Jimmy is the absolute worst employee I have ever come across in my life. I had ordered a party pooch set for my moms birthday and what I ordered online and what I actually had delivered were so different that I wanted to cry of embarrassment to even give it to my mom. So through 1800flowers I obviously got a return, then I get a call from Jimmy asking me to put the flowers on the curb so they could come pick them up.. I live in washington and wasnt about to ask my mom to go back to work to drop them off on her bday. He then proceeded to yell at me and say WHY WOULD YOU TAKE FLOWERS IF YOU DIDNT LIKE THEM Uhh obviously because I dont live there and noone knew what they were SUPPOSED to look like. He then told me if I didnt bring them back that I was stealing from them and kept yelling at me. I then hung up because 1. Its not my fault I got a refund for a TERRIBLE flower arrangement. and 2. What kind of customer service yells at the customers and accuses them of stealing? WHAT A JOKE I would honestly use your money elsewhere until Jimmy is out of the picture.

My mom loved the flowers (tulips). Said they were beautiful and will last a while. Very happy with delivery time as promised. 5 stars. Will be back.

Terrible! Lousy work and awful customer service. I went into the store and ordered a flower crown for my nieces First Communion. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and discussed what flowers touse. I paid for it in full when I ordered it, $54, and my sister picked it up on the day of Communion. It looked beautiful in the plastic container, but when we went to put the crown on my nieces head all of the roses fell off. They had been hot glued on! She couldnt wear the crown with just leaves, a couple sprays of babys breath and big hot glue blobs, so she had nothing to wear. We were beyond disappointed and she was devastated. I called Encinitas Florist three times after to discuss the situation and request a refund. She said I couldnt get a refund and they could offer me 10% off my next purchase. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and she said she would give him the message to call me back. I have left messages three separate times with the woman who answers the phone and still not received a call back from a manager or owner. I will never do business with this florist again and I DO NOT recommend them.

This past time, I requested a contact-less delivery due to my mom being in a high-risk age group for COVID-19, and that worked just fine. The flowers that are delivered are stunning, especially the Blushing Bloom Bouquet. My mom was thrilled when she got them. She gushed about how stunning the bouquet was, and it lasted for a long time. I will definitely continue to to order from Encinitas Florist.
