Less than professional attitude. Will not use nor recommend them to anyone. Seems spreading half truths and lies are now part of their game. She response never mentioned that she started out with a condescending tone of voice. And I never used vulgar language toward any of them. I did tell her she could stick my hearing aids but never where. Ah well, I wont bother doing business with them again. First time, I had an appointment but they closed the office and be er notified me. I made the 40 mile round trip for nothing.

Very professional with the hearing test and they made it affordable. Excellent service after ! Highly recommend their service.
