Taylor who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. My 4 year old could answer a phone call more professional than she could. I told her what service I was looking for and she just hung up the phone. I know she didn’t try to connect me because I could hear her hit the table with the phone. I immediately called back and told her that she hung up on me and she didn’t even apologize. She was rude and monotoned AF. Seriously?! I would rather drive an hour to another Honda Dealership than be treated with disrespect from Taylor. Learn to be nice and helpful. That’s how you get people to come back.

Posted a rather unflattering review yesterday. Had the opportunity to speak with Andy Wright today and he took the time to legitimately listen to my concerns and as a sign of good faith truly righted what I perceived as a wrong. While out of frustration I said it was time to find a new dealership, we will definitely be coming back.

Not a fan of the service here. I have been coming here for 3 years. And only come here because of my warranty. The service is horrible. Drop my car for an oil change and tire rotation and it takes almost 2 hours. The bays were empty when I got here and full when I returned from walking around while I waited for it. Some of those people leaving way before I did. Not sure what they had done but I’m sure it was close to what I was getting. Can’t wait to take my car somewhere else. Last Honda I’ll buy. Also have them my cell number to call and they call my house to let me know my car is done. Good thing my husband was home

They literally will send you home in an uber for free. How cool is that. They even knew that I was dropping my car off for a warranty related thing and I wasnt even going to pay them anything and they STILL gave me a ride home for free!

I called the service center for my Crv AC issue. The call was transferred to service technician and he told me to check the problem it will cost 40$. I scheduled the appointment and took my Crv on the date. After arrival I was told that it will actually cost 350$ and I will have to pay for that and not 40$ and was given wrong information. It is very disappointing 1) wrong information 2) lost my time trying to work around their earliest availability 3) ridiculously expensive price for little over 3 year old car. I lost impression on Honda and I am going to recommend not to buy to everyone I know and try to tell every where as much as I can regarding the issues people are facing and honda not even trying to address the issues. Dont buy CR-V. Comment for more details.

Made an appointment for 8:15, and I called at 12:45 to see if car was ready, the gentleman I spoke with said the car was not even looked at yet. He said when you drop off a car the night before they will have it done by 5 p.m. He also said we told Stephanie a 5 pm pickup, which we did not specify. Why make an appointment for 8:15 if you have no intention to do it at scheduled time. Now he said he would tell the team leader to bring the car in, who knows what time it will be done . Not good customer service.
