Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Greeted me upon entry and another asked if i needed help in the bourbon aisle. Very clean and well stocked/ professional store. Prices are very reasonable. And they even have tasting/ open bottles of their store picks for customers to sample before buying. Not many stores offer reasonable prices AND present as well as this one.

Very nice well stocked store, clean and organized. Prices are little lower than average. They run specials on certain products and there is a loyality program where you can earn points to be cashed out on future purchases. I got 3 bottles of very good Tequila for less than $100, totally worth it!

This was a great visit. They were clean, organized and had a wide selection of more than just wine. Their prices were reasonable. I was able to find my favorite wine that everyone doesnt carry.They have ample parking. Automatic doors, handicap parking and accessible/ flat surface. Aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair. They have small carts and a few check out lanes.

Girl with samples was to busy flirting, not that I wanted to try any but Im sure her job is to promote, not entertain a man 2× her age for compliments. They didnt carry what I was looking for but still ended up leaving with something to drink. The guy who checked me out didnt seem full of spirit but the staff was otherwise helpful in helping me look for what I wanted to find.Editing to say the top part is still true..however they had a liquor I have been searching for for 5 years since having it in Mexico, man who worked there was like oh we dont have that and I literally turned down the aisle and it was right there. So my original 3 stars went to a 4 because I got my pomegranate tequila which I highly recommend, we sat in our room with chocolate and nuts and sipped on it(its that good)

This wine shop is my favorite place in this area. The ambiance of this place was so relaxing and cozy. The wines that they had was so tasty. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable enough about wines. Also, every weekend they had a sampling event in which you can try their own produce wine. What a lovely place!

Truly excellent selection and amazingly helpful staff. I can’t speak to wine, but was able to pick up a DMV only gin, a small batch wheat whiskey, and a barreled gin for 100 bucks which is pretty great. Lots of other tempting options too and at great prices - beer included. Highly recommend.

We like this store. It offers great selections and interesting products. The service is great! There are some interesting beer sold individually. We have the options of picking 4 or 6 in a pack (create our own pack). We will definitely go back if we are in the area.

I absolutely love this place for many reasons, but first and foremost is the selection of single malt scotches. They had Glenfarclas 25 year old when nobody I checked with in the Baltimore region including Montgomery County too. They had my second and third favorites as well. While imbibe mostly singl malt scotch, I do fancy a beer now and again and they have not only an eclectic domestic selection, but also a HUGE import selection as well. Anyhow I just really love shopping here!

Beautiful wine and liquor store with a wonderful and friendly staff. Petite frequently holds tastings and events as well. They have a wide selection from type and area, so if you are looking for a specific wine, this is where I would recommend to go. Petite also stays up to date with new products, almost the day they are released, which is awesome if you love specific seasonal beers.

Great selection of wines and even better selection of whiskies bourbons and rise. They have a lot of different things that people may or may not have heard of period one shortcoming is that they definitely do not sell at MSRP and use partially inflate secondary market prices for some of the more difficult to find whiskeys (all types). If you are determined to get the whiskey you want and dont mind paying extra for this is definitely a place for you

This is the best liquor store in the area-Best selection: I have been on an Irish whiskey kick and I had thought that I had drank all of the Irish whiskeys available in the area. I went into Petite Cellars and they were very helpful with guiding me in the right direction. Plus, I found plenty more whiskeys to try. It is going to take me the rest of the year to go through them all. Their craft and micro brew beer selection is fantastic as well.Best prices: I thought the prices were going to be super expensive because of how nice the establishment and staff were, but everything was very reasonable.Again, their staff is very helpful and resourceful. There are tastings and classes you can attend (Unfortunately, I havent been able to attend one because the times dont work with my schedule). There is a rewards program that you can sign up for. You get a card and two key-chain cards that you use with every purchase. On top of all this awesome stuff, I left my I.D. at the shop and they mailed it to me. THANK YOU

Best experience in hard to find scotches!Ever since discovering the nuances and joys of scotch whisky, the journey has taken me all over Maryland. However there are no other stores in the vicinity that offer high quality alcohol at fair consumer prices. The store manager and staff are most informative and have offered a great selection of single malts of official and independent bottlers that have never turned me down. YOU ROCK GUYS!!!

Petite Cellars is a high end Liquor Store with an extensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits tailored toward diverse inventory and good customer service. Tom (Petite Cellars GM) in particular works hard to help his customers find what they are looking for, and to help them find new products that they might enjoy. Petite Cellars also has a tasting room, and they work hard to bring in producers and brand ambassadors that make their tastings enjoyable. While they do have good sales periodically, dont go there expecting the absolute lowest prices in town. Instead, go there expecting mostly reasonable prices, excellent personal customer service, and a large, diverse inventory. And no, they most likely are not going to be able to sell you Limited Edition bourbons at all, let alone at MSRP.

After some years, I switched from Pine Orchard to Petite Cellars. PC is well lit, plenty of selection and you can get help finding what you want. It is true that PO has the price edge, but its not enough to sacrifice the difference in better experience.

They have a good selection of beer, wine and liquor and you find most of what you looking for. The staff is well trained and can answer most questions as well as give you great suggestions. They are a newer store and still working on costumer demand items. We deducted 1 star for price. You pay more here, as you would at any of the other local stores around.

This is a fantastic store. They dont always have the best prices, but value isnt why you came here. Its their impressive curated selection. Best beer selection this side of Perfect Pour. Make sure to check the dates though, when you have that large of a selection sometimes the shelfie IPAs sit for a while.

Updated and downgraded my review since the owner has gone the way of Piney Orchard. There is a great selection of bourbon, scotch, wine, champagne, craft beer, etc. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The hard-to-find items (e.g. bourbons) are now priced at 5x-10x or higher than reasonable retail price. Ill enter the Montgomery County lottery (or Perfect Pour!!!) for these items where they dont price gouge. Its unfortunate that he has gone down this path.
