As someone who doesnt understand the intricate workings of the computer, I appreciated the customer service I received. He didnt make me feel stupid. He answered my questions with honesty without judgments. Unfortunately, my computer will eventually kick-the-bucket. He took a look as some programs that were running 24/7 and deleted them for me so my battery would last a little longer. Dont go anywhere else to have your computer fixed or replaced.

I have taken my laptops here several times, the expertise and knowledge of resolution of problems absolutely outstanding! Jason is a no nonsense, straight forward tech, he tells it at it is and you can have complete confidence that when you are notified its ready to be picked up, the fee is exceptional ly reasonable and worth every cent!. My 7 month old laptop works faster and better than when it was brand new after its workover, seriously. Highly recommend PC Solutions!!

Professional, very friendly, great expertise and reasonably priced. They were able to quickly identify the cause of a problem I was having with a DIY computer and suggested the lowest cost way to resolve it. Im an Electrical Engineer and I highly recommend them.

I completely destroyed my laptops operating system when I mistakenly downloaded malicious software. I thought Id lost a years worth of work! Thankfully, Jason was able to salvage all the files I needed, and he fast-tracked me through the process of restoring my computer to full functionality. Im able to type this review now on that very same laptop! Ill definitely be returning to PC Solutions for all of my computer-related needs.

PC Solutions is by far the best computer repair facility in the area. They take walk in customers and deal with everyone promptly and courteously. If they cant fix it they will find someone who can. Five stars.

PC solutions has the best service and pricing in the Twin tiers. Unlike the big box stores, the employees actually know what the are doing with a pc and diagnose with knowledge and expertise. Rather than try to get you to spend money on things you dont need, they always give a fair price on parts and service.

On a Monday I brought in the late noon my computer with a complex problem to be repaired. On early Thursday of the same week I received a call that my computer was ready for pickup.
