Its an auto parts store how exciting could it be

There is a certain guy I usually speak to, he knows his cars and trucks. Hes pretty knowledge in vehicles - I been to a couple of other auto places and I have been avoiding them lately due to the fact that there people dont know their stuff. A knowledge car person in a parts store is important witch is a plus caz Im a typical woman Mechanic that cant always name the part I am looking for but after I explain he is great and 99 percent of the time he dont have a problem getting me the part I need. I usually spend cash there- Easy cash out.

Bought a battery within less than 1 year the battery was dead. I took my car to have a full electrical system check and turns out it was a faulty battery. I had lost my receipt over the 7-8 month period and they refuse (as a company) to resolve this issue even though its THEIR battery that only THEY sell and has a born on date directly on the battery. I have called customer care 3 times and have repeatedly promised a call back from regional, then the district managers that have had no courtesy to actually call em back....Three weeks later here I am still trying to resolve their faulty product
