First time buying from Prestige Granite and Marple. Allen was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. The price was comparable to other suppliers. When the original slab was no longer available they worked quick (24 hours) to get another 2 slabs that were very close to the one we first picked. associate who cam out for the template was polite and kept area clean. The installers were fantastic, polite and kept the area clean. We LOVE our new kitchen. Thank you Allen and the entire Prestige Granite crew.

We are a local remodeling company (Beaver Building & Remodeling) that has been in the business for 35 years and do anywhere between 4 to 8 kitchens per year. We started using Prestige Marble & Granite back in 2014 and could not be happier with this company. Their work is always spot on and their pricing is more than fair. Never once have we had an issue with scheduling, cleanliness, professionalism or product. We always recommend them to all of our customers.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Prestige several months ago on a custom Corian breakfast bar. Alan in the showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable. John, who came out for templating and install was absolutely amazing, he offered great suggestions and product knowledge. He manufactured and installed a flawless piece, and even came back to repair it after some careless contractors doing other work in the house damaged it.

One star seems too much. Terrible customer service after the sale. Had a granite stone cut for a fireplace hearth. Paid extra to have it templated to make sure it would lay right. The man who came to template didnt have a level. Guess what, it was installed and didn’t lay flat on the wood floor. Called several times, no one returned calls and then when I threatened to go to BBB, got a call back from manager, he had no suggestions. I had to suggest a fix I came up with after speaking to several experts. Then they promised a woodworker would call me to fix at my expense. Waited again, no one called. Also, I was promised a specific granite slab in showroom and was given a different slab. Never notified it was different. I noticed it when I went back to the showroom after the install and there it was uncut. I called to complain it was a bait and switch. Called several times and asked for discount, which they agreed to take $100 off. Will never use them again, it was a nightmare. Take your business elsewear if you want professional service before, during and after. Sent an email to the owner as well, no response.

Honestly, It was recommended to me to use a different company for my small bar top project. After 3 weeks waiting for a quote and then having to have it adjusted to reflect a different edge choice and STILL not hearing back from them, I decided to try Prestige. I called on a Saturday, and by the end of the day, I had a quote which was $500 less than the other place and one week later, my countertop is installed and looking fabulous. I still haven’t heard back from the other place. Great customer service, and friendly workers that know what they’re doing. Would use them again in a heartbeat, and definitely recommend them to others

We had always planned to reuse a particular piece of granite when we remodeled our kitchen - a large piece that we stored ourselves for years in our garage. When we were finally ready to remodel near the end of 2019, we agreed to contract with Prestige Marble and Granite because they agreed to cut and install our existing granite for our kitchen island, since we would also be buying our surrounding quartz countertops and tile for our backsplash new from them. They installed the quartz countertops in early March 2020 and we picked up the backsplash tile we had ordered. We paid for these materials and the quartz countertop install at that time - no small bill. (Prestige did not install the backsplash tile - our contractor did.)In mid-March, Prestige sent a representative out to template our island for the granite installation. It was at that time, that the representative got into an argument with my husband, saying that they “couldn’t” install the granite, without a seam in it. My husband (and I) were very upset by this since we’d stored such a large piece of granite intact for years. After further questioning by my husband, the representative did admit that the granite could be cut on site and installed in a single piece if the range were moved out off the way for the install. We agreed to this, and thought the issue was resolved.A couple of days later, all Pennsylvania non-essential businesses were shut down due to COVID 19 precautions. We were able to contact Prestige, and although they were shut down, they assured us that they would send us a quote for the granite work. We never received the quote, despite multiple requests for it. Once Prestige was allowed to reopen in June 2020, we tried again, but every time we called, we were told that someone would get back to us, and they never did. We finally just heard today, June 15, 2020, through our contractor, NOT PRESTIGE, that Prestige won’t install the granite for us without putting a seam in it.Needless to say, my husband and I are exceedingly upset. Not only will Prestige not complete the job that they agreed to, they didn’t even bother to return our months of phone calls themselves. We understand that companies that are just reopening after the COVID shutdown are extremely busy, but this is beyond unprofessional, and is simply unacceptable. We expect our calls to be returned, and our job to be finished.

