Maybe leaving a review will get us a call back, we had this company come out and do a diagnosis of our walk-in cooler and freezer. They initially left saying they would look up parts and give us pricing and a quote. 10 days later no quote, no invoice no update. They were the only company we called that required a $540 payment to do the diagnosis. Similar to others experience with this company, they didnt call us, when we called them they said that they needed to return to take measurements. No other technician required measurements, and said that they dont need measurements to replace a motor. As of now I want a full refund for the services.
High costs, the repair did not correct problem, they did not respond to calls and texts. This may be a scam. I will keep you informed if they correct this.
This is a scam company. After inspecting my broken stove, he took my check to order a part so that they could repair the stove. They cashed my check and then never showed up to repair the stove. Every time I try to call them, they never return my call. We noticed that the back of the check we wrote to them is not endorsed and there is no way to track them down. I want to take them to small claims court but cant find them since they are a scam company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!
This business is dishonest. Six weeks ago I pre-paid to order a replacement part.The check was cashed the next day. This business will not answer my calls. They have my money and have never completed the repair, my washer is still broken. DO NOT TRUST this business.

I normally dont leave the review. However, this place makes me to write the review. I used this place to fix my in laws oven. Its been more than a month since they engaged the first initial fix. I paid full amount of money since I believed that they were going to fix. However, it was not the case. The oven was not fixed. Moreover, they did not even contact me back since. I wish I never used this place. Hope, this review helps to people to really think one more time before they make a contact.Correction 3/6/2021: Although they said, they contact me again. They never contacted me again. Please avoid this place. Use someone else and thats my advice.
Bill was fantastic and amazing. He explained things to me about my appliance. He was very knowledgeable about my appliance and again explained things so that I could understand him. Will tell anyone who needs a repair service to.usr them. He is a great access to tour company.
They told me my oven was fine and working. They said it’s normal for the gas to turn off rapidly during preheating and that the igniter was fine. The igniter actually was the issue I had another company repair it. They would not refund me. It’s pretty sad that I can diagnose this but a technician cannot, maybe someone should pay me $89.00 for a real diagnosis.
Full invoice paid at time of repair but were unable to repair dishwasher due to a missing part. Never came back, never called back. I have emailed, called, Facebook messaged but will not respond.
This is a money hungry company with technicians who are both rude and unprofessional. A tech came to my home diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and didn’t even bother to screw the bottom piece of the dishwasher back before he left. When i called back a month later to have the service completed I was told I would have to pay $90 AGAIN for them to diagnose the same problem. Then tried to tell me they were helping me by charging me the cost of a brand new dishwasher for a simple repair! Scams!!!!!!!!!

The technician was on time. I was alerted the day before the appointment and before he arrived. He was polite and was able to diagnose and explain the problem. Repair costs were reasonable.Its been two weeks since the initial visit and diagnosis. We have already paid for the repairs but sadly disappointed with the total lack of communication. I was promised that I would be contacted within a week when the parts would arrive. Heard nothing after a week. I called and was told parts were delayed but I would be contacted. Notified by text that appointment set for yesterday but I requested appt be changed to today. Noticed that appt has been changed as per my request but time window has come and gone. Still waiting and no contact. NOT PLEASED WITH THEIR LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS. They have my money for the repair and have no idea if they are ever coming back. Subsequent calls have gone to voice mail with no response. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Dont use this service. Greedy and no skills. The service (Bill”) charged me for $430 for replacing defrost thermostat, and it didnt fix the issue. I tried to follow him up for more than a week but he became rude and did nothing. I have to buy a new one after wasting more than $400 and two weeks.Update- Since the service is denying I was a customer( see their reply below), I am here to provide more info so ring the bell to them: $435.82 charged on 9/23/2020 for fridge in town home in Glen Burnie.

Very quick response! Someone arrived at my house within just a couple hours after my initial call when other businesses told me I would have to wait a day at least. The only wait time was for a part that had to be ordered. Bill was our repairman and was very efficient.

Will not call again. Period. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 pm, my wife took a half day of work so that she could be home to meet the technician. At 5:42 I received a phone call and since I leave my phone on do not disturb, it went straight to voicemail. They left a message saying they could not get through to my phone so they will not be showing up to my house. I called back at 5:52 and had to leave a message (how ironic) saying please come to my house, my wife is waiting. When I was finally out of work at 6:30 my wife decided she wanted to call and speak to someone. Bill was the one who answered the phone and was the technician that was supposed to show up at our house. He said since the company closed at 6 pm he would not come by tonight and had to schedule us for a different time.So basically, the company closes at 6 pm, calls at 5:42 for a 5 pm appointment (apparently you are supposed to receive a call 30 minutes prior, but that is not explained anywhere on the website or emails/text confirmations). Then even if you call back before 6 pm to tell them, yes I am here. Oops too late I didn’t see the message till after 6 pm?!?!?!I was quite angered by the fact that he told my wife he would not show up until he got that confirmation call before hand. So, I decided to call. He explained to me that he does a “call ahead” because he has gotten to clients houses before and they forgot about the appointment and no one was home. He explained how this is an issue as he does not get payment information before the appointment is scheduled. HOW IS THAT MY ISSUE FOR YOUR POOR BUSINESS DECISION?! That is exactly why every company that does door to door support bills you if you miss an appointment. Even tech companies have started doing that if you schedule web based training!All in all, I am rather glad Bill did not show up as I will never be using or recommending this company. I hope your search for an appliance company goes well but I will warn you, if you do use this company, SIT ON TOP OF YOUR PHONE FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT! God forbid you need to take a piss and miss that call...

