My 2006 Subaru needed quit a bit of work done on it. Roos took care of everything. I expected it to be gone for more than a week but it was done and ready in 4 days. I have used Roos on a few occasions and will keep going back. Rocky even has dog treats for my canine passenger I always have with me! Thats bonus points!
I had to get my steering rack replaced as well as control arm bushings. Rocky (owner) was able to resolve my issues faster than anticipated while keeping the final costs lower than what I was being quoted at other shops. I will use Roos Only for all my Subie related issues in the future.
Rocky was courteous and professional and very helpful. He was able to fix up my car and return it to me within a day, but was ready to give me a loaner car if he wasnt able to. Great service, thanks!
Rocky has done repairs on both my Legacy and my Forester. Wonderful work for a fair price! I won’t take my Subarus anywhere else. :)
I’ve taken my Impreza too Roos for 4 yrs now!Rocky & crew are amazing! He’s given me more advice on how too care forThe car than most big lots!
Cant rate Roos Only because they didnt bother to pick up the phone. Drove there and was told they are full; information that could have been provided over the phone. The business is highly rated so roos clearly has the know how, and I would love to support a business near my home, but I would say Roos is appointment only and isnt for the average person looking for an oil change.
Very friendly and professional. We’ve been using them for years and every experience has been great. Highly recommended
I called to find out if they could replace the valve body on our Crosstrek. The individual I spoke with was pretty condescending and said that he was not a backyard mechanic like the reputable mechanic we have used in Denver and who referred us to him! They may do good work, but the owner really needs to grow in his phone skills.
We alway take our subaru here. Quick, consistent and reliable with every experience. I plan to continue to utilize their services indefinitely.
In needing another opinion on repairs needed on my 2000 Legacy. Other shops quoted head gasket around 2200dollars. I I didnt feel right about it, . In getting lost on Federal looking for a business, found Roos Only. Instantly felt I wanted to have them check. After they checked it out, was told it in addition to the head gasket issue., had more wrong than I was gonna spend.Rocky was straightforward with me, I felt I gotthe truth instead of just costing me money. If you need ANY work done for your Subie, see Rocky at Roos Only. ;>)
When I called to schedule an appointment, Rocky was very accommodating and courteous on the phone. The service was completed within the estimated time given to me on the phone and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend them!
After getting frustrated with the dealership’s prices, I came to Rocky at Roos Only for new brakes and fluid. The office was clean and covid-safe, and Rocky was so friendly. I didn’t feel I was being taken advantage of in any way, and now I’m happy to have a go-to service shop to take my forester to!
I took my car over to Roos Only for a pre-purchase inspection. While I was quite intimidated by the overall process of finding my new Outback and negotiating the sale, working with Rocky was absolutely painless and gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right decisions. Rocky was also very accommodating with scheduling the inspection on short notice. I absolutely would work with Roos Only again.
Great place to take your Subaru!!! Fast, friendly and affordable. Ive taken my Legacy there twice now and dont plan on taking it elsewhere.. they found and fixed important (real) issues I was unaware of, but didnt gauge me on the price. Strongly suggest using this shop for your Subaru..
