I was referred by a friend, called to inquire about availability, and was told they were busy until end of next week. While describing what I needed done he cut me off. Then, before I could ask if I could make an appointment, he hung up the phone. If you’re a week out from being able to take new jobs why the heck aren’t you taking appointments?I’ve been in customer service for years and own my own business. I would never treat a customer that way. I’ll take my money elsewhere if you can’t treat me with respect.

Jerry is amazing and knows his trade. Took a head to get machined and compared to other machine shops quotes and turnaround times he his blazing fast. I was expecting it in a few days to be realistic but he had it ready the next day. He replaced a burnt exhaust valve and replaced another that was pretty close to failing anyways and confirmed all the other were working fine.The following day while assembling the head we ran into a problem where the clearance on a lifter was really off. Jerry agreed to see it again that same day and worked with us, despite a pretty busy workload, to confirm for us that the work done on the head was definitely within spec. It did turn out to be a lifter that was worn out of spec due to the bad exhaust valve in the end. He knows his trade and makes sure it is down right the first time.Dont know why the one gentlemen gave him a 4 star rating if he was honest with him and told him he could not fix his problem. Much better than some other shops that will charge you an arm and a leg with the disclaimer that there is no guarantee that it will fix your issue.
