(April 2, 2021) I love this Walmart. Its the biggest Ive seen since Ive been in Maryland. I love their variety & selection of black hair products. Its also the most black hair care products Ive seen in the Walmarts Ive been too. Thats really appreciated & nice to see the consistency on products. Im not from there, but I was looking for a specific product & I was blessed to find it & another. I can count on Walmart & thats so nice. Thank You!

Man they had a great sale on pressure washers half off. I was only suppose to get Brussel sprouts.

Definitely one of the better Walmarts around. Theres even charging stations in the parking lot for electric vehicles--or maybe its just because its in Ellicott City. Also a nice organic section. The garden center is very sparse but it may just be too early in the season.

I love that its one stop shopping! They always have everything I need and usually I come out of the store with many things I dont need just because the prices are so great. Friendly employees who have always been helpful when I need it .Store is always clean and everything is in its correct place which makes shopping alot easier. Alot of times when I get my receipt I find out items that I expected to pay a certain amount for are alot cheaper and the prices were dropped to a lower price.

This store is terrible. I stood at electronics for 15 minutes while the cashier talked to another employee about the NBA. Dont ever try to call the store for ANYTHING, they never answer the phone.I called to ask about a pick up order and they still didnt answer the phone.

This walmart was clean, orderly, and the associates were available to help. The produce was visually appealing. Walmart always have products that are new to try. I purchased pecan roasted chicken wings that were delicious. At my friends recommendation, it was really good. Walmart delivers variety and superior customer service.

Loved my experience here it was a good size store, gotta eat before going? No problem they have a McDonalds right inside and they have a garden center and much more I went for a laptop but sadly cant get any because of covid-19 only gaming ones were left.But I was in there store way over an hour and still didnt see all areas.The store was very clean and well put together. I will be back.

This Walmart supercenter can get busy sometimes so its best time to go during regular weekdays when kids are in school. There are great stuff to choose frol at reasonable price. Parking is great and pickup is convenient for grocery online.

Walmart Supercenter in Ellicott City is actually one of the true definition of sigh was Supercenter. They have fabric they have groceries the eye doctor and still everything from the regular Walmart. This Walmart doesnt have unusually long lines it also helps that they have plenty of automatic machines and someone standing right there to to help with any issues. Location is easy to get to even if you have to take Local transportation which is the r t a.

I like the set up an easy flow to each department. It can be challenging at times to keep the shelves stocked on high demand items, a posted note should be displayed. Pardon for not having the item, please check back (and give estimated time frame). I rather read the effort in stocking the items versus a bare shelf. Please forward my suggestion, so all stores can do the same.

Randallstown needs to demand self service lanes. The area is a complete food desert minus the Food Lion. To deny loyal patrons the ability to expedite their shopping experience is a slap in the face and a complete insult to the community. Other surrounding Walmart stores have self service lanes, however we are left to the mercy of the employees... They are only fast when they feel like it!!!

The store is neat and the employees are nice especially the lady that I talked to in the electronic department. She was very helpful. I wish I had asked for her name. I would definitely make this Walmart my new favorite one

This Super Walmart use to be clean and always stocked. It havent been there for a while, but decided to go there to do some grocery shopping. I dont know what happened, but this Walmart was very unorganized and not clean at all. I was disappointed, this place use to be clean and well organized. What happened? If I return, and I mean if I ever return it wouldnt be to grocery shop, but maybe to get electronics. Its so unfortunate, this Walmart is closer to where I live now, so its disappointing. I gave 3 stars due to it being close. Sad.

Extremely frustrating to have only three checkout lines opened on any given day!I DO NOT WANT TO USE SELF CHECKOUT! I expect to checkout before my frozen items thaw out. I also expect polite service from your representative.The store has lost a lot of its initial luster….it’s becoming rundown without any sign of sprucing up or upkeep.Look at your competition……TARGET!

Sat in my car for 22 minutes and called 14 times only to watch Walmart associates walk past my car without acknowledgement. The associate did not greet me when I arrived nor when I left. I expected more from a store with such positive reviews. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

I prefer this location instead of the one by rollin road. Its night and day between the two. Always clean. Employees are extremely kind and helpful and Ive never experienced any problems. Lines are NEVER SLOW.

This store is a great place to shop. It just needs more handicapped shopping carts.

