Ive spent a lot of money here before in the past and they have always had my business until recently, they are a great store apart from when you try touching up your hair and it turns it to a completely different color EVEN THOUGH you have bought that same hair dye many times before and used it to touch it up many times before until this one time I used it and it turned my hair completely black. When I called and complain the lady just told me things I already knew how I could just strip the color or bleach it, yes let me spend over 50-100 dollars buying bleach and color strip just to have the same thing happen again. I THINK NOT. When I called and complained the lady told me things I already knew and they didnt even offer a refund or anything. They have had my business for years and Ive spent well over 500-1000 dollars there in those years. Ive never complained nothing. All I wanted was my money back because I dont see how this could happen when Ive used this dye many times before in the past to touch it up unless they have a faulty product. So I will not be returning here. Thanks for nothing Sallys.

This place is a joke, they are always out of products when I went in the staff was so rude and unprofessional. The two girls working when I went in sandie and ashley. Were badmouthing the salon that I had just gotten my haircut at. No wonder Sallys is going out of business.

Prices are high, but they do have a great return policy
