Went in today to buy a 4x4 and needed it cut into 8 1 pieces as posts for a raised garden bed. Kiley helped me with what I needed and she was very helpful and really nice. She told me to drive around back to pick up the 4x4. The guy was very nice too. He cut the wood and loaded the pieces into my car. It was my first time at the store and I was very impressed with the service. Thank you!

Great local hardware store with great competitive prices with those over-rated big box stores over the hill...If they dont have it theyll order it and have it within the week. Better quality building materials than box stores, and knowledgeable staff. You guys rock...highly recommend you to everyone needing hardware, building materials, and other supplies.

Decent prices, the customer service runs hot & cold. I went in a few days ago & got great service from a real super gal. Went in today stood at the register for >5 mins. There were at least 4 employees that I saw at the back of the store chatting away (and yes they could see me). I finally walked out leaving everything on the counter. Sad way to do business

Generally theyre ok. But Im not real impressed right now. Ive been purchasing from these guys for about 2 years now. Not large amounts, just all the stuff I need to for my fixer upper home. And theyve always been fine to work with, prices are about what youd see at homedepot.Placed an order for a door a week ago, they thought they would build it, turns out they have to order it in. Ive called them each day for the last 3 days asking for some kind of indicator when it would be ready. Each time the answer is uuuuu i dont know I ask them to please find out and call me back. They never call me back.I shouldnt be upset about something so minor, and theyve been fine to work with up till now, so im not leaving a 1 star review. But I do wish theyd call me back!
