Tried out their HD (and spendy) fleet brakes for my 02 f250. Lasted 2 years 25k miles with 50/50 local/fwy miles, and only occassional towing 5-10k lbs. When I approached them about whether they should have lasted longer, they agreed they should have and warrantied the whole set. Wish they had a true oem+ quality line of brake components, and not excited to do the brake job again so soon, but very happy with the customer service, and them standing behind their products.

I was out of town my wife called, her car and our sons went down. Her battery was no good so I called NAPA and Terry said send her over they will install. I’m the service manager of a 400 unit fleet. Customer service makes the difference every time. She was in and out fast. Son borrowed the car to save his job all worked out. Thank you Emmett Napa and Emmett spirt.

If I could give the place a 0 star review I would. I went in to return a core and they refused to take it even though I had the sales record. Michelle and I think Ethan. Horable service. Michelle was the worst. I told her I wouldnt be back because of her and she started saying boo hoo and making faces. I have it all on video for proof. Horable!!! Autozone here I come

We came in looking for a fuel filter for my neighbors tractor. I didnt know the part number and there wasnt one printed on the old one (which I brought in by the way). All I knew was the make and model of the tractor. The system they use did not have the info we needed either. The lady we spoke with worked her google-fu until she found a part number that worked with NAPAs system. Ha! she exclaimed as she ran in the back and grabbed the part. We opened the box and checked it against the old one and it was a match!Its that kind of customer service that is going to have me coming back in the future.

Their parts are a little more spendy but they usually last longer. The staff has been friendly and helpful even if they have to send you somewhere else in town to get your part.

Prices are high compared to other parts places in town. They do have some parts that the other places don’t stock sometimes though. Also sell automotive paint but they don’t know how to mix it so kinda seems pointless on that one. But if no one else has it, it may be worth checking with them
