Sleek beautiful place with top-notch staff. My husband and I split one drink so its not really much to judge the drinks on. He got a coffee boba drink and Im not a big coffee fan. I liked the smaller size boba though. Well be back and the rating may change with more drink samples.

The brown sugar boba with cream is so incredibly delicious I want to buy two just keep the experience going longer. That would be a lot of sugar though so I dont. Anyway, this drink was gone in under 10 minutes. I always love swinging by when Im passing through. Its so easy to order online and get curbside delivery.

Delicious every time! I normally get their signature drink, but recently tried the #4 which has espresso in it, and both are so tasty. Their boba is by far my favorite- very soft and mixed sizes. Service is always friendly and fast.Warning- you cant adjust anything in their popular drinks if you are looking to swap milks or cut down on sugar.

Highly recommend Tiger Sugar! They have amazing drinks and the best brown sugar drinks. Their new oolong tea with cream cheese is also the perfect mixture. Give a try!

We went to the grand opening yesterday and we arrived at about 1040am, and finally left right at 1pm (crazy long line for the long awaited opening!) all the workers were nice and tried their best to keep people 6ft apart (but people will always stand too close :( ). I got the one with chocolate malt and it was good! Today I passed by and there’s a line out the door (not nearly as long) so if you don’t like lines/waiting you should wait a couple of days!

Amazing location with awesome drinks and great service. The staff is really friendly and they take covid very seriously. They have masks, gloves, and glass partitions every where. Drinks come out really quickly

We saw this place open up, and kept meaning to stop in. Every time we went, it was absolutely packed, and we ended up giving it a pass.I expected boba. Theres a reason it was so packed.Not only was this boba, well, boba, it was phenomenal.Its a bit pricey. As in, $6 a drink. However, its worth every penny. I went with the #4, cold. My wife had their signature, #1, also cold.We were both blown away by the flavor. Its not too sweet (my wife hates sweet drinks), and the coffee flavor is perfectly balanced in the #4.The long and short of it is: go try this place out. It isnt a daily thing, but its an excellent treat.P. S. The drinks are gorgeous. They even LOOK good.

I was nervous about coming to Tiger Sugar because they have a small menu. What if I didnt like the brown sugar flavor? Well I was wrong it was so delicious. I got the #2 which was the classic brown sugar tea with boba and sweet foam. Absolutely delicious.

Note: you cant change the sugar level nor the ice level for their most popular drinks! The portion is relatively small and on the pricy side. The drink is a bit sweet, but it is one of the best and aesthetically pleasing boba I have ever had(their #2). I am a huge fan of their tiger coffee jelly!

This is very different from your typical bubble tea, but it was delicious! The vanilla black tea was insanely good and the OG Tiger Sugar was incredible too!

Okay yeah! Its pretty good but its quite pricy for the amount that you receive. Also, the bubbles are different sizes and it feels a bit weird but thats probably just me. But overall pretty good.

Their customer service is phenomenal. Accidentally made the wrong order but without hesitation, they remade the drink to what I originally wanted with no extra charge. Clean, fast, and soo delicious!

It wasn’t a big deal but she still wanted to make sure I got the right drink so she remade the order and gave us pudding :) Plus, April always says my name right :)

I came here opening day and got the coffee tiger sugar and the mocha tiger sugar. Yes everybody states that this is very sugary but key difference is that the sugariness complements the mocha and coffee flavors. I dont suggest getting the popcorn as its overpriced but everything else on the menu seems like a go

Their tea is delicious and well-brewed. Boba is cooked perfectly. Once they somehow forgot my order and others were served before me, but they were professional and apologetic about having missed it. Great service. This is a new favorite boba place for me, especially when I want “real” tea instead of something like a taro smoothie. Highly recommend!

The drink was good overall, though the bubbles (tapioca) in mine were too mushy and overcooked. Its hands down one of the best boba places around taste-wise, but in my opinion its hard to justify the high price ($6) for a small boba tea.

Drove 2 hours to check this place out. Overrated. Very disappointed. Milk is subpar/so bland, boba is flavorless and not chewy, and isn’t flavorful at all. Doesn’t even taste like brown sugar. For $6+ can’t even ask for lite ice.

This is a new place that just opened up in EC. Even on the second day there was a line for the drinks, and it took around 10 mins to move through the line and another 10ish to get the drinks. I ordered a black tea latte and also a signature tiger drink. The signature was a little too sweet for me and just tasted like what you imagine milk bubble tea to be. Sadly, the stripes on the drinks didnt show up as nicely as expected. The bubbles in the drinks were really good! I was a really big fan of the latte. Overall, its a really good place and where I would go for a milk tea from now on!They dont have lactose free options, so there were a couple drinks to choose from that werent full of milk and cream. They also dont offer customizations on the drinks.