Immense help! Cannot recommend enough. Had a unique situation with my car and Travis had me in and fixed up within 3 hours of me calling! If you have a Subaru, screw dealerships. This is the place you need to come to. Will come back for sure! :)
When I first found Roos Only, I was excited that I had possibly found an alternative to the dealership, where the service was often impersonal and focused on up selling preventative maintenance rather than looking at what the car really needs. On my first visit, Roos Only did some pretty serious work- timing belt, replaced seals, new spark plugs- over $2000 of work, and I was very happy that they spent time on the car and did the work needed. Took the Outback in for two more oil changes- this is when things went downhill. At one oil change, I also asked that they replace brake lights that were out- pretty serious safety issue. They replaced the bulbs and I was on my way. Less than two weeks later, someone at a stoplight tells me my brake lights are out. I head over to Auto Zone, look up the bulbs for my year and model, and buy the correct ones to change myself. Sure enough, Roos Only had installed the incorrect dual filament bulb, which quickly burned out. The bulbs I replaced myself are still working just fine. At my next oil change at Roos Only, I showed them the blown bulbs, the packaging for the new ones, and the receipt- they grudgingly gave me a credit for the money I had spent out of pocket to correct their mistake, and insisted they had installed the correct bulbs. At this point, I should have realized that if they can make a mistake with something as simple as brake bulbs, than I should be very wary of their workmanship. Fast forward to my next oil change. I knew front brakes were close to needing new pads and rotor resurface. I have them do the front brake job. On my way home, notice a rubbing sound and some squeaking. Figure, new brakes need some break in, pretty typical. Rubbing continues for days and days- notice some grooves forming on the rotors. At this point, the pad definitely seems like it was not installed right. I go back to Roos Only, and Rocky wont take responsibility- he fixes the pad at no cost at least (not that I would have paid for his mistake) but keeps insisting that the brakes overheated because of something I did, like braking too hard or mountain driving- doesnt just say sorry, we didnt seat the pad correctly. Now, I have a damaged rotor that he wont fix, and he wont admit his crew messed up the pad installation. These guys clearly are sloppy with their workmanship, and then take no responsibility for their mistakes. I will not be back. Rocky and Travis, by refusing to acknowledge your simple mistakes, you lost a customer for life, and I will always tell my friends and acquaintances to avoid your shop and to take their Subaru somewhere else. This is not how to run an honest business.
Great experience: Rocky was super friendly, and very efficient with diagnosing and fixing issues. Will be using Roos Only again in the future!
Ive been using Roos Only for several years now. Not only do they provide the best value, but they also provide the best customer service. Rocky (the owner) is honest, nice, and always available to answer your questions. Recently, I had to have a lot of work done on my car and needed to space out the repairs. Rocky helped me prioritize the work. As long as Im in Denver, I wont go anywhere else.
Roos only is very professional and very helpful when it comes to Subaru repairs. I’ve taken both my Subaru’s to them and they are always affordable and quick to return the vehicle after a repair. One of the best in Denver, give them a shout if you need any work done to your Subaru
Very friendly service. Reasonably priced. Manager very knowledgeable.
So I dont know much about Subarus and took my husbands car to a generic shop they found some weird things with the brake fluid. To say I was concerned was an understatement. The owner assured me was helpful quick and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back!
As a part of the Colorado car scene I can attest this is one of the major shops mentioned In The Subaru community. I had a quick service done here and the experience was great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this facility for my next major service.
Rocky and the team are great! Work is done in a timely manner with clear billing and estimates. The quality and attention to detail are top notch. We are glad to have found these guys to take care of our ‘07 Outback!
Best emerald gem ever
This was my 1st time going to Roos for service on my older Subaru. I met Rocky and had a very good experience for repairs. He was so fast! I was also told of other issues which I will need to fix in the future. I will be coming back to complete. Rocky was very sincere and up front. Thank you for getting my car fixed so quickly! (And thanks for being nice to my dog and giving him treats...that should be an extra star.)
They’re great. I’ve been here a handful of times now and I’m always treated well. Rocky, the owner, is always friendly and fair with prices and services. Usually, there’s complimentary coffee and donuts out. Travis, the mechanic, is always super helpful in explaining what’s going on and will take the time to talk about it in simple terms. They sometimes have loaner cars too if your car needs to stay in the shop for the day. Just a big fan of their shop and will continue to go there for my 2012 Outback’s needs.
So the ice on the road this last weekend to send my car sliding into a curb. I ended up bending the lower control arm. Rocky and his crew got me back on the road the next day. Super quick turn around without being nickeled and dimed to death.
I wont take my car anywhere else. Rocky is always extremely fair and honest with me every time I go. If I dont quite need the repair yet but he knows it is coming, he lets me know so that I have ample time to save for the repair. Ive had everything done from the timing belt to a leaking washer fluid hose. The quality of work is always awesome. Ive never had to take my car back after a repair because it wasnt fixed correctly.
