Came today to pick up some beer and chips for the beach and Don was so helpful and friendly.He was stocking up the store and everything was so clean and organized !Definitely recommend coming hereAlso they have good deals ( the big Hennessy bottle is usually $100 dollars it’s 77 wow 🤩

Came today for vaccine boosters BY APPOINTMENT. Spouse and I are both in the medical industry. I waited maybe 20 minutes which isn’t bad. His appointment was at 2:20 and there was no one else waiting when he checked in. They didn’t give him his shot for almost an hour. Terrible. Won’t be back.

Rite-Aid was supposed to be open until 11:59 pm. However, when we made it there BEFORE then, the store was locked. Think the managers and higher ups should know that their employees are closing the store BEFORE its supposed to be... Doesnt seem like its legitimate. The sign says theyre open until a certain time, therefore thats the time that they should be open until!!! Poor service, lazy workers and this should be investigated... Would select 0 stars if possible, because they dont even deserve one star. Too bad negative starts isnt an option, either. How ridiculous and poor sense of customer service! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!! Glad that my reviews gets lots of reads, too...! Spread the word!

Worst pharmacy I have ever used, been coming here for 5 years and its always a wait. Staff ignores you and are slow as snails. Gonna move to the other Rite Aid on Encinitas blvd.

I was promised a medication refill in 45 minutes and it took 2 hours. The assistant was very rude and hesitant towards taking my prescription. The prescription that i was given seems like its a placebo medication. I would not recomend this pharmacy. Go to scripps across the street instead. Its alot faster.

As I write this, I am on hold for the 2nd time within the last hour. The first time I finally reached a technician who went to see if my Rx was ready. I was on hold for 18 mins before I hung up thinking that he forgot I was on the phone. I called back and was asked to please hold. That was 29 mins ago and I am still holding! I understand an office being busy, but this is ridiculous! I would guess its a case of being under staffed.

Just to clarify... The bad review is for the stores overall outside appearance. It is a complete and utter eyesore in the beautiful updated Vons shopping center. It needs a makeover like yesterday.Why they didnt update at time of centers renovation is beyond me.Bad property management is my only guess as to why its not properly maintained.People and service are great.

Called and asked if I could pick up my pills the next day. My car was in the shop and I would get it back tomorrow. They told me no my pills will be shelved tonight. I am a regular customer.

I waited on hold for a question regarding my medication & inaccurate information on its directions for over 30 minutes. I was too sick to go in again in person. When I finally got to someone they put me on hold again (cutting me off mid-greeting), then again while I told my 6 year old not to interrupt while I am on a phone call. This should not be this difficult and I have never experienced this kind of rudeness from a store. I am assuming they had a lot of customers in the stor but this is unaccptable regardless of how busy or low staffed Andre (the pharmacist) and & Iris (tech) were at the pharmacy on 8/27/15 at 9:40-10:15am. I was shocked by the way they handled themselves.

I have been on hold for 75 minutes, without someone going to help me. I should not have to be calling them anyways, there were supposed to call me back, days ago. Apparently way to busy to answer the phone or call back customers who need their medication. rude
