I checked out a vehicle here that was in excellent condition for a very reasonable price. While I decided to go with a different vehicle elsewhere, I very much appreciated the quality of this dealership. I was especially impressed by the amount of professionalism and friendliness from Melvin from the details he provided me with regarding the vehicle to the test drive. He even had the car warmed up for me apon arrival! Man oh man! Dont even think about financing a car when my choice has fantastic cars at cheap prices! My credit score isnt the best so i asked Melvin whats the best car he could put me in cash right away. He recommended 2 cars which were both amazing. You know you have to go with the one that has remote start! :)

The reason I share, is to let other customers know, Melvin, who manages the store, with some encouragement at least trying to resolve the problems came up immediately on site during/after purchased the high mileage car. With a month of back and forth communication, we finally reached a mutual agreement and both parties were satisfied at the end.For the same situation, it could turned out badly if its with another dealership thats dishonest thru and thru also doesnt care about customer service or satisfaction.I appreciate those positive steps Melvin been taken to make his customer happy within his ability.

WOWZER! My choice cars are so premium it feels like they are luxury cars! I was driving a Lexus and mid drive it gave me an epiphany of the great Elon musk and Tesla cars. The ride was buttery smooth. You know its the one when it reminds you of Elon and Tesla.

Drove an hour to see a car that was said to be in good exterior condition and decent interior. I was told the interior was not in the best shape but not terrible. After reaching informed the staff who said they would be out in 2 mins and after 40 minutes waiting I left. The one star is for the insanely horrendous condition of the car. Driver side door would not even lock and the tan leather was literally black with filth. Disgusting beyond belief.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place or an affiliate. They are not trustworthy, sell unreliable vehicles and mask all defective parts. My disabled parents bought a handicap van from them in February. Rusted frame, needed brakes and rotors, cruise control didn’t work, now the A/C won’t work. Emailed them about a lot of this only a week after purchase and no response. Considering attorney general and better business bureau contacts. I guess we should have known when the lift didn’t work the first time they looked at it. But they said it ‘just wasn’t plugged in’. AND NOW WE HAVE FOUND OUT IT HAS A REBUILT TITLE!!!!!!!!!!
