Buss has always been No. 1 in paint. Their knowledge and service is top notch. We recently needed to replace our Hunter Douglas shades and had a great experience from selection to installation. Randy went above and beyond. The project went smoothly and the final product looks great.

Bought a new home and was looking to have hardwood floor stain matched to a sample. On the phone my husband was told bring in the sample we will see what we can do. I took the sample in and one of the men working said multiple times i need a sample of the wood all he kept saying, I explained that wasnt really possible since the home was built in 1964 and we couldnt just tear up the floor. They finally agreed to get a piece of wood to help with a color and we went back and picked it up. We were told the color could be changed if needed. We tested the color and didnt like it so like we were told the color could be changed. When my husband asked them to lighten it Mike just continued to say we need a sample also blamed the color on the application process saying the contractor sanded too hard or the grit was to high. Regardless my husband ended up walking out because he was incredibly frustrated with the lack of care/professionalism. He also asked Mike three times if he could have the can of stain back that we had already paid for and he just stood there starring at him, another employee came over and said sure let me get it for you. Then I called and Mike explained to me he told my husband he could add white to the stain....which he in fact DID NOT tell my husband. The entire process was a mess start to finish and we have now spent 80 dollars on a can of stain we will not use. We tried to shop small and stay local....Just a very unpleasant experience for us. I wish others better luck.

Great paint store. An overwhelming selection. I got exactly what I needed. Good paint isn’t cheap but the staff was helpful.

We found that Buss was a Hunter Douglas shade distributor. Their knowledge of the product sold us. We purchased motorized programmable shades for the family room and breakfast area. The installation was outstanding and we could not be happier! Right now they open at Sunrise and close at Sunset with so many options we will explore.

These guys are great they know exactly what I wanted and had me in-and-out real fast. Real nice too.

They are the best at color and sheen matching and very knowledgeable about paints and wall coverings. Ive always found them helpful. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for service, but thats because they take the time to help people thoroughly.

These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to paint. They have very reasonable prices and will spend an endless amount of time helping you pick the right product. They also tell it like it is, and let you know what they think of your choices. They have an on-site interior decorator that can also help you choose colors and finishes. Great place and the only one ill buy paint.

Sells high-end paints which is a good quality. But one particular salesman is very rude when answering questions. Dont know his name. He should be reminded he is in the sales business and should be expected to answer questions about paints and painting supplies. Its really not that difficult.
