Smart and Final sells containers with m&ms in them for 12 bucks, very yummy, almost 4 lbs.

Just finished up a routine shop at the new Smart & Final. They were recently bought by the Mexican corporation Bodega Latina. All of the existing staff was replaced and the prices, just on our items, increased anywhere from 30% - 100%. Definitely not Smart and quite possibly our Final visit. Sad.

Kudos to cashier Luis who when faced with long customer lines, ran two registers back to back. Thanks Luis!

Some delicious items not found anywhere else, like crab cakes. Also family size in the meat department, at excellent prices.

The store was fully stock and really clean. The line got long and right away another employee jumped in to help.

Every time I shop the store is clean and well stocked. The main reason I shop here is the Cashiers are super friendly, experienced and make you feel like they appreciate your business every time.

I used to like shopping at this store, I liked the variety and size of the store, plus the employees were friendly and helpful, but prices are way way out of line with other markets now. Really the whole store needs a complete remodel, especially the produce dept. and definitely new frozen food cases.

This location doesnt accept returns which is in contradiction to the policy stated on their website. Wont be shopping here again.

Smart and Final is good for staple items and is slightly cheaper than the supermarket and more convenient than Costco.

Better than the usual S&F very good store.

They are starting to be stocked like normal but they are still out of yeast, tissue and rubbing alcohol. The new check out lane is working better now.

Great store very large selection of products lots of fresh fruit and vegetables organic and non .friendly staff members and cashiers. Just like any store some good deals some great deals scored me a big chocolate pudding cake for 4 bucks thats a good deal. Easy to see from the street many other businesses in the same vicinity. Definitely plan on visiting more oftenPS I only went in for a gallon of milk. Ended up buying cherries apples cake and ice cream😎

I love the quality of the items in the store. One of the best deals is their coffees from all over the world. You can get any amount you want and all coffees are the same price. You can get large or small quantities of their items and youre in and out of the store in no time.

I shop regularly at Smart and Final. This location is clean and attractive and has some unique products, but I shop for a restaurant and there usually isnt enough of the items I need. It is set up more for personal shopping than for commercial needs.

Great place to shop for restaurant supplies, in addition to a full range of regular stuff. Produce is very good and they have bulk dry products. Very limited on fresh seafood.

Close to home, my favorite coffee place

Hard to find what youre looking for, but staff was very helpful showing where everything is. Friendly and and has a local feel even though its big box sales.

When USDA choice meat is on sale, it cant be beat.

This store was so poorly staffed today. A single lane was open, but the checker was changing so nobody was being checked out. A new line opened and then Barbara then abandoned the lane to get booze for someone. Corey finally opened a third lan, but he also immediately stepped away. So poorly run. I really regret my choice to do business here. BTW, I wrote this review from the line.

Poorly stocked, under staffed, long lines, old produce... seems the new owners of smart and final are running the name into the ground with their poor management and lack of hiring qualified staff... they’ll surely be out of business in no time!!

My family and I love this store. The prices are great and you can get everything you need there. Not as fancy as some of the more expensive stores but if you are buying for a large group its great. Its somewhere between costco and your regular market.

If you are looking for inexpensive mainstream products, in larger packaging, this is the place. Their produce looks better than it used to, but I havent really explored it since I only eat organic.

Typically the best value for cleaning supplies but Home Depot has them beat on Simple Green and Charmin bathroom tissue.

Best place to hit before camping at San Elijo State Beach.

Employees are very knowledgeable & helpful. Unfortunately, the store is constantly changing the parameters for their sale items. Wont shop there anymore because I dont trust their sales promotions.

On occasion I stopped in to grab a couple of things here and there the store is usually very clean the Isles neat and tidy the staff is very helpful and friendly and they have a very nice selection of items

The checkers used to be so nice here, now they are ridiculous and will close their lane when short staffed and after another checker has sent you over to them. Need some management stepping in on customer service.
