I use Black Whale as a source for my tech lighting and ceiling fans. They have tons of fixtures and fans on display as well as other home items. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. Jenny has helped me create orders many times, she is the best! If youre looking for high-end lighting and fans this is the place to go.

Looking for light fixtures, this place has so many. Staff are really helpful.

The staffs are always very helpful and patient. I first had a light that was not purchased there but had trouble to install. Jenny gave me so much advice even went back to see if they have parts that I could use she even follow up with me by email! After that I went there to get 3 beautiful chandeliers. They carry high quality products so I wouldnt compare them to Home Depot or Lowes.

Ive been shopping here for years. Always my go to. Always the best price. And by the way, the havent carried shades for years. Not sure where that bad review came from. Strange they would sell you shades they dont carry.

The owner suggested i take home a few chandelier lamp shades to try and she charged me for them. when I brought them back, and did not like them she refused to refund the money as she had promised. I threw them away and was completely screwed in the deal. I will never forget that betrayal.

I found what I needed for a way better price at Home Depot. Save yourself a trip and dont waste your time at this place.