We had a terrible experience with Prestige. We are trying to replace our stove but the countertop opening wasn’t wide enough to fit a 30” stove. After doing a little research, it seems a lot of Granite companies don’t want to do this kind of work due to the risk of something happening and having to cover it under insurance. We were extremely happy when Prestige said they would do the job AND cover it under their insurance. We spoke to a representative twice regarding this. First we were told he was going to check with the owner to make sure he was OK with insuring the job. A few days later, the representative told us the owner gave the OK and the job was insured. We then got a call from the service tech to schedule the job. The job was scheduled for 11/5/19 @ 10am. Around 10:30 the tech was still not there so we called him. No answer. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he was a little behind. He also said he just spoke with the owner and they no longer would insure the job. Obviously frustrated (since we made preparations to have the job done), I asked that he have the owner contact me. A few minutes later I received a message from the original representative that they could no longer help me.Very unprofessional. We were lied to multiple times then left with no assistance. If you’d like to use/trust a company that says one thing, then does another, Prestige is for you.

We stopped into prestige marble and granite last week to get information on our bathroom remodeling ideas. The showroom had lots of samples to pick from. It was extremely clean and organized. The staff was very attentive to our needs even though they were working with other customers at the time we walked in. The knowledge and work that they showed us from other installations…my wife and I know that prestige marble and granite is who we wanted to do business with. We felt no obligation or pressure to purchase right away, but rather to take the time to consider our options and to make a decision at our convenience.

Absolute pleasure dealing with them! Patient and very helpful sales staff. Accurate scheduling and install. They replaced an existing marble top without damaging the cabinets with a new granite top. I didnt realize how bad a job the first marble contractor did (3 seams, uneven edges, other issues) until I saw the replacement that Prestige performed. Only 1 seam over 16 Beautiful glass like finish. My best recommendation!

Where do I even begin. My husband and I re-did our kitchen and two bathrooms. We went to Prestige. They gave us damaged granite filled with epoxy and installed it wrong for a total of $8000. We have pleaded for repairs or money off to have it re done and neither has happened. Yesterday we got a letter from a debt collector demanding the balance due or they would put a mechanics lean on our property. ( see full review on yelp) Shop Elsewhere!!!

When my husband and I first walked into the showroom at Prestige, we were impressed with how beautiful it was. There were plenty of samples to look at as well as examples of how the counters look on different shaped cabinets/bars. Dan Stover helped us on multiple occasions while we made the decision what to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products and checked in with us throughout the process. In the end, we decided to order Cambria quartz. The affordable price coupled with it being an American made product sealed the deal for us. After searching multiple stores (big box and private), we couldnt find a more beautiful quartz. From the time we had the template taken of the counters to installation was only about a week. The seam is barely visible and our contractor noted how professional and skilled the installers were.We will definitely use Prestige again in the future.

They have since fired the woman who worked with us on our initial order, however, that does not excuse the many mistakes and screw ups these guys have had trying to fill our order. After we met and placed our order, we were told that we live too far (5 miles). Well, the sales clerk (female), was mistaken. When we called back, she had not understood where we live (Zionsville).Next they kept confusing our order with another persons. We only needed a back splash for our new kitchen and she kept trying to send us up to the counter top show room for a counter top. We went through this confusion three times; twice with her and then again with another gentleman. They lost our kitchen diagrams. I personally drove them up to the show room, and handed them to the sales clerk (male) who lost them. When it came time to install, their installer called and needed to get in at 6am. Are you kidding! Ugh.Then while installing, it turned out that Prestige failed to order a mural we wanted that would be placed in the tile behind the stove. They insisted we must have had it with us OR that the female clerk they fired screwed up the order. That is not an excuse. If you run a business, why arent there persons who check and re-check an order before its placed? And if you had to fire someone, wouldnt you check their work after they were let go to make sure things like this do not happen? Our recommendation is that you shop elsewhere.

