I must say this is the best car buying experience so far.The sales person, Carlo and the GM both were very kind and helpful.They gave me enough information for me to make an informed decision.And I didnt feel any shady stuff going on unlike my other car buying experiences.They tried to work with my needs.And I also like the finance mgr. He was very straight forward and respected my time.
My experience at Classic Kia was absolutely amazing. My sales person Brian was great, he was knowledgeable about the process and very forth coming about what I would be able kind of vehicle I would be able to get into with my current situation. They treated me fairly and went out of their way in order to get me into a vehicle that fit my budget, needs, and lifestyle. They were fun and engaging which helped the whole experience breezy by. I would strongly recommend Brian and Classic Kia to all of my friends and I will be a repeat customer for sure...
I went in to look at used cars because I wanted something a little bigger than what I had but by the time I was done I ended up getting a BRAND NEW Kia Soul which i never in a million years thought i would be driving. I worked with Brandon Young and he convinced me to get the fully loaded Soul and I am very satisfied with my purchase I even got the color I wanted. They took my trade in and I got a great APR rate because they worked with me. I would definitely recommend going to classic Kia for your next car purchase and ask for Brandon! ;)
The sales associate Brandon Young was extremely helpful throughout my experience. When ever I encountered a problem or issue he went above and beyond to either fix it or help me find a resolution. I didnt feel like I was being prayed on. He was very patient during the process and made sure to get me what I wanted. I recommend this business to family and friends all the time ! Awesome experience !!
We have purchased 2 new Kias from them in the past 13 months. They were respectful and willing to work with us to get us the best deal in both cases. Service department is about the friendliest you will find. They have even done minor touch up work for us at no charge. Nice to have a dealership we are comfortable with and can go back to in the future.

Well 8/22/2015 was my breakthrough and I would not be telling the STORY correctly if I did not mention ...the salesmanship of Mr. Chris Randolph.. He received me ..never looking or talking down to me or about my credit...Mr.Randolph never said NO actually the answer was this is what the BANK said you were Approved for ...What is a Comfortable payment for you ...it was an all day affair ..but my First Experience was very Knowledgeable, Comfortable, Informative.and Patient. From the first yes to the test drive ...then the arrangements of my downpayment ...until the final ink dried on the last document that sealed the deal ...Classic Kia Ellicott City was Awesome. We had a great experience at Classic Kia and Keith did a great job taking over for a previous sales associate. We never felt significant pressure and the available options were very straight forward. Ended up with a great price during a weekend sales after looking for just over a month.
Give this place a chance. They will do what it takes to earn your business. Perry and Keith were extremely nice and attentive, they worked very hard and did whatever it took to get a good price. Just go. We will be back!

I owned a 2014 Kia Optima EX. I visited classic Kia and expressed interest in a 2016 Kia Optima. I let the sales person know my situation and I wasnt expecting much because I knew I was severely upside down in my vehicle. A sales manager approached me to let me know that they can make it happen within my budget. Of course I was skeptical, but after about an hour we came to an agreement and I was able to drive away that night with the 2016 Kia Optima SX. I am very satisfied with my car and the deal.
The service by David Nelson (Service Advisor) was friendly and quick. My appointment was honored and out the door I went. I would have liked to have given 5 stars but the appointment made on the internet was a joke. We got 2 call backs for sales and one email. My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. Though I submitted an appointment it never made it to the service desk. David was apologetic.
The service department here is very good. Have been there 3 times so far very happy with the quality of work and the friendliness of the staff!!!
Extremely rude GM. Had the wrong pricing on line and he wouldnt honor the price listed. GM spoke to me like he was better than me - put his hand up to stop me from talking (seriously -- hes a GM of a crappy car dealership and he thinks hes better than me??)There are plenty of other Kia dealers - dont waste your time at this dishonest dealership. Deserves ZERO stars and only got one from me so that I could leave a comment.
The people are very nice that work here but they mess up a lot when it comes to the service. Oil change numbers are wrong, the filters are not changed, the oil is extremely dirty again at 1000 miles. Other than that they are great.
Go to any Kia dealership besides this one to purchase your car. I wish I had known beforehand. If I could give 0 stars I would because the service sucks, the financial manager is rude, I have had to drive back and forth constantly for paperwork and they dont handle situations professionally. Theres no front desk attendant to the service department so the phone constantly rings until a worker is available to answer the phone. Just all around POOR service. On the other hand if you work with Chuck he is an awesome individual. First time car buyer and it has been a terrible experience.
Buying a car from this dealership was the worst car buying experience I ever had. The only reason why I even bothered was because they had a used car that I wanted. First the cost of the car on 4 different websites was 1k cheaper than on there website and they would not honor the price on the other websites. The salesman had no clue about the car he was selling as far as features go. Then when they found out I was not financing thru them they had an attitude. Then I they said they were going to take care of the tags...I called multiple times to verify if I need to do anything...they said no...until last day when my tags were to expire they advise me that I need to take for an inspection and could not provide new temp tags. Bottom line is the complete staff is incompetent dingbats.
I went in for a car because my car was on its last leg. I didnt think I would get approved for an auto loan but I did and I was sold a used Hyundai. Car was cool, I was excited. The problem began when the NEXT DAY the breaks were grinding. I took it to their service center and was told that the breaks had rust and it would come off and everything would be fine. Here I am 3 weeks later, breaks still grinding and being told I would have to PAY to get them fixed. And this is on top of my sales guy not knowing ANYTHING about the extended warranty I bought. I had to tell HIM that the warranty does my cover the breaks. Save yourself the headache and go down the street to Carmax they have a return period.
Called multiple times to have my Kia serviced for a recall notice. Asked to be transferred to service, got calls routed to a general voicemail and never had any messages returned. Considering this is the closest Kia dealership to my home, Im strongly discouraged from purchasing another Kia.

