Its great to still have a locally owned, small business furniture store in our town. They sell all American made products and the selection is not only huge, but comes with significant customization options to fite your homes configuration and style. Worth a visit if you are looking for long lasting furniture options and want to keep your hard earned money in your local economy.

I called Royal furniture and spoke to Art. He provided detailed information about my interest in counter chairs. I visited the store and the great service continued. Art treated me like a preferred customer and made me feel at home. I appreciated Arts professionalism which led me to make a purchase from Royal Furnitue.

Our experience with Royal Furniture of Emmaus has been nothing but terrific! We initially tried the big box store for living room furniture but found nothing but overpriced pieces and poor quality. Absolute best people I have ever dealt with for furniture. Only mid to high end stuff and not cheap furniture with crappy foam etc... Bought right off the floor and was delivered in less than one week. So happy I went here and not to the typical Box stores. Not pushy at all. Let us spend a lot of time on the couches without even standing over us. He did check in once in a while to make sure we didnt have any questions. Extremely knowledgeable with everything including different fabrics and which ones last longer versus not as good etc... HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!

My husband & I went to Royal yesterday looking for a new sofa. There were so many styles to choose from and since our living room is small we had to go with a small size sofa. (They were able to accommodate our need). Art was our salesman and he is very knowledgeable, he is not pushy and above all, he is HONEST ! He explained that all the furniture is AMERICAN made right here in the USA ! Our sofa will be coming from Iowa!Unlike other furniture stores in the area we went to, we were able to choose the style of the sofa, the color & the kind of fabric we liked (and believe me, there were MANY color schemes to choose from). Also, for the throw pillows, you had a choice of fabric to match (didnt need to be the same as the sofa). We couldnt do that at the other places we looked at. Prices are quite comparable to the other stores we looked at but the service at Royal is much more personable and I believe in keeping business with the Ma n Pa stores ~ Not the bigger chain stores.We will most DEFINITELY do business with Royal Furniture in Emmaus. I cant say enough about the most pleasant experience we encountered and I would recommend Royal Furniture to everyone !! Thanks, Art G. for a pleasant sale. Well see you SOON !!!

Carol was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We went here first then to lazy-boy, raymore and Flanagan, Bobs discount, limerick furniture, Ashleys and the dump. We returned to buy quality products from a local business. It has the best quality for the price around.

Cant say enough good things about this place. My grandfather and father bought basically all of their furniture here (they still have most of it and its in great condition) and suggested my wife and I go after we were looking at the big chain stores. After pricing the big chain stores and finding a few pieces for a bedroom set, we figured wed give Royal a shot. Curt, who was extremely friendly and helpful, gave us a deal we couldnt resist. It was in line with what we were going to pay at another store, except we got a whole bedroom set instead of a few pieces and the quality is MUCH better. Weve had the set for nearly six months and if anything, I like it even more than the day I got it. Its also stuff made in the US and it was able to be completely personalized and tailored to our wants and needs (color, type of headboard, end of bed, drawers underneath bed or not, etc.).Curt said he wanted to make us return customers since were just starting out in our home and he did exactly that. We need a dining room table and when were ready to buy that, Royal Furniture will be our first stop.

When we built our first home we purchased all our furniture from Michael at Royal Furniture. 14 years later we now a family of 5 and recently built a larger home. We were in need of more furniture so we looked up Michael. He remembered us, took care of our furniture needs and impressed me with his customer service and follow up skills. When a slight problem arose he was quick to come to my aid and have it fixed. I am a happy and loyal customer!

I just had a large rotator cuff shoulder repair surgery. One of the hardest parts is just not being able to get comfortable to sleep at night. A few friends I leaned on recommended a recliner. So, yesterday, recovering from surgery, I went off to find a recliner with my daughter driving, of course. I found one that was acceptable, but that store could not deliver for a week and I could not bear another week of sleeplessness. I called Royal, somewhat desperately asking if they had a Flexsteel recliner that I could have soon. Art was so very kind and invited me over. Art showed us every good match (price and Flexsteel) in the store. When he saw the difficulty I was having with getting the recliner to recline due to my inability to use my arm, Art recommended a power recliner. We picked a very comfy, well-supported, power Flexsteel recliner. And they delivered the very next day. So, I bought a wonderful piece of furniture at a reasonable price from a very accommodating local retailer. Wow. Thank you for letting me get a much better nights sleep sitting up with my rotator cuff repaired arm better supported.
