One of my favorite places to go. Could easily spend hours in this store. Best place to go for home decor, Arts, Crafts, etc.Prices are a little high on some stuff. Would recommend to others

I love love love this store, they didnt have an item I want, felting yarn, but I got everything else. The service was terrific, as usual there! I miss HL Used to shop there in Norman OK, so disppointed Ithaca chased them out, but Elmira has everything (almost), great deals, great service, almost perfect selections!

Love craft stores and hobby lobby is great BUT their coupons make no sense and seems like they are more a decor store then a craft store.

The cashier could not understand what I was trying to explain. However beautiful selection of items.

I am really dosappointed they stopped doing the 40% off coupons when you download and use their app. I am going to delete the app... What is the point of having it now? Other than seeing their weekly ad... That I can find online anyways... Now the app is pointless. Since Hobby Lobby decided to do away with the bo us coupon I stopped shopping here. 😞

This store is very peaceful to shop in, and the staff was extremely helpful. One of the items I purchased had a lower price on the website, the manager came right over gave me the lower price, explained the mix up, and apologized for my inconvenience.

They never had what Im looking for looking for stupid stencils they have thousands of stencils with flowers LOL Staffords nicer

I love their items & normally run good sales, but have stopped issuing 40% off 1 full price item, which is a bummer..

Love this place.. But expensive. You just have to hit them up when they put stuff on sale ... and dont forget the coupons.

Awesome selection of home decor and craft items. Anything you can think of as far as art supplies go, is probably here. The store was a bit crowded during my trip but it was still an excellent experience.

Visited the store on April 10. I was treated the worst ever by an associate in the garage sign area when I asked for help with lamp pricing. I wish I had her name. Then when cashing out, again, the cashier refused to use my coupon on my phone and had another cashier come over and say I couldnt use them, even though it was a 1 time use that is through Save Around. I left my cart and items and told the cashier I didnt want anything. I actually left the store crying. I will never go back to the Horseheads Store again.

Needed a custom frame made. Felt like the girl was extremely inconvenienced because I start d asking questions. Couldnt even get a prive quote! She told me i was better off not getting any. How nice to be given every excuse under the sun as to why i dont need what i actually DO need. Went on amazon.com and ordered my own without any additude

Clean store well organized some staff knowledgeable and helpful while some staff not so much. Wide variety of products to choose from. Was hard to believe they didnt have the puzzle adhesive I wanted.

CSR was delightful and a huge help in finding the materials I was looking for. Soap making supplies are kind of slim pickings. Not a very large selection.

This place has a lot of amazing stuff. They cover everything from home decor to drawing. Its a great place to buy stuff that you could easily turn into gold. Its by far one of the best places to go if you are looking for a way to spruce up the house and make it more inviting. The only downside is the drive. Its pretty far away from a lot of towns especially if you arent in the same county. But I definitely recommend going because you will find exactly what you need there Im sure.

This store is huge and you should be able to find what you are looking for. I was amazed at all the different things they carried and prices are reasonable.

They had everything I went in for! However I do wish they had more giraffe figures and had zebra ones also. I did not see a single zebra figurine! There was only 1 small giraffe figure a small one at that!

Easy to find, lots of parking, huge store, well lit, safe, clean, well staffed. They have everything and anything you want for all crafts, furniture, yarns, fabric, candles, decorating your home and holiday, seasonal toys. Prices are good and they have a 40 percent off coupon IF item is not already on sale!

I really enjoy going to Hobby Lobby!The only one downfall to Hobby Lobby is, their Friday Night Closing Time! 8:00pm is just to early. I would be happy with 9pm. Would prefer 9:30-10pm!

Huge craft store! Love the Christian oriented easy listening music there- has me humming or singing as I shop! Everything is better quality. If you cant find it, their staff is always able to take you to find it, and always with a happy heart and smile. The only problem is- when I go in for two items, I come home with 9 or so more I didnt know I needed!

Couldn’t find what I wanted and no one to ask. When I did find it and tried to check out the clerk was more interested in chatting with a colleague, telling her not to throw out a pinwheel Not sure what that was all about but when she did check me out (still chatting with colleague!) she then shouted, do you wanna bag?!“ Not feeling welcome or appreciated as a customer and would hate to go to her church!!! Christian? I would more self-centered! Never will go back to this location. At least their stores in pur area are helpful and courteous! Not in Elmira!!!!