I love to go to Walmart. My reason isnt just that the prices are good. When I go to Walmart, I can see many different cultures, many races, I can hear different languages around me. I love it because I love diversity. One day, I witnessed unacceptable behavior. One of the customers started to say bad words to the cashier. My heart broke because she had to follow the policy, she couldnt do anything. I bought a gift for the cashier and apologized because of the customers unacceptable behavior.Today, I faced the same problem. One of the pharmacy workers treated me the same way the customer treated the cashier. I was waiting in line patiently. Another customer asked about the opening time to the pharmacy worker. She (pharmacy worker) kindly responded to her. The customer said, Wow they will open at 4:00 pm today.I had to take my medicine before 4:00 pm because the nurse said if the medicine is taken after 4 pm, it will not help at all. I wanted to clarify the time with the pharmacy worker because I was planning on going to another pharmacy (even though my pharmacy is Walmart). I called, Maam and she didnt respond. She changed her done very disrespectfully for no reason and yelled at me saying Sit down on the chair and wait patiently.. (She may have had a bad day I can understand. But she must treat all customers the same way). I knew that when the shutters are closed, customers have to wait. But the pharmacy worker responded to the other customer nicely. I wondered about the womans name so I asked her colleague. He wrote her name but she started to yell at me again saying You are very impatient. Do not wait close to the window.“( I was there for 30 minutes and my husband was waiting in the car with surgery.) She scared her colleague and the man didnt give her name. He also ignored me.I had a conversation with the manager. He listened to me patiently and respectfully. He apologized because of the womans disrespectful attitude. Thank you Mr. Andrea. I went back to the pharmacy and the same worker was there, she must be a technician. This time, her tone was totally different and she had her badge turned upside down.(She was hiding her name.)I couldnt stop wondering so I asked, What did I do to you to deserve that type of behavior? Why has your tone changed to me?. She kept telling me, You are impatient, you cant talk to me if the shutters are closed.. However, it was not me to talk to her first. There was a person before me and she was very nice to her. I just called Maam and she blamed me for breaking the rules, calling me an impatient customer.I work with Dr. Monica Goldson( Interim Chief Executive Officer of Prince Georges County Public Schools)She always reminds us, Everyone is special and important. Peoples religion, nationality, skin color, appearance, etc. doesnt matter. We are people and we are strong only when we are together. I could not stand her behavior today. I should control my voice, but it was very painful for me.My friend had to deal with the same problem two weeks ago. The cashier (waiting outside the exit door and checking receipts) didnt check white Americans receipts, but she checked hers. It meant, I trust my citizen but not you.Be equal, please.Be fair.Be respectful.Be kind.Be accountable.Do not criticize people by their religion, appearance, color, or culture.Treat people the way you want to be treated.

It was a best point when it was 24hr but since they have changed the timings so you will face a lot of stocking issues on evening or late hours.

This walmart has great customer service always however it doesnt have anything else!

Love the store but I wish that they would the people that work on the floor cashier when the store is busy like Target does to get them the customers out and not have to wait in line forever

Ellicott Citys Walmart is one of the friendliest and cleanest around. Its the only Walmart Im going to from now on!

Not very happy with this particular Walmart. Last several times Ive gone in at different hours, shelves are not stocked, no lunch meat stocked, and what is stocked, products are pushed all the way to the back where you cant reach it.

I found really good deals. The aisles are wide enough so you can shop easily without getting in someones way. Its a bigger store and a lot more selections to choose from. I think this will be my go to store from now on.

No organization....always moving aisles....staff is very slow.....shelves are not stocked...always have to hit another grocery store after visiting this walmart. So I decided not go there anymore.

Now they expect you to wait in a crazy long line to check yourself out. No chance they decide to pay some cashiers and open a register. Youre not worth it. Thanks Wmart - Message Received

Been a long term shopper at this chain. This store is very busy, therefore it cant keep the shelves stocked and the checkout lines are always long. But the prices being me back.

This store looked clean, the greeter a young man at the door was friendly and professional. I didnt like their produce bags very hard to open. And the prices of their fresh chopped onions should be $1.69 because they go bad very fast. Please use them within 3 days or you be wasting money and food.

A lot of times in this Walmart you cant find the plastic bags in the food section for your fruit and vegetables and they may be lying all over the food instead of mounted somewhere that you can see them. Also some of the workers are not that pleasant if you can find them to ask a question. The last thing is, maybe Im wrong, but I thought you had to wear masks in Walmart and I see so many people in there without masks on which is concerning to me. A lot of times these same people dont want to show social distance or respect others or wear masks. We are still in a pandemic.

