Just talked with Beth on the phone and met up at office, very clean place and very pleasant to talk with her.

I was charged 50% of my months rental when I canceled before my start date. I made my first payment a week in advance. Then realized I didnt need a unit a couple days later. So be aware try not to book your service until the day you use it. I made the mistake of making a payment in advanced of my start date. I will not refer East Penn Storage for only a 50% refund when i never stepped into the unit.

We rented the storage unit here for my mother as well as a truck to help her move. I found the entire process to be fast friendly and efficient. I feel the grounds are well-maintained and clean. I get the feeling of safety for our belongings we have stored there.

Beth, who works in the office, is wonderful! I ran into some financial problems, having trouble making mo. payments for my storage unit and they were willing to work with me until I got caught up. Thanks guys! Very much appreciated!

Ive been an off an on customer with East Penn self storage for afew years now. Started with a 5×10now in a 10×10. The back fence right against the turnpike is totally lacking... Other then that my experience was uneventful.

Overpriced and just not worth it.
