We hired AK to fix our faucet. He was so kind and cheerful, very professional, and quick. He did an excellent job and we appreciate him, and look forward to hiring them again if needed.

We had Advanced Kitchens renovate our kitchen when we purchased our home. The entire process was exceptional. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with in the design of our kitchen. She made some great suggestions that we hadn’t considered. These were things that ended up improving the overall flow and look of the kitchen. The cabinets that we chose are beautiful. The quality and workmanship are definitely high end. We shared some pictures of a design idea we liked and their carpenter was able to completely replicate the look. This is now a beautiful feature in the kitchen. We wanted a built in coffee maker and Laura worked it into the design perfectly. We love our new kitchen. The cabinets and granite are absolutely stunning. We are so happy with the end result and were so impressed at how easy Laura and Frank made the process. We have heard that kitchen renovations can be a nightmare. Thankfully our experience was the exact opposite. Advanced Kitchens is a company that is owned by two people who go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. We always do our best to support local businesses. We are so happy that we have such an awesome company right here in our small town. Thank you Laura & Frank for our absolutely amazing kitchen!! Highly recommend!!!

Our experience with Frank was stellar. Frank is communicative, responsive and he has a great work ethic. He developed a fantastic kitchen design for us and was just generally a great guy to chat/work with.

Work closely with Frank and Laura as fellow contractors and have had nothing but success! They put out a phenominal product and are very easy to work with and talk too! If you are in search of a kitchen or bath remodel contractor you should definately give Advanced Kitchens a call!!

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel and are thrilled with the results and our overall experience working with Advanced Kitchens! From our initial consultation, we felt very comfortable with Frank (co-owner with his wife). He is knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. His wife, Laura, was also excellent with whom to work. We had a very tight timeframe to complete the job and she made it happen! She coordinated everything and spelled out exactly what we needed to do and by when. They truly make you feel like you are old friends and your project is their top priority. Their designer, John, is extremely knowledgeable about every detail and did a great job with every request we gave him, including redesigning our center island several times until it met all of our needs. Their installer, Greg, is a true craftsman! He is meticulous and his attention to detail in form and function is beyond impressive. They are all incredibly responsive, whether in person, by phone, texts, or emails, they are there for you, to answer questions and keep you updated on every aspect of the project. They made what could have been a very stressful situation as smooth and easy as possible. We absolutely love our kitchen and highly recommend Advanced Kitchens!!!

We recently had our 1980’s kitchen updated by Advanced Kitchens and are extremely pleased with the results! The new cabinets and granite countertops look fabulous and have added to the value and overall feel of our home. The office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in the planning of this extensive project. They were patient and willing to answer all questions. They were very helpful in accommodating with our specific design needs. The installation went very smoothly. The installer was professional, meticulous, and impeccably clean. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Advanced Kitchens!

My years of trying to resolve my negative experience directly have just ended with the owner writing a snippy email to me, so I will share my experience with this company in the hope of saving others.We went to Advanced Kitchens in 2016 for our kitchen remodel. They are a local business and we like to support small local merchants. After we explained to the owner our project, we selected a line of cabinets (which happened to be the most expensive line in the shop). We were extremely clear that we were serious cooks and needed a hard-working kitchen.The cabinets were the most expensive item in our kitchen. Upon receiving the cabinets, it was clear that Advanced Kitchens was not skilled in kitchen design. Several of the cabinets were not the right size/scale for the space. The owner did acknowledge responsibility for this and reordered - a delay but necessary. He also tried to charge us for the replacements.Advanced Kitchens had ALL our specs on appliances, sinks, hardware, etc. When we went to install the sink the cabinets would not work underneath the sink and we had to forego using the pullouts. The side panels for the built-in fridge were short and the refrigerator stuck out.The person whom they contracted to install the cabinets was deeply incompetent. Not only did he not know what he was doing (uneven handle install, gaps in the built ins) he was also sloppy, leaving sawdust and garbage behind. We finally asked him to not return and had our impeccable contractor finish the job.The cabinets started to fail two months after install. Tens of thousands of dollars and they didn’t hold up sixty days. In fairness, the owner did try to replace panels that had bubbled and chipped, but he ordered the wrong size and blamed us for the product failure. When I tried to get the right size, I got a snippy response denying that the misorder was their fault.I am now in contact directly with the cabinet maker trying to get a resolution.Advanced Kitchens has now been sold. From what I understand the current owner has no more experience than Steve Augustus did in kitchen design/cabinet education and quality. The rest of our kitchen is a show piece. Unfortunately, the cabinets are a big failure and sore point in an otherwise very successful project.I have had more luck with kitchen remodels from Home Depot in terms of their knowledge and standing behind their products.
