Complete rip off. 1.6 grams of gold scrap price values at 68$. I was given 30 dollars for my gold. Even with the fluctuations of the gold market that is just offensive.. These guys are all about profit, absolutely no sympathy or understanding. My last ditch effort is only gon a get me half way there it seems.

Ive done business with the trading Co for three years now and have always had a pleasant experience. They are really a home town shop and about relationships.Rich helped me breakdown my M1 fresh from CMP. He gave me a walkthrough of the rifle and some history. Best customer service Ive had from a gun store, especially anything on the westside.

I love this place! I’m so happy with the things that I’ve purchased here over the years. What’s especially nice about this store is the people who work there. Sometimes it can be intimidating and embarrassing to shop for items that are unfamiliar. The sales people are never condescending or impatient with my questions. They are just nice and helpful. So it might be that I look like a coastie (western wa person, though living on the coast is wildly expensive) but they sold me some ammo marked up. Purchased 250 9mm shells for 174$ which isn’t terrible at this point in time. The problem that I had bought as just behind the price tag was a sticker for 135$. They gave me the old gouge. Nice guys and all but man I must not have any street cred left.

I, have been a customer for a few years now, first on the pawn side of the store looking for and often finding great deals on guitars, amps, computers, sporting goods, etc. I eventually graduated to the firearms side of the store when my daughter moved to Ellensburg who is a longtime firearm enthusiast.You can usually find a great deal on new and used firearms and supplies. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowable. If you have a need for Firearms or supplies (dont forget guitars,amps, jewelry, etc) and youre in the Kittitas area pay these guys a visit you wont regret it!

Not only is the staff knowledgeable and helpful but they have made every experience I have had there a wonderful one. If you are new to owning guns this is a great place to start. If you are a seasoned gun owner and looking for something that may or may not be on the shelf locally, this is the place to go. If it is available but they don’t have it on the shelf they will hook you up.

With the way our flappable governments temperament towards dissolving our right to life and liberty and the individuals right to self govern; a line in the sand was made. I was thoroughly impressed with the inventory and knowledgeable staff in meeting and addressing all my questions. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place all the workers are amazing and very helpful. I’ve purchased all my guns and ammo from them and I will never go anywhere else for anything. I am from Western Washington, Arlington to be specific, but I often travel to the Yakima Valley to hunt and the Columbia River to fish during the year. Whenever I do head South, I try to stop in to look at guns and items they might have for sale. I remember spending almost a half hour just talking pistols with one of the staff. Our last stop on Monday the 25th, I was able to purchase some very scarce supplies! I look forward to my next trip through Eburg!

Its a pawn shop, what, you want as-new MSRP for whatever used junk you wanna sell them?Ive bought things there that you cant get elsewhere in town and had no issues.I dont go there to get patronized, so maybe Im just not too personally bothered by the people there treating me like some dude that walked in rather than Gods gift to their entire existence. Honestly, Id dislike it much more to have some scripted welcome and to get bombarded by fake smiles and small talk that no one involved really wants to trudge through.I go there for specific reasons. When I do so, I encounter no issues. What else do you want?

I drive from Spokane to here for visiting a friend. Randomly stopped near this shop, and looked around. These staffs are very kind and knowledgeable. Their price is good, i bought a pack ammo and some parts. Very happy, definitely come again next time come here or pass by, lol.

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced dealing with firearms. These people are lazy, rude, an incompetent. Not only do they have a terrible selection of firearms, but everything behind the counter or in the cabinets are overpriced. For example, every gun shop Ive called does transfers for $25. Their transfers cost $40. The ammunition prices are outrageous as well. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Drive to Yakima or order online over shopping here.

Ive bought every gun except my shotgun from there and Ive never had a bad time. They sell stuff for pretty cheap and they offer a lay away deal thats very easy to work with. Theyre very knowledgeable and have kept me from making several unwise purchases

Six years ago I was looking for some ammo to hunt with for my Mosin. The guy told me he had just the thing, charged me way too much for the surplus ammo, then immediately after the sale told me just so you know, its illegal to hunt with that ammo, and we dont accept returns on ammo. He gypped me. I will never buy from these scum again.

Been here a few times to be sure my lousey service wasnt just someone having a bad day. It wasnt. Every employee is rude and acts like Im bothering them. Their selection is meh. A few firearms Ive been interested in were either over priced or in poor repair or both. They may have a customer base somewhere but I prefer my firearms to be in safe working order with no question about their function. The last time I was in (which will be the final time) I was looking at a rifle for a few minutes when an employee walked in front of the gun I was holding and told me I needed to stop pointing it at him and that you need to know where youre pointing it at all times. I said you werent even around when I picked this gun up and youre right YOU do need to know where Im pointing it at all times and walked out.

Kittitas county trading co./pawn shop, is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to. The stocky fella behind the counter was an absolute rude prick to me while I was in the store. They mark up the crap out of all merchandise and scowl at you when you dont buy something. Trust me spend the $10 in fuel and drive to Yakima or any other gun/pawn shop to do business or you will be sadly disappointed !!!Go back to basics, good customer service is everything, especially in a small town !!!!
