Appointments only mean anything on your end.Had an appointment scheduled for 1030am, got a call at 830 this morning advising me theres a two day delay on all vehicles due to power outage.Why they waited until day of to tell me this is beyond me. A two day delay does not materialize within 90 minutes of the place opening. I should have received a call yesterday evening or earlier.Quite simply this is not good enough and reflects poor management and a derisive attitude towards customer service. Id like the service manager to know hes missed out on 6 years of warranty work.Nobody is in control of the weather or utility companies however JLR Englewood is 100% in control of their response and subsequent communication. Ill be bringing my Land Rover to literally anyone else: if they cant make a phone call at the right time how can you trust them to service your vehicle.
July 16, 2020SERVICE VISITTHE BEST SERVICE CENTER OUT THERE by MIKE KIM FOR LAND ROVER - RENNY MATHEW THOMASI WOULD REALLY CONTINUE MY SERVICE OUT THERE MIKE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND VERY MUCH UNDERSTANDING AND HARDWORKING SERVICE ADVISOR, HE REALLY TOOK CARE OF ME WITH A LOANER AND TRIED TO FIGURE OUT ISSUE WITH MY WIFI STATUS IN THE CAR, I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND MIKE KIM FOR ALL MY CARS AND HE HAS THE KNOWLEDGE AND THE COMPANY LAND ROVER SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE HIM AS AN ADVISOR .AGAIN HE IS THE ONLY MIKE KIM, GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GENTLEMAN.
I’ve left emails and voicemails for the general manager and they don’t respond. Very unethical and unprofessional!
