The female sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection was good. The prices seem fair. Sadly, they charge $75 for delivery and $50 to have the old mattress taken away. Thats not even close to being reasonable.

Super quick and pleasant trip! I was able to go right in and look at mattresses. I was also informed that they sanitize all displays between customers and you could definitely tell that everything was clean and ready to be sat on, laid on, and tested for comfort! I walked away with a super nice Sealy Queen mattress with a box spring and basic metal frame for less than $600! I ordered a full bed set on Oct 17,2020. I was told by the very nice woman that it would be about a week but if I didnt hear anything in 2 weeks to definitely call but shes be suprised if it took that long. So I waited the week..nothing..waited another week and heard nothing so I called. Had to leave a message cuz they dont like to answer the phone. The gentleman called me back and said he didnt know when it would be in. Could be today, could be next week. I dont know. Great! In the meantime I had in laws I had to send to a hotel because I didnt have a bed for them. So I gave it another week and called and voicemail was full so I couldnt leave a message. Called back next day and still no answer so I left a message. Didnt hear back for 5 days so I called AGAIN but they were closed so I left yet another voicemail and told them I want my bed or my money back so I can go somewhere with better customer service. This is going on a month for an order that was suppose to be in a week!!Not only that but the first time I went to look I inquired on old bed removal and was told only in very rare circumstances. Well Im single mom with a spec needs child and have no way of disposing and I was told to set it on curb!!!! I go to their page on FB to look last week to see if orders came in since no one will call to update me and I see someone asked if they take away old bed and they responded We Sure Do! ...What???!!! Why was I told no?So, I understand delays happened but good customer service would call to let you know of the delay! No one has done so! I had to call...and call..and call and theres been no response after first call back. I told them if I hear nothing by Thursday I will take it to small claims court.I do NOT recommend this place!

If youre looking for a great quality mattress set, at low prices mattress by appointment is the place to purchase. My wife and I were scheduled for a 10am appointment we selected our mattress set, approved to finance, and were finished by 10:30am all thanks with the help of Jack, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a great mattress set, full purchase or financing.

Incredible prices. Good quality. Staff was there if you needed them, but they don’t hover around you as soon as you walk in. No big pressure sales pitches.

Ryan, the person I had an appointment with, was not available. I received an email confirmation for my appointment with the wrong address of where the store is. No appointments necessary any longer. Entrance is not marked well.

Great selection! Put in for my couch on a Sunday around 1pm and got it delivered by Tuesday around 3pm. Very nice gentlemen helped set it up for me. I would recommend this place to anyone I can!