Bill came to repair the dryer. He was kind and friendly. After fixing it he did a thorough maintenance to clean the inside and check that there were no other areas that could become a problem. He also gave me tips on how to maximize the life of the appliance. Very pleased.

Worst company no response
I was having a problem with my dishwasher. I was able to get a next-day appointment. Appliance Repair Technology sent Bill out to diagnose my problem. Not only was he very professional but extremely friendly too. My dishwasher needed a pump. Bill went to the warehouse and quickly returned with the needed part. He drained my dishwasher and replaced the pump all in about an hour. To be sure that the dishwasher was working as expected he ran a test to fill the dishwasher and also a test to drain it. Everything worked as we expected. If I should ever need another appliance repaired, Bill will be the person that I request. Thank you Appliance Repair Technology and thank you Bill!
What a nice surprise. I randomly selected from a list of repair companies listed on Google search. The technician came as scheduled, in short time, and was knowledgeable and polite and took time to explain my situation. We ordered the part; he returned in 4 days, installed it - all done on schedule. I would call this company for any other problems I may have in future with any of my appliances.
I called on short notice about my washing machine and they were able to send someone the same day within the hour. Bill who was the tech they sent out was very friendly and he explained everything that he was doing step by step so that I could understand it. I would definitely use them for all my future needs!
I have a home in Canton, Baltimore and on a Saturday my refrigerator quite running, not knowing any appliance repair company we found Appliance Repair Technology Experts on the internet. I called them around 2:00 on Friday and the lady that answered was very polite and by my surprise she told me that a repairman would be here at 2:00 on Saturday, we were very happy for the promptness. The repairman Bill showed up on time and diagnosed our refrigerator and said he could get the part and repair it Monday morning. I was very impressed with Bills knowledge of our refrigerator and his prompt and very courteous service. He fixed the refrigerator as he said and it runs perfect. We never knew who we would call in the event of any of our appliances, heating or air conditioning would fail, we know now and I would highly recommend Appliance Repair Technology Experts, we feel good knowing that we found a repair company that is so prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Called this morning for repair service and was pleasantly surprised able to come out this afternoon. The repairman was courteous, professional, got right to work and repaired my bottom freezer. Unfortunately, we did not receive good service from this company. We had our dryer diagnosed and we were told that it can be repaired. The first time the technician came, the dryer worked for one day and it broke down. So, I have to call him back. He came back two days later and tried to repair the dryer and when he left he said it was working. But, when we tried it, it was not working. And so, I have to call him back for the third time. It was getting harder and harder to get hold of the technician, so I tried to call the main office but nobody is picking up the calls and it keeps on going back to their voicemail. Finally, I got hold of the technician and he tried to repair it for the third time. This time, I asked him to let us know if the unit can still be repaired, and if not, we would gladly pay the diagnostic fee and we will just buy another dryer. But, he insisted that he can repair it. But, again, the same thing happened. For the 4th time, I have to call the technician back. We were already entering 2 weeks of having no dryer at home. I asked him if he is the only technician in the company, and he said that he is the only one in the Baltimore-Washington area. So, I guess, we are stuck with him. We told him that we cannot be without dryer and we want a refund for the repair, and would be glad to pay for the diagnostic fee. But, again he insisted that he can repair it and then he told us that it is the circuit breaker and not the dryer that is the problem. We have been living in this house for more than 20 years and there was never a problem with the connection. Our dryer usually lasted for 8-10 years and when it breaks down we just buy another one. But this time, we tried to have it repaired...and that was a big mistake. So, for the 4th time, he tried to repair it and still it did not work. It was already more than 2 weeks being without a dryer and we gave up on trying to get him come back for the 5th time. We did not get an electrician and we just went out and bought a new dryer and it works just fine. We just accepted our loss for the amount that the company charged us right away even before the repair was done.

They showed up diagnosed and ordered the part within a few minutes, then came back and put the part on within 5-10 minutes. The price was outrageous. The part price was outlandish for a piece of plastic but that I put on the manufacturer. The service fee itself was outlandish, more than $500.00/hour given the time he needed and how much it cost. When I told him the fee was exorbident he started telling me how much surgeons make. My suggestion would be to get a few estimates before going with this company. I was remiss in this as I needed this done immediately since my freezer door was off, and I took the agency that was able to get out there the soonest.

Called about a beverage air fridge that had stopped cooling, but still ran. On the fence about replacing or repairing. Asked for advice on cost of typical repairs based on specific symptoms. They told me they wouldnt touch the fridge because i had a keg in it. Otherwise very helpful.

Bill was my technician and he was able to come out the same day I called which is when my refrigerator completely quit. He was very knowledgeable about the KitchenAid refrigerator, ordered the part and picked it up the next day and welded the coils to the refrigerator vacuuming out the freon and in putting new coolant. I had an 8:00 am appointment. Technician arrived at 11:30. He had no idea how to fix the refrigerator. When he started prying moldings off the wall and pulling on water lines I told him to leave. First he said it was a $59 service charge, then he called his office and they said it should be $99. Refrigerator still does not work, I wasted a whole morning with this fiasco and they lifted a service charge off me.
We requested a service call for an intermittently leaking water dispenser on the refrigerator. When the technician informed us that a valve replacement was needed and nothing more, we decided to replace it on our own once the leak got worse, and we paid him the fee for his travel, time, and diagnosis.
Had a great experience, our problem was fixed in a timely fashion and our remain man was very pleasant!
