I have been dealing with Sarafina for the past 3+ years and I cant praise them enough. Their products are ALL first class, which in itself is amazing, but on top of that, they provide excellent customer service and are always available for help with anything to do with wool or related tools and equipment. If that isnt enough, Sara and the crew provide FREE tutorials on a vast array of subjects, all listed in an easy to find format. I dont live in the USA, but their prices are more than reasonable even with exchange and duty. Saras tutorials were some of the first I found. I was an instant fan of her humor and style. All though even now, 4 years later, I rarely match her style I know I can get my base and add my own crazy style.Her core wool is my favorite hands down and shipping and packing are FANTASTIC! I want everyone to know that I have purchased wool from all over. Big box stores (dont do it) several on line large suppliers, Etsy and even local. I have never found wool that felts like Sarafina wool. It is easy to mold into shape and I actually havent over felted in any one spot like happens to every one of us at one time or another. Her prices are super fair for the amount you get and shipping is outstanding. I will never ever purchase fiber anywhere else!

SaraFinas Fiber and tutorials have put me on the right Fiber track. She has Beautiful wool in an abundance of colors. Very little vegetable matter in most cases none at all. The Core wool pretty much felts its self it is amazing. (re:white chunky core) The whole staff and Milo (and Milo desarafina ;) ) are a joy..