Messed up everything with countertops. Sink was not centered. Stove opening is not centered. Faucet and soap dispenser holes were drilled to close to sink. Theres not enough room on the underside to fasten them. Island too was set off centered one inch length and width. Owner Mark was terrible to work with. I had to call his guys for him. He never called me back when he said he would. And constantly lied to me. He made a new countertop but apparently never looked at it when it came into his shop. It had marks all over it from the manufacturer. One of his employees also ran his utility knife about 18 inches down the face of my custom cabinets. After over two months and about $1000 dollars extra expenses (cabinet repair, moving cabinet to replace countertop, and plumbing expenses). This has still not been resolved. I would highly recommend NOT using prestige marble and granite.

We are using a rating of 5 stars because Prestige definitely earned that high rating! Selection: outstanding. Showroom: full of wonderful ideas. Sales and Customer Support: knowledgeable and very helpful. Templating: precise Installation: superbUnlike some other granite suppliers, Prestige does NOT force you pay 100 percent upfront by cash or bank check only. Instead, Prestige accepts all normal forms of payment, with half due at templating. Everyone at Prestige was personable and very patient with our many, many questions. And their pricing was competitive, too. All aspects of our experiences with them were very positive. We decided to travel from the Poconos (where we live) down to the Lehigh Valley to check out Prestige, and we were very pleased with the differences compared to other suppliers. After visiting six other suppliers, we were about ready to abandon the whole idea because of poor policies and poor treatment at those other locations. And another very important plus about Prestige: they actually use metal rods for extra support across long voids in order to lessen the possibility of cracks occurring. In our case, we had a span of more than five feet across the sink cabinet and the adjacent dishwasher. Most other suppliers insist on putting the seam at the middle of the sink. The approach Prestige uses is much better. We do not often take the time to write reviews. We only do so if we are either very disgusted or very impressed. Obviously, with Prestige we were thoroughly impressed!! Ernie and Barbara C.

My husband and I were blown away by our experience with Prestige, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. First, everyone in the showroom is very friendly, and gave us space to shop, yet were there to answer questions if we had any. After deciding on our granite slab in their showroom (one stop shopping saves a half a day!), it was only 10 days (7 business days) till installation. Since the piece we picked out was a level 5, there was a lot of movement in the piece, and they asked if we wanted to place the template pieces on the slab. When we arrived at their fabrication warehouse, we were greeted and helped with a smile by someone who literally had to stop cutting to help us. On the day of installation, the lead installer introduced himself, as well as the 2 others who came with him. They installed the granite quickly, without making a mess (someone else warned me their kitchen was covered in dust from their installers), and perfectly. The countertop is ridiculously gorgeous, the two 2 of seams that were unavoidable are unnoticable, and we are really happy customers! Everyone from the showroom, templater, cutters, and installers treated us with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend this comapny to anyone for not just meeting but exceeding our expectations.

WATCH OUT!!! Dont judge a book by its cover!!! Prestige came to our house and put Quartz countertops in, we were impressed by the guys and their work until we found our basement ceiling was completely saturated, table under the ceiling ruined from the water. When we called prestige about our water dripping during that 24 hour time until our personal plumber could come and hook up the sink and faucet, they said that their guys turned everything off and that they arent responsible. We saved up for two years for these countertops with our hard earned money, to feel like we are being ignored by a company that isnt atleast taking any concern with our situation. All we were asking is for them to atleast pay for the service call for the plumber to come out again to see if there were any leaks in the plumbing, which there wasnt. So we know, the water in the basement is a result from them disconnecting the lines, and it dripping for 24 plus hours. We arent even asking for them to replace the table downstairs, and Im personally taking care of replacing the drywall. My wife is trying to work with this company and feel they should atleast pay for the plumber service call for him to come out, when it didnt result in anything with broken down plumbing, only human error on prestige part not to have that open line covered up so it wouldnt drip overnight. Thats why, 1 star, when it came down to the result of how they took care of working with us on this issue we had.
