All I can say is WOW! Dont remember the last time I was in a bike shop that had such an extensive selection of machines. Nice showroom with an impressive inventory of all types of ATVs, motorcycles, dirtbikes, etc. The have a pretty decent selection of riding gear. But most of all their parts department is phenomenal. Anytime I call they are always willing to go the extra step to help me get what I need.

I went to look at a different bike than the one I ended up buying and Im glad I went to Blackmans. I cant say enough about how professional yet fun my buying experience was. I worked with Rick who as it turns out was the expert on European bikes. He spent a good portion of his day answering my questions and researching stuff for me online. I never felt any pressure to close the deal. He offered me the night to sleep on it before I pulled the trigger and honestly that was so important. When you have bought and owned dozens of bikes and you realize that the sales guy wants you to buy the right bike for you, it shows that they are not just chasing a sale, they are fitting you to a bike, big difference.. They know what they have and stand behind their stuff. It worked, I went home and after spending a sleepless night surfing the net I was convinced that this was the bike (T120). Easy to purchase from, quick turn around time

Extremely deceptive dealership!!! I purchased a Can Am Maverick in July and I was lied to about where to register. I called twice a month and spoke to the liar they have working in the title department. She lied and blamed the delay on DMV. Then gave me the number to DMV who said the dealership sent them the paper on September 18th. I called the liar back and she said she didn’t know why they said it. I told her to cancel the registration and I will handle myself. She said no issue. I call back a week and a half later and she said she changed her mind and didn’t cancel the request and has no idea when the title will come in. All the while the Maverick has been sitting unused due to no plate or registration. These people are liars and have the worst after purchase customer service. Do not give them tour money!!! Go to another dealership!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

I recently bought a 2022 Yamaha TW200 fun Blackmans and the experience was great from start to finish. Warren made the process seamless and I was out on two wheels in no time. I was looking for a used Victory for some time. I did not want to by a bike without being able to see it first. I found a 2014 Cross Country Tour at Blackmans and took the hour and a half drive to see it. The bike, the price and the team at Blackmans made this the perfect purchase. George the sales manager was very accommodating. Rick the salesman got me seamlessly through the process and Karma in the finance department made sure my plates were on time and delivered to the right place, all in the middle of a pandemic. I would do it all over again in a moment. Truly a wonderful experience.

Everyone is nice and knowledgeable seems happy here. Only knocking a star bc customers seem to be unable to be in and out same day. Our machine was going to be at least 2 days bc of assembly, but we know of others who went back 3 or 4 times just to finalize paperwork before they could wrap it up.

We went to Blackmans to browse the Can Am selection. We didnt know much about them, but they led us through the process and made the total buying experience as easy as possible. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did it when they said they would. Jeff is very knowledgable and has the patience to deal with new riders. The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them, and we will give them continuing business.

The place was nice but the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. We were basically ready to purchase and they just seemed like we were a waste of their time. I doubt we will go back.

They have a wide assortment of parts, but not what you need. If something needs to be delivered you will definitely wait at least a week.

Staff were attentive and helpful, the paperwork was done very quickly and prepared ahead of my appointment time, and a lot of questions were answered and assistance given even on a busy day at the dealership. No one tried to upsell me on a vehicle or service I did not want. This is a good dealership to shop at.

I like Blackmans, I bought 3 bikes from them. I recently tried to get an oil change and inspection. They told me 8 weeks. Seems a little much for an oil change and inspection guess they are very busy.Overall a great place, sales and service have been pretty good.

The parts/service guys are absolutely awesome and made great suggestions for a new helmet.

Recently bought a utv from Blackmans, nice that you are treated like a friend from start to finish during the buying process. Worked with Jeff to buy and even though the unit wasnt in stock he worked with us and communicated with us throughout the wait time. Unit came in, called to let us know it was there and a time frame for pickup. My kids were so excited to come get the new unit and all the employees were unbelievably nice to them, not like some places who act annoyed when you bring your kids. Tim hooked us up with some accessories, and again completely nice to my whole family. Sorry for the lengthy post, but know that your buying experience will be a pleasant one.

