The person was courteous that help me. They did not carry a majority of FILA athletic shoes in stock. But the person that was helping me was willing to order them online and deliver them straight to my house. I would definitely come here to get shoes and if they dont have them in stock they will order them right to you so that way you can get athletic shoes delivered to you or pick up in the store.

Went shopping here for shoes a while back. One employee who helped us openly made fun of us for buying shoes slightly larger than our shoe size to her co-worker. Good shoes but maybe not great staff.

The manager hes a hard worker every time im there hes resetting the shoe aisles the place is always clean Im taking my 1 star and turning it into a 5 star review for him. You dont see many mgrs work this hard so often maybe he just had a rough day

Friendly people clean store. People redoing display had things blocked without think of customer paths but was able to make the purchase so it was favorable.

Im very particular about my shoes, they have to feel *just right*. Years ago I used to go from store to store looking for the right shoes, and I always ended up finding what I want at Shoe Carnival. I long ago stopped store-hopping and always only go to Shoe Carnival now. Plus, the staff there is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Slowest customer service ever. Takes about 20 minutes to do one return because the process takes one service employee, one manager, two receipts, and they need your phone number and name about 4 times.Not to mention the quality of shoes they are selling arent worth this hassle.

Placed and order online, that was good. Went into the store, no one greeted me 😩, everyone just stood there looking at me, until i said i m here to pick up an online order, all looked at me like deer in headlights, so I was like whos going to help me ? Such an awkward experience. Prob wont go back to this store

Purchased 2 prs shoes online, very easy. 1 pair didnt fit. Shoe carnival paid for return shipping and credited my account. I was thinking I could return to store but apparently if you purchase on line you can only return by mail. Return Dept very helpful and friendly

Its a pretty good shoe carnival. If youre looking for sandals, they dont have too many. Youre better off going to charlotte russe for those. Yet they do have a lot of name brand items such as Nike and Adidas. Has good sales and discounts.

I usually find shoes here, but will NEVER go here again (Elmhurst location). Went in today with my husband (who is mexican) and 3 employees started following me from the min I walked in. Another one followed my husband. This is the SECOND TIME the SAME employees have followed me ALL over the store as if i was going to steal. they also called lost prevention yo the floor both times over speaker. LITERALLY every step i took they followed me and every time i walked to next isle or other side of store (was there about 25min) they followed SO CLOSE. ive NEVER SEEN employees be so obvious, obnoxious and rude! They were making it known they were watching me. i kneeled down to look at a shoe and stood up bumping into the employee behind me cus that was HOW CLOSE they were to me. I couldnt even look around because they kept fixing boxes everywhere i was looking. did same thing to my husband. We just left, on way out my husband asked another employee at the front why they were following soo close as if we were going to steal. she said thats just what we do. Bull! UNBELIEVABLE! Will never spend my money there again!
