just make my order in the order behind the six people in front of me and Im happy.

This Starbucks has a tight parking lot. Map your approach if youve got a big truck. They were very busy, so somewhat slow at 8 am.

Most times the line moves pretty fast. I like that they have options for breakfast & lunch which helps me with my busy days at work.

To the point.. most of the staff is polite except for 1 big guy at the window that doesn’t speak or even acknowledge you are there. I am there almost everyday at different times and at least 50% of the time either my drinks are wrong in product or size or I am charged when my stars are supposed to be used instead. If it didn’t happen SO often, I wouldn’t complain. I will be going into Glasgow from now on.

I go here about 3 times a week ! The staff is always super friendly ! Im a groomer so i always have my poodles with me in the car. We are always offered a pup cup. There are a few ladies that work early mornings that are always so helpful with drink choices and combinations . The Carmel Machiatto with Sweet Cream Cold Foam on top is my favorite! Its so refreshing to have a place where people seem genuinely up beat and happy ! So much better than the grunts, huhs and head shakes you get across the street.

Was fantastic when it opened... lately though, its been less than stellar with regard to service and consistency. Still a far cry better than the one over in Glasgow, DE... but, thats not a high bar to clear. Its a Starbucks... they serve expensive coffee... they just arent very good at it, nor do they care about that fact.If things improve, Id be happy to change my review...

If I say cold brew JUST on top. No cream why the hell would they put cream in my drink? I guess that’s what you get when you spend money with a liberal company. They can’t follow simple directions

Its Starbucks. You know the drill. Usually a good experience but every now and then you get some weird barista whos sweeping and doesnt wash his hands before making your drink.

So stop in today and place order while heading to work. Order large blondie with 4 sugars and creamer and 8 shots espresso and white chocolate mocha with carnel and whip cream. Charge 13 65. End up with hot chocolate with whipped cream and its small. Blondie and no creamer or espresso.Try say something and woman closed window. This is third time orders was screw up. Done i will go back wawa and pay 6 bucks for same thing. This place was good when first started but went down hill fast.

The whole Starbucks Experience is starting to fade a little, as I dont remember what I ordered - and each time I go - it seems like theres a new trendy drink that they are offering, instead of focusing on improving the quality of the existing drinks.

This is my first bad experience at this Starbucks. I had asked for a drink that I’ve seen a lot on tiktok but the girl started laughing at me and was very confused. She was laughing so hard she couldn’t get out her sentence. She then says that she doesn’t have it and that she can make me some thing similar. I say OK and when I drink it it taste like watery Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. I was very disappointed

I love coming to this Starbucks! The staff here is always friendly and courteous. A good majority of the staff know who I am when I come in, and are always happy to help. The environment is comfortable and the dining area is always clean. Would recommend anyone looking for their caffeine fix to drop on in and relax.

Waited more than 30 minutes for a coffee. They only care about the drive through. No one even apologized about the wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to anyone!

Literally love Starbucks so I have nothing bad to say. Love the drinks, come here all the time. Only things I would say is that the drive through is very small and baristas put way too much ice in drinks.

They open and close when they feel like it. Gone there numerous times and have yet to open on time, or have closed early.

Very kind and friendly staff, the parking lot and drive up go around the whole building, and really best for small cars. If you have a big truck, park over toward the shopping center and walk.

This Starbucks has a very nice interior. The service was the best that Ive had at almost any Starbucks. The drinks were made quickly and consistently with in Starbucks standards. I would definitely visit again and thank the staff for awesome service

Theyre good, but they seem to focus on mobile order first and then in-store orders second.

The service was very good and the store was nicely arranged and decorated. Only complaint: its a little hard to spot from the road... there is a street side sign for the pizza place in the same building, but no Starbucks sign. (just the sign on the building)

Well the major thing is my order is never right and I don’t do custom drinks but also the guy in the drive through don’t really speak to you which is strange overall just a bad experience after the next I will wait in the line at the Glasgow location for the great customer service.

Mgr Julia is awesome @ 101 W Pulaski Hwy, Elkton, MD 21921 she always makes my matcha with no base just the way I like it. she has excellent intincts, and leadership skills. Ms Julia is definitely an asset to the corporation and as a stockholder I highly recommend her for a promotion or raise.

Ordered 2 strawberry frapp. Couldnt even drink them! Went through the drive through so didnt even notice until I was out of the parking lot. I LOVE these drinks and this was disgusting. So. Much. Syrup. The bottom was a big syrup blob and syrup was dripping down the sides. When I drank it it was straight strawberry syrup. Disgusting. I had to mix it myself. For $10.50 for 2 they need to make them right.

Excellent! Great customer service, very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. They have a phenomenal selection of drinks and pastries and are welcome to suggesting you something if youre feeling indecisive. They have good coffee and always a safe bet to just get a hot cup of joe. Highly recommend gor the atmosphere and selection :)
