They incorrectly spelled something which I didnt see. I spelled it correctly when I sent it in... They charged me a total of 68.88 for the bad ones and 30 for the replacement. Bad service. Looks good after all that.. all that for two magnet car adds. Which I designed. They made the wording bigger for me...

This place cant follow simple instructions. They proved that they do not care about their customers at all.When I first began working with them I felt like I wasnt a valued customer, as when I called to check up on my order the employee had rushed me off of the phone and didnt give me a chance to ask the questions I had, but that was just the least of my worries...When I went to pick up my order everything about it was wrong. From the material used was not what I asked for, the dimensions were way too big when I clearly specified the size I needed both in email and over the phone.I told them that this is not what I wanted at all then the employees tried to make it seem like it was my fault by reading off a part of our email conversation and leaving out the part where I clearly specified the sizes of the prints I needed. Not only that, but I tried to clarify over the phone many times. However they clearly did not listen, and tried to blame it on me when there is literal proof that I provided the specifications of the dimensions.Trying to work with this business was a huge waste of my time, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Unfriendly, unprofessional.Whatever happened to the customer is always right ?? That essential business value is definitely not put into practice at this place.

Gabe and his crew were fantastic. I would rate them as the #1 print shop in Encinitas. Very fast service, best price on color printing I could find, and EXCELLENT customer service. I sent in a PDF of a document I needed copies of. It was in a weird format, so they called me and let me know what they were going to do before printing it in order that I may be completely happy with what I was getting. In addition to that close attention to detail, they also printed a black and white copy (no charge) to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended, 5 stars for sure! I was surprised that they not only do color printing and business cards, but also printing for jerseys for sports teams, banners, brochures, and a lot more. Great job guys, and thanks again!

Rarely do I look forward to any type of admin work, but someone’s got to do it. After having found minute man press in Encinitas fear no more, I love these guys. Lightyears better than any big box store, the team was not only helpful and knowledgeable but also just all around good people. So much more reasonable which I didn’t expect and the quality of my prints could not have turned out better. Thanks I’ll 100% be back. Gabe and the guys at MinuteMan Press are AMAZING! They are the anti-vistaprint. If you need it done right the first time go here. If you want them to take you bland flyers, signs and/or business cards and turn them into something awesome go here. I use them for all my business printing needs and more. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about but the “long haired guy” always takes the time to make my stuff look better then what I give him. If you want the job done right go here.
