Incredible store. Walked in and was immediately treated well. The salesman showed us all the equipment and provided recommendations based off our desired home gym setup. The process was quick and easy, and when I had a small problem a week after installation, the store immediately took care of it. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience.

As we entered Johnson’s Fitness we were immediately greeted by Josh and we were amazed by the cleanliness and the layout of the display room. As my wife and I were walking around the display room looking at the fitness equipment, we were also greeted by Roth who also took the time to greet us while Roth was assisting another customer.My wife and I explained to Josh that we were looking for commercial grade fitness equipment and we were in the process of converting our garage into a gym. Josh was very knowledgeable with the different types of commercial grade equipment that would best suit our fitness needs. Josh provided us copies of fitness equipment measurements to give us a better idea of how much fitness equipment our garage can accommodate.Josh, thank you for your attention to detail, helpful advice, great communications skills, follow ups, and NO car salesmen pressure tactics. Unbelievable service! We are in the middle of the pandemic, it’s my husband‘s birthday and I finally find a weight bench. But, it’s heavy and hard to fit in my car. Without me even requesting it, Roth offered to bring it by the house so it would be here when my husband woke up on his birthday. I am very grateful.

Great customer service! I walked in looking for a set of weights but also had some questions regarding a Landice treadmill. Josh answered all my question, he knew a vast amount of information about the unit and even helped compare them to another unit I had some interest in. They have a loyal customer in me, I’ll definitely be back for any and all fitness equipment needs.

I went in on a spur of the moment visit. I was in the area and noticed the Busy Body was replaced with this Johnson Fitness. The guy behind the counter seemed nice. The treadmill selection was limited. Im considering purchasing a treadmill before the end of the year and I wasnt too impressed with the selection