I have to give two stars for my experience at self check out for today. I wanted to purchase ribs but there was no scan tag. I asked the young lady Kory from self check what I should do. She told me I can go walk and get another one. I was still ringing up my $300 order so I asked the young lady if she could ask an associate or manager she told me and she cant leave so I must walk. With a bike and over $300 worth of items I was very sadden by her customer service problem solving skills. I always shop her and go the distance to come to this particular location. I now have second thoughts about shopping here after my experience today......I literally was bagging and ringing up the items all she had to do was call for another item. Very disappointing Kory!

Very clean. My mom and I stopped in to the grocery side of the store. Very clean and alot of ppl there. Do not c but 1 employee working the entire grocery side of the store, several venders,smart water guy, coke guy, but only 1 employee.The self check out had a line of approximately 18 ppl waiting so we stood in another line and made it thu and out the door b4 alot of the self check out customers.I have not been in this store since 2018 ceause I do not live close to it anymore.Just out for a ride with my mom cause she wanted to c historic ellicott city. I will stop back in this store again just not sure when, cause where I live now there is a walmart within 8mins walking time

I drove half an hour because their website showed the article I was looking for in stock. When I got there, the in-stock item was rusted and clearly used. This is not the first, second, or even third time this happened. The associate told me that this happens on a regular basis and I should call before going to any Walmart, even if an item shows available on their website/app. I for myself are done with Walmart. I ordered the product from Amazon in the parking lot and it will be delivered tomorrow.

This Wal-Mart was a Self Check Out with fresh produce deli bakery aisles and most anything and everything stocked and ready. Short lines. One personal complaint. No chairs nor benches for didabled with leg and back problems, or just rest for the tired, the elderly, or the bad knees. Other than that, I give them 4 1/2 ****s(stars).

I put my purchase back, there was a girl arguing with the cashiers, and manager. So was completely out of line, emotionally embarrassing to watch and here, she was so loud using profanities. It was very 😔 to watch.

You dont need to wear a mask if you are fully vaccinated. The store was stocked well. Plenty of staff around to help out if needed. Self checkout moved smoothly.

I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived I called and a very friendly woman name Tuesday instructed me on what to do. I popped my trunk, her and a gentleman Vipul loaded my stuff making sure my fragile items were where I needed them. Ive never been happier with service at a Walmart. Great customer service by Tuesday.

Super messy, all over the store. The employees were just lounging around, speaking to the ones I saw, and no one was very helpful. The store was cleaned out for a lot of products and it was frustrating not being able to find things.

This super center walmart has the traditional layout and is a very clean and well organized ...the staff overall is helpful. Curbside pickup is a smooth operation at this location

Ive been going to this Walmart since it was built like more than a decade ago. They put everything under security lock now, even like eyeliner that costs 2 dollars. It is such a pain to get what you need here, you can never find a sales associate to unlock items when you want to buy them. I am done shopping here. Duck you Walmart, Ill be spending way more time and money supporting any business but yours.

This is a quite large Walmart. Clean and organized.

I’ve always preferred this Walmart to many of the ones that I live close too. It’s always busy but neater than most. The only thing I am not fond of is the parking lot. It’s congested and like any parking lot they don’t move slow.

Like most walmarts, the customer service is practically non-existent. If you are looking for an item, you are on your own. Expect no help from anyone finding it. The staff knows as much as you do.

Overpriced, disorganized, hardly anything where it should be, and if it is...missing a price, no price checkers, lazy, rude employees. When I told them something broke and I cut myself, didnt care but stared me down when I was checking out at self check out.

Went in looking for graduation balloons, they had none. Very few items left on the shelves for graduates. It was a trip back down memory lane. My late Mother used to shop at that Wal-Mart store.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. Walmart substituted an item we ordered and I cannot get them to remove the charges. I went to the store and was told to contact Walmart.com but no luck there either. Ill never order an online item from there again.

First time I tried the “free pickup”. It worked flawlessly surprising.

I just loved being able to shop with ease, no long lines just in and out.

It was always a pleasure shopping at this Walmart. They stayed fully stocked and never had a line. I only started shopping at Eldersburg because of the bags.

This location was Queen and provided all of the items that we look for when we went there. Customer service was also good.
