To Whom This May Concern:I was recently at Seneca Beverage Corp on Lake Rd in Elmira Heights to inquire about some information. I spoke with the heavy set blonde hair lady who is the front desk attendant. I believe her name is Sarah She was sitting at her desk playing in her phone while I stood there waiting on her. I lightly knocked on the window then she walked up and addressed me with an attitude. She was very impersonal, condescending, and short tempered. She lacked quality customer service skills however that seems to be the norm around here. She also rolled her eyes in which there was no compassion or consideration in her demeanor to answer my simple questions. I called the office management and spoke with Bridgett yet she was not much different in her tone or response plus she didnt seem to really care about my concern so I just hung up my phone. There is no reason to be defensive and rude when someone is attempting to hold a professional dialogue with you. It is what you get paid for; to represent your Company as an asset, not a liability. After all, they pay you to provide an excellent service and to behave like a professional adult. If you cannot handle your job then dont be there and Im sure that someone else would gladly take your place in these difficult times.. If you are miserable then it is not my fault nor anyone elses fault. You chose to be there. It was a very unfavorable impression overall and I did not deserve to absorb that level of toxic energy. I have been around the world and successfully served my couny for many years in the military until retirement. I expect people to treat me as I treat them, respectfully period, not like I am a thug which isnt much to ask.That is not how I would want my business to be represented nor my military institution. It is not how I carry myself as a Combat Veteran. There are no excuses

I cant believe this company sends their vendors out in public during the covid 19 pandemic with no mask on putting everyone at risk of contracting the deadly virus. shame on them!
