Wow! I will recommend this place to anyone asking about hearing aids. Adrienne, along with being one of the nicest people I have met, is very knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing aids. The hearing aid test was extensive. She is not comfortable with the purchase until you are. And she will work with you until you are completely satisfied. I am so pleased that I chose Elmira Hearing Aid Center. And Sarah is so sweet. Its a pleasure to have them on my team!!

I went to the Elmira Hearing Aid Center in January. I had hearing aids from another place that Id worn for over 4 years. The hearing test from Adrienne was the most comprehensive Id ever had. I cant say enough good things about her or the Elmira Hearing Aid Center. I got new hearing aids and am now hearing better than I have in years! She and Sarah are great. I highly recommend going there. Your hearing will be fantastic!!

I was referred to Elmira Hearing Aid Center by my insurance provider. Adrienne and Sarah helped me extensively during my initial appointment and, after the selection of my hearing aids, with follow-ups. I was amazed by how hearing aid technology has advanced drastically in just the last decade. Despite my unwillingness to embrace this new way of life, they were very patient and helped me work through and resolve minor issues affecting me. I can now listen to audiobooks and stream music through the built-in Bluetooth capability of the hearing aids, and the sound quality is very good. I also observed them being extremely patient and helpful with other clients. I could not be happier.

I now hear much better since I came here. They have been very helpful. Answering questions and explaining everything about the hearing aids .