Roos Only smoked the dealer I had been going to. Price was fair and honesty at a high level. Im glad to have found them.Returned on 07/07/20 for an oil change that cost $54 total, and included recommended Head Gasket and Timing belt replacement in 3,000 mi at 100k. He quoted me for this repair which I will do at the next oil change. The dealer wanted to do a Head Gasket repair over a year ago. So, due to the upfront honesty of the owner and staff at Roos Only, in which they told me a year ago the leaking was miner around the Head Gasket, I am able to postpone the repair until it is actually needed, and correlate it with the timing belt. I trust this company and am glad they are around to service my aging 2010 Impreza.Since July 2019, I continue to rely on Roos Only for all of my 2010 Impreza maintenance and repair work. On a oil change on October 28, 2021, the owner did not charge me for replacement of a cracked alternator belt, since I utilized his shop six months prior to replace the head gasket and timing belt. He gave me a break as a loyal customer.I completely trust this shop to do honest work at a fair price.
Rockyy very customer friendly efficient good workmanship
Took my 2013 Crosstrek in yesterday to have the AC serviced. I had taken it in to another place (big corporate chain shop) and the issue didnt get fixed, so I decided to look for a Subaru mechanic. I was expecting to have it in the shop for a full day, since that is the usual whenever I have any type of work other than an oil change done on my car. I was pleased to receive a phone call shortly after I had dropped it off to inform me of the repairs and expected cost, and a few hours later my car was ready for pickup. Service was FAST, pricing was extremely fair and my AC is working again! Will definitely be returning.
Went in front oil change 2 months ago. They told me I needed breaks and all kinds of other work and give me a $700 Estimate That I turned down. A few months later I come by and I accidentally see on their computer screen they wrote that I am a cheap Person and not to deal with. Only giving 2 stars because the oil change was inexpensive, I guess I am a cheap person.
Awesome service for a fair price and quick turn around. Appreciate the honesty and transparency of work needing to be done to maintain my vehicle.
Great job, fair price for repairs. Got the work done in one day. I was even able to take a loaner vehicle while waiting for my repairs.
If you have a Subaru, this is the place to go for loving repair, inspections or whatever. The owner, Rocky and his staff will take care of you. I have taken my Forester to Rocky for many years now and have never been disappointed. Drop off your car, wait in comfort or borrow a loaner. Either way you will never find better service.
We just got a ton of work done at Roos - were thankful for the work and that our car is in good shape - they do know what theyre talking about with Subarus. my only complaint is that the owner was pretty rude and impatient. its important to not just have good work but good customer service as well! sadly, it makes me not want to come back :(. sorry roos!
Rocky is great to work with. Extremely fair pricing and great quality work performed. Very honest with maintenance assessment.
Very honest and trustworthy people. I would recommend it to anyone who has a Subaru. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
They took my car the same day, gave me a quote lower than the competition. And then were able to diagnose that the issue was in the power steering pump and connected components which I had just replaced. So I could take them back to the original shop and have them do the work. They charged me nothing! Really appreciate them. I will go back even though they are a little farther away. Seems like a very honest group.
I called in the morning to make sure I could drop in after work and they were able to take me right away. Based on my description, the technician helping me had a pretty good idea of what was wrong and was able to take care of the issue within 15 minutes. To top it all off, it was such a quick fix that I was not charged! He said if there were any other problems or if my issue continued to come in straight away. Service that made my day! :)
Rocky took the time to make sure I was well informed, every step of the way. He even gave me the opportunity to speak with one of his technicians, Chris, and he went above and beyond in his own right. Brilliant service all the way around.
My first experience with Roos Only was super awesome. Super helpful, and affordable. However, my last experience was super weird and off putting. I made an appointment with them to get my passenger side CV Joint replaced, they fixed my drivers side last time and during my last visit Roos mentioned some new battery cables. I wanted them to look at that as well this go aroundI get a call from who Im assuming is Rocky but I dont honestly know. Informing me That the check engine light is on and the car is shacking. I told him I know that, cylinders 1 & 3 are mis-firing, Its been like that for a while. Its also a 2003 with 250k miles. He then said they wont fix any issues on my car until I put a new engine in it. That is all the repairs they were willing to make and anything past that is just a waste of my moneyI then replied but you guys had no problem working on the car last time and were super helpful. I dont understand why this time you an issue this timeThen I was told to come pick up car. So figured out a ride and left work early to make down there before they close and Rocky wasnt even there, no one was. Just a sign on the door saying Ill be right back. -RockyThen said sorry and told me that right CV joint is leaking. HAHAHA thanks dude!Still didnt have my car fixed for a BS reason and waste of time taking to and from, which could have all be talked about during the appointment in the first place.I hope the places figures it out, they do good work and I like them, but I wont be back for any repairs.
