Walking into this facility and meeting the management team was absolutely fantastic.Nothing but positive vibes from the manager.Moving is difficult but, knowing that I have a great place to store my belongings has eased my stress levels

Exceptionally positive experience always. Very clean, secure and well managed. In particular Juan Rolon is a great representative of public Storage. He provides great customer service and is attentive to all customer needs. Fortunately Juan remained on after the company transition. I would strongly recommend this location for any storage needs.

Our check in host was delightful. Told me some of his most interesting Public Storage encounters. He carefully took me through the check in process (I’m hearing impaired - so extremely helpful). And, showed me our rental unit. Made sure I understood what I needed to provide versus getting through PS. An excellent experience overall.

Not being kept nearly as clean since ownership changed. The new owner also got rid of the perfectly functional carts and replaced them with dinky plastic ones that are hard to steer.

Hello my name is Elijah I came in to rent a unit didnt know what size I need it was a Sunday I was a walk in young guy joe was behind the counter soon has I walk in he greeted me and said hello how may I help u he was very knowledge about everything is customer service was incredible he showed me 2 different sizes units and told me what the prices where and he made me feel right at home I didnt rent because I was waiting for for my new Id to come first but I will definitely recommend public storage to everyone else I know that maybe looking for storage joe was awesome

Great experience renting storage from them.

Made me believe they did not have my credit card on file and charged me a late fee (and of course no email indicating a payment was overdue: the first time I am late on a payment in my life!). Also, doing the typical gotcha marketing tactic of a price reduction when you stay a whole year if you subscribe to their storage insurance: lame....on the plus side, the facility is extremely clean.

Juan went above and beyond during a difficult time.

I loved this place the gentleman in the day time is always pleasant and professional...I miss one payment due to being under doctors care and bonnie and juan two managers are worried about a $30 late fee. Ppl are losing bhouses and struggling ...whats wrong with them

It looks nice and clean both outside and inside. Convenient location, easy parking, there are limited climate control building, and outside garage type storage spaces. Code access door, individual storage space has your own key to open. It also sell packing materials, in case you need several boxes or other wrapping materials.

Totally Worth It! These guys are awesome. We built a house in Ellicott City and have 2 storage units (a 10x10 and a 10x20). Though more expensive than some units locally, the ease, convenience, and accessibility made it worth it to us. They were polite but also very accommodating when we requested things like: Close to Elevator, multiple folks coming to and from. If we ever need storage again, we will be back!

This place is off main roads in same street as the new Ellicott City Post Office. It is secure access by intercom or your customer key card. Clean, brightly lite timer lights, restroom facilities.

Weve been storing our belongings with ezStorage in Ellicott City since September of 2017. They have always been very helpful, professional, and courteous. Ive also moved quite a bit across the country over the years and have required storage units and this is by far the nicest facility Ive ever used.

Solid service. Was treated nicely when signing up. I was able to vacate with no issue and did not have to go in person to get out.

First and foremost... if youre really counting on the useable space, make sure you personally check out the unit you are looking to rent and MEASURE it. Ive yet to find a 5 x 10 unit that really is 5 x 10, etc. Ive also seen some units with bump-outs inside that further restrict shelving units, etc. to be used with efficiency. 2nd, read the fine print about the length of time your rate is locked in for, and the amount it can increase due to supply and demand.If the above items are not important to you, then this is a great deal. The people are wonderful, and the place is spotless.

Rented out a storage unit here for a while back in the day. Never had an issue. Decided to come back when getting another unit and am fully expecting another positive experience!

I’ve been using ezStorage in Ellicott City since July 2018 and they have the most pleasant staff here and they keep the facility very clean.

From the moment I walked in to inquire i was greeted by the staff and explained everything clearly, they get a 5 out of 5 for their great customer service and their clean and climate controlled storage spaces.