Dave took time to find me an obsolete light for a 50-year-old Yamaha. He didnt have one, and got me four dealers in the country who showed stock on the part on a Sunday. Guy didnt make a dime, and acted like I was the only customer in the world.Means a lot.Ive consigned a few items through Blackmans, bought a bike from them, bought a genny from them, and always stop there first when a metric bike rolls through my shop for parts.Help like that is why.

Great people to deal with. Wish I loved closer. Got my snowmobile back after 2 months and they say it works but failed to mention that the battery is dead. So I would think they would mention something about that. Which is why I dropped it 1 star. Large place and decent inventory.

Very disappointed with this dealer. 12 months ago I came in to purchase my atv. Calling them a week prior to going in, I figured Id be good with contacting financing and all. Nope they didnt bother to contact any financial places until I arrived at 5pm and than told me I have to come back because I cant get ahold of the finance company they must have closed. Now mind you I live 3 hrs away. I was putting down 13000 on a 15000 dollar quad and there was nothing they could do. I had to figure out how to pay in full, or come back another day! After paying in full I was told they would be giving me kickbacks on aftermarket parts for the inconvenience. A year later still having problems. Lost my buisness 100% I will never recommend anyone to this place. The 40 people I ride with will get our bikes from someone who cares and wants to help 💯

If you want to feel like you are invisible than this is the place for you! It’s fun walking around and starting up machines then bounce them off the rev limiter. Go ahead they won’t notice. They are too busy talking to each other about what they want to do over the weekend. I was on the property for 45 min. They talk about a pressure free environment. Well how about when you ask for assistance and you get the one sec hand signal from two employees that are talking about hanging out. I watch another customer ask for help with a helmet and without even looking at him the employee said “We don’t have it”. The customer looked over at me in disbelief as to insure if that really just happened and walked out. The only person that seemed to be doing anything productive in this place was the lift driver. Two separate visits one year apart and same experience. Not a coincidence. Read the other reviews.

First Motorcycle PurchaseAs a middle-aged man just getting started with motorcycling, choosing and purchasing my first bike made me somewhat anxious. I lost a significant amount of that anxiety after finding the motorcycle I was interested in on Blackmans pre-owned inventory on their website. Within 30 seconds of logging on to the website at 11:30 p.m., I had someone contacting me asking via text if I had any questions. That person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and provided my contact information to Jeff who spoke with me the following morning and started the paperwork for purchase. Within their shop, everyone was extremely helpful, supportive, and couldnt do enough to ensure a good overall customer experience. The actual purchase and paperwork on Saturday afternoon was painless and efficient. On Sunday when I pick the bike up, Jeff went out of his way to go over the motorcycle in detail with me including providing me some homework prior to my taking the safety course in 2 weeks. In addition, he helped me load the bike onto a pickup truck so I could take it home. I would definitely not have any concern about contacting them in the future should I have additional questions regarding my purchase, or even return to the dealership for purchasing my next bike in a few years.

Just called to ask about weather or not the part I was thinking of ordering would fit on my atv or not, I’ve called other places to ask something similar to this and they’ve been really quite helpful in figuring it out. this guy just responded with “well I wouldn’t get anything out of telling you if it would fit” there’s nicer ways to say something like that.

No complaints! There was a lack of communication but that was on my end! Jeff in sales was Great! Cant remember the instructors name but I followed him on a test ride. Just bought my first motorcycle - a Royal Enfield INT650 Twin - yesterday at Blackmans. I worked with Jeff, but everybody involved was exceedingly helpful and responsive. I cant say enough about the process buying with Blackmans. Customer-first attitude, peerless product knowledge, casual and inviting atmosphere. And for any first time or prospective riders/purchasers reading this, there is nothing intimidating about working with these guys. You get the sense they just want to get another rider on the road. Everybody I know wants a bike now and I wouldnt send them anywhere else.

Just purchased a Cforce 600 ATV from Blackmans and I couldnt be happier. The Cforce is great ATV and purchasing from Blackmans was a great experience. Their web site is well maintained and with the situation today that is a huge plus. The 600 was back ordered and delivered in their estimated time frame.