I was very pleased by my experience at Roos Only. They completed the repairs faster than I would have imagined possible: half a day for two significant and five minor repairs. The work they did is great and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Roos Only to anyone who is looking for an outstanding and speedy repair shop.
They are very professional and helpful, Rocky went out of his way to get me a loaner car and explain the problem. Thanks
Super helpful and kind. Will be going back.
Fix the problem not to expensive
Rocky and his mechanics were very helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate my repair in a quick manner and they completed the repairs in a single day. I will be taking my Subaru here for my next service or repair. I highly recommend Roos Only for your Subaru.
These guys have consistently taken great care of my Subaru. Great service, fair prices, accurate estimates, and friendly staff. Ive yet to cause a problem they couldnt diagnose.
The owner is very knowledgeable and honest... prices are fair. They replaced a clutch for me.
Great Place to get you Subi worked on.Good pricing and great service! Thanks Rocky!!!
The site is very misleading. i took my wrx to get it checked out but they said they no longer work on them, even though they’re site say they do
I’ve been taking my Subarus to Roos only for decades! Literally decades.... since before they moved to the south federal location. Great to have an honest, trustworthy mechanic for so long. Rocky is the best.
When youre having a bad day at the office, its best not to display anger at your customers. I do not recommend getting your Subaru serviced here. Its a bummer, because I was looking for a nice alternative than Groove.
Rocky always takes great care if me and my Outback. Im glad I found this place.
I started coming here about a year ago and I will never take my car anywhere else now. Rocky and Travis always take very good care of me and are very honest. The place is the best! If you have a Subaru this is the place for you.
Great communication and quick service times. Thanks Rocky and team!
Rocky and his crew have done a number of repairs on my 2012 Forester. My primary reason for seeking them out was mainly for the convenience of their shop being open on Saturdays, as well as the fact that they have a loaner car available for more extensive repairs. For a busy professional who basically uses her car as an office---this is a life saver, but it is an added bonus that Rocky is a consummate professional, cares about his work and goes above and beyond to make sure that the job is done correctly each and every time.
Rude as can be. Plus if you have a wrx stay away. They dont work on engines or turbos after they told me they did. I had my car towed there just to be told I needed it towed away or theyd just leave the keys in the car and they wouldnt be responsible for stolen or damaged property. Aslo this guy said it was fine to drive on a spun rod (Which is a totaled engine if you dont know) Just unprofessional all they way around. There are WAY better actual subaru specialists. On a plus at least they didnt charge me to look at my car to tell me they couldnt help me after all. ( just trying to find something positive to say)
My husband just called and the guy who answered basically told him to not waste his time or ours and take the car to the dealer, because they would do a better job! He said we had already taken our car in. Weve never brought our car here. I was really happy with the reviews and was hoping to give them our business. I think they are making their reviews up. Disappointed to say the least.
I brought my 2014 Outback here for a couple of oil changes, some minor repair work and a 95000 maintenance. The prices were fair, the work excellent, and they got me in and out quickly. I wont take my Subaru anywhere else now!
I just called looking for a part.
This is an honest and quality repair shop. They helped us with an older model Outback for our son. As a family, weve owned many Subarus and have worked with many shops as weve moved around the city. I highly recommend Roos Only!
Dropped off my car on Sunday afternoon for a clutch replacement, had the car back 24 hours later. Quick and professional!
Got my 2012 Forester looked at here. I knew it needed a ton of work, but they did it quickly and right at the estimated price point. About to bring my Subaru back in for another round!
Wow! We are on a road trip through Denver and heard noise coming from our Subaru. The tech on duty was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Thank you for helping us get back on our road trip. I recommend Calling Roos Only before the local Subaru dealerships in Denver.
