Each time I call I am greeted by a very pleasant, cheerful and courteous receptionist who handles all of my requests for appointments or batteries very promptly. Eric my appointments with you are always made around your excellent cooperation in meeting my schedule which is most difficult as I am my wifes caregiver. Very pleased with the location and especially the staff. The receptionist has been very attentive when I call and keeps the office clean and neat. All CDC guidelines are in place.

My Mom has been a client of Miracle Ear in Emmaus for several years now. Eric and his staff are very professional and courteous. Miracle Ear has given my Mom the ability to enjoy conversations with her grandkids and great grandkids and enjoy TV again. She especially likes the blue tooth adapter so the TV isnt blaring. She no longer just sits in silence and not join in. I especially like the follow up visits for checking and making sure the hearing aids are working properly and for checking any changes in my moms hearing ability and adjusting the hearing aids accordingly.