After a Memorial Day cookout in Catonsville, we decided to get caffeinated beverages from Tiger Sugar in Ellicott City. We both got the No. 2 Bubble Tea which was Brown Sugar Boba Milk, Pearl with Tiger Jelly, and Cream Mousse. I liked how it was rich and creamy but felt that it was a tad bit sweet. The coffee flavor added a nice touch to the drink. I also liked the chewiness of the regular boba and tapioca pearls. It was easy to digest.

First time trying this and I like it. Recommend you to try too. #1 Signature.

Everything was great. Though I paid 5 cents and didnt get a bag but asked and got the small cardboard 2 cup holder. I think if you get 3+ drinks you get the bag?

As an EC resident, I drove past this store multiple times since they opened but did not choose to wait in the long line. Today I grabbed a pair of drinks (#1 and #4) when I saw a short queue. The bubbles are cooked just right. The tea itself is average and the brown sugar overtakes the drink in my subjective and personal opinion. Yet this is still the best bubble tea in HOCO. All the others in the area are terrible - TeaDo, KFT in Columbia Mall, Vivi in Hanover, Kokee, Taste Tea, Tea Top, and Gong Cha are all awful. Bubble tea royalty still reside in Northern VA.

Love the drinks! Love the one size, it controls my milk tea obsession. The wait is pretty long, even when there wasn’t that big of a crowd. But the staff are so nice and kind! Has become a staple boba place for my household!

Too sweet for me and I dont like that you cant customize your drink... The tea tastes fine, not strong-flavored or anything. I got the oolong tea latte with brown sugar and bubbles. Some bubbles were overcooked and some tasted fine, but I wouldnt say they have the best bubbles compared to other tea places. I think this place is good for those who love sugary drinks. All in all, not my cup of tea. 😂

Most of my order do not follow what I request( add boba or ice level) it is so ridiculous! you already have less options for a customer to choose but your employees still make mistakes. My last 4 orders were all wrong, YES! All of those had some mistakes that I will have to ask them to make them again for me. It’s so annoying to check every time! ive never seen a bubble mike tea store manage like this.

Wow, this was THE best boba I have tasted in my life. Fresh milk and brown sugar makes all the difference. The store looks nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I thought the price was reasonable as well. I will be back for more for sure.

Unfortunately did NOT live up to my expectations. I had Tiger Sugar for the first time in NYC and loved it, but when I tried the same drink at this location it tasted completely different. It is way too milky, might as well have had a glass of horizon milk for the night.

This place has some of freshest Boba around. Very chewy and soft. I wish they would allow customers to select how much ice and the sugar level. By the time you get home from a long drive, with the ice melted, some of the flavor is lost.

After watching many people line up and order tea at Tiger Sugar, I gave it a try. The signiture #1 was absolutely good and has subtle sweetness which is hard to find in a somewhat simple baba store. But #3 was subpar. It ended up tasting like cold chocolate drink with boba. FOH was very LOUD. All the customers were quiet but the employee were shouting and calling coworker something like that. Because of that, a casher missed what a customer ordered, asked again and had to raise her voice. It is kind of eye-browsing experience since even “honey pig” isnot that loud. Also, the store smells like very strong bathroom freshener. Overall, I think this place is a promising place with well-distinguished drink but needs to be better.

Omg I came here for the first time yesterday and can I just say I am in love! The brown sugar boba was absolutely delicious. I got the signature #4 and it tasted just like a perfect ice coffee. The boba is interesting, its like more gelatin than Ive had before and taste amazing! I cant wait to go back

We were really disappointed with this after so much anticipation. I am wondering if they we just too busy to make the drinks as they were supposed to be made. We went in and there was a constant flow of people in and out, but there was no line.There were no stripes on the drink. I ordered their original and it really just tasted like sweet milk. With so many other bubble tea places near by, this one didn’t have anything special going on to make it our go to. Also for $6/drink (after tax) they are pricier than the other places around.

Ok, this is my absolute favorite place to get brown sugar boba. The boba pearls are just sooo perfectly sweetened, soft with the right shoe l amount of chew. I have yet to try a flavor I dont like. Quality tea.

Tiger Sugar is OK. Dont get me wrong, I love brown sugar bubble tea. Its my go to drink at new places and it serves as my comparison to make reviews in general. I got one of their more popular drinks, but then again there are only a couple of drinks on the menu. The drink was good overall. It was really pretty and definitely story post worthy. I had a few issues with bubble tea from this place though. The first thing was that even though there was only one size (which seemed like a small to me), my drink was still close to $6. While I can understand the price somewhat, the size of the drink in my opinion was unacceptable. It felt extremely underwhelming when I received my drink. The next thing was that for some reason, Im not sure if this is a normal thing, but it felt like my boba had mini boba and regular boba. Nothing wrong with that, but I was not expecting it and it just felt weird to get different sized boba while drinking. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying it out to see their great brown sugar boba tea that they are known for, but I personally would only go just to try it out or to get it with a friend if they have never had it before.

I have supported your store since opening. But the drink goes down day by day. There have been many times that I got my order wrong. I ordered #2 without boba and cream but they gave me #2 without pearl and also had cream. Very disappointing !
