I got a windshield replacement from here via mobile service. Eric was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Within 30 minutes my 2010 Corolla windshield was replaced. Everything was great from the start, even when just requesting the quote Jennifer was very quick and within an hour we scheduled the whole thing and set a very reasonable price.While I hope that I dont break my windshield anytime soon, Ill definitely go with Jiffy Auto Glass again.

I have used them before and appreciate the onsite windshield install. The technicians did a great job replacing the windshield on 8/4/2021. They were very careful to clean up the broken glass inside and outside of the car and were very courteous throughout the appointment. They did asked me to confirm the price before they started. I agreed because it sounded right, but I didnt have the paper in front of me. My mistake because when I later compared what I wrote from the phone quote, two numbers were transposed and I ended up paying $40 more than I was quoted. I will use them again, but will be more careful to secure the quote next time.

I have had a previous experience with Jiffy Auto Glass that went smoothly, so when needs arose again for another windshield replacement, they were the first ones I inquired with.At first, it seemed like another seemless experience ahead. Unfortunately, the technician that came out did not have the correct windshield kit to complete the job. This I understand, and it was not a problem. What I sensed however was a lack of communication between the technician and the dispatch/quoting department.He mentioned that he would tell the office and be able to come out the following week. After hearing nothing, I emailed Jennifer to see if they had any updates on when a technician could come out again, but she mentioned that she had not heard from him, and that she was waiting for a recommendation. I followed up again, but have heard nothing back.It has now been weeks since this all happened, and the windshield in this vehicle is still cracked all the way across in every direction, and cannot be legally driven anywhere. I thought I could count on Jiffy again for quick and fulfilling service, but I have been proven wrong.

*WARNING* DO NOT USE. Unfortunately, the Jiffy Auto Glass team does not stand by their word. I originally had 2 techs come out to my home (I would later find out that only 1 was supposed to come out and the other individual was not an employee of the company even though he was working on my vehicle) and they started their process to take out my windshield and replace. Before the took out the glass, they realized that they did not have the correct size glass in their van. No harm, no foul IMO. One of the techs then informed me that they had taken off the side moldings but not to worry as these would be replaced when they came back the following weekend. The following weekend, the installation went fine except for they did not replace the side moldings. I told the techs that I was hesitant to pay for a job when it was not complete. As they called their manager, Cody, he simply informed me that if I did not pay they would remove the windshield on the spot or I can pay and we would deal with the moldings on Monday. I paid in full and talked to the techs and they said they would have him call me that day. Surprise, he never called. When contacting the company, they refuse to complete the job. So as it turns out, they subcontract their work to people who are not insured through their company and they refuse to complete work. What other corners are they cutting? I saved a few bucks to go with them - I wish I went elsewhere and had it done correctly.

In my complex, I woke up to a smashed window on July 12, 2021, I looked into another company and they were not able to get out to fix my window until the 26th. I called Jiffy Auto Glass.and Kody worked with me to get my window. They were there the next day to replace my window!! Kyle, the technician who replaced my window went above and beyond with the installation!,. Even cleaning out all the broken glass. i highly recommend Jiffy Auto Glass for any of your broken glass vehicle needs!!They are very reasonably priced and the service is exceptional!! Hopefully, I will not have a broken window again, but if I do, I highly recommend Jiffy Auto Glass!!!

The side molding on my windshield has came off THREE times now. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion, better going to a different company.

Tech replaced windshield but in so doing tore/cut 2 components under my hood. After explicitly asking for a different tech to address the situation the sent the same tech who literally said he didnt know what he was doing there. Me and my car are still disappointed.

Making an appointment was very easy and they were able to come out quickly. Joe was so nice and the repair was fast. We had glass malfunction 8 months later and they honored their warranty without any hesitation. They communicate well and are so friendly. They responded immediately to my quote request, worked with my urgent need for replacement of my windshield, and even worked everything out to have it done while i was out of town. They came from denver to evans and were still over $100 cheaper than safe light and the other local companies i received quotes from. I am more than impressed by this business, im grateful.
