The customer service here is incredible! Any questions you have will be answered on time, the people here and online are friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to any one who has a loved one on oxygen. Now we can take my mother on a trip without worrying about her oxygen, thanks to this place!!!

I visited the showroom with my mum who needs an oxygen concentrator. There are different models and the staff is very knowledgeable. She explained to us the difference of each model and recommended a suitable one for my mum. The staff is also very patient and let my mum try a few of them. We bought a home and portable oxygen concentrator. We are very happy with the service.

Great service. My dog got to my nasal pillow attachment and I needed to find something that day, a Saturday. I first tried a place in El Cajon but they refused an email Rx and refused to speak to my doctor. My doctor found O2 Releif and they understood the importance of using a CPAP on a nightly basis and worked with my doctor so I can buy one. I would like to thank you for your compassion.