Just had a terrible experience with this establishment. Summary: they pulled a bait and switch to get me in the door and then treated me with a great deal of disrespect. I apologize for the length, but I want to be as clear and through in my review as possible.Did my research on pricing for a 2015 Kia Optima, looked at a variety of sellers in the area, and after a great deal of background work, called up Classic Kia to talk pricing (I do not go inside a dealer until I have an agreed upon price). I gave them my target (definitely an aggressive target) and I was told on the phone yes, we can do that. I gave them the exact model and stock number i wanted and reiterated my target, saying just to confirm, you are telling me that you will sell me the 2015 Kia Optima model # XXXXXX, stock # XXXXXX, for $XX,XXX out the door? I was told My GM is here with me and she is telling me we can do that, so when can you be here? It is important to note here that I said multiple times in the conversation out the door as that is the only way I talk about pricing. Taxes and fees are all known ahead of time, so you can add those to your price and get the out the door cost. Not a difficult math exercise.So I woke up my kids from their nap, and drove the 45 minutes to this dealer. When I got there, I asked for the person I spoke with on the phone (Ill have enough respect for them not to share their names) and he said, hi, you are going to be dealing with XXX (first red flag that I was not dealing with the original person I spoke to). The salesperson i dealt with was newish, so he went through his pitch (I figured I would let him practice through it). Then he takes some information and says he needs to run numbers (another red flag). I said, um, ok, as long as your numbers come out to what I had agreed upon with your boss. He comes back with a price 3k over the agreed upon price. I said this is not what we agreed upon.The GM came over and said that this was the best price they could do. I said that a price was already agreed to and she said there was no way that they could do that price. I said that was fine, but they should have told me that before I woke my kids up and drove 45 minutes to get there. She then told me my target was ridiculous (it was definitely aggressive), but I simply said that none of that was relevant to the point that she and her staff agreed to a price and were now backing out. She then said there is no way for her to negotiate out the door pricing because that means negotiating on taxes over which they have no control. I said that she was wrong and that is means backing out those known costs to determine what the sale price must be to hit the out the door target. She in fact did that calculation at one point in the discussion. After a few more exchanges which led me to say that the dialogue was not helpful, I got my family together and we walked out. As we were leaving, the GM said well earn your business one day.Let me be very clear. They will not earn my business. I will not deal with liars or people who agree to something and then try to back out of their commitments. I will also be lodging a complaint with Kia corporate due to the unfair business practices this particular dealer is engaged in. I would caution anyone dealing with these individuals that they do not honor their commitments or have any respect for their customers.As one final (perhaps irrelevant note), I strongly believe that the first commenter for them on this site is the GM herself. I know I said I would not name names but it is too egregious not to mention this.

They will not stop calling me and I was not the one interested in a Kia. They have the wrong number and I have told them Several times yet they call almost daily.STOP CALLING ME I dont want a Kia.