Took my newly-acquired 2015 Outback in for a heavy service as well as the repair of a wheel bearing. Excellent, responsive, and courteous service from Rocky and the team. Much more pleasant than the dealer, where we have taken our Crosstrek up until now.
This shop is a 5 star business. I sent an email last night and was called back today around noon, the gentleman was very polite and told me he could look at my 2003 Forester around 2pm if I wanted. My transmission has been slipping. I walked in to find and very clean and nice waiting area, coffee, and flat screen television. It only took about 20 minutes for him to troubleshoot that my transmission was a little leaking fluid, he tightened it and put new fluid in and said I was good to go. He didnt even charge me for a estimate or fixing it. This place has great customer service. The have definitely got all my business and recommend them highly .Thank You Just Roos
Travis and Dylan (sp?) took my ‘09 Outback from almost inoperable to back on the road in about 5 hours. Impressive- very fair prices and they went above and beyond- even let me have a loaner car during the repair. 10 starts out of 5!
I have been taking my 2000 Outback to this shop for about 8 years, and even had them replace the engine after I blew it up. I have always had an excellent experience, and I feel that they treat me very fairly, especially as I am an older woman. I recommend them to anyone owning a Subaru. The customer service has always been exceptional!!!
We have a Subaru Outback and have come here for maintenance and services for oil and belt and lights and pretty much everything for about 5 years. The service is very fast, fair priced, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I take my two daughters with me to get oil changes and the service is always fast and friendly. Highly recommended!
For some reason I now have issues with my car losing coolant and a fan was unplugged after i had them look at and declined their services because I wasnt feeling their shady vibes. These were Issues I know I didnt have before.
This is a great place to take your Subaru for any kind of repair work. They never try to get you to fix or repair things that dont need it. They are honest and their work is 5 star! I took my new-to-me used Outback in to have it checked for a winter road trip to Chicago in January. Its the first time I was ever told your car is in great condition. It doesnt need a single thing. It will get you there with no problems. Drive safely and have a nice time. When have you ever been told that? The owner, Rocky, and the repair guys are polite and actually listen when you talk. This place wont disappoint you!
Great service. Fair price. I can’t beliee I’ve owned subarus since 1996 and never found this place!
Consistency, Honesty, and Friendly. I have been using Roos since 2007. They were referred to me from a Master Mechanic within Subaru. Every time I have brought my car in I am reminded what real customer service is. This time was no different. I had a warranty with my dealership up to 100K on my 2011 Outback. I had an oil change at 100K and they told me an engine bolt was missing. I decided to go back to Roos to get their opinion. The engine mount had actually cracked. Rocky told me all the things they had looked for, and helped me decide my best course of action, and in the end was 1/2 the price of the dealerships bolt replacement. Roos is fair priced, and I appreciate the time they take to discuss options and course of action. Awesome place for your Subie.
I have been coming here for 3 years with my Subaru. The service is outstanding and Ive been able to get in same day for more urgent mechanical problems! The cost of routine maintenance is much more reasonable than at a Subaru dealer. Ive had all my routine maintenance done here, and have never had problems. The customer service is great too!
I was shopping for a Sabaru auto shop and Roos Only was the only place I called where the owner called back and could answer my questions and inform me regarding my options. They were willing to accommodate my situation regarding the need for a loaner vehicle if I needed to leave it. Their expertise and great customer service has earned my business! When you dont know where to go to have your Subaru serviced, call Roos Only and see if you experience the same great treatment!
I absolutely love this place! I took my car to the dealership and gave me this big bill of all the things I needed to do after that I decided to take my car to Baki and his team and they did an awesome job in almost half the price. Totally recommended!
These guys have been giving me great service and advice for many years. They make sure to advise when you do not need service as much as they recommend service. They also dont nickel and dime you. Highly recommended.
Love this place I only take my Subaru here and would recommend anyone else to do the same! The guy who runs the place is so sweet and they always do exceptional work! Plus they always have reasonable pricing constantly throwing me a discount here and there! Cant stress how much I love this place
Roos Only is great. I have a 2001 Outback with 257k miles that runs great thanks to Rocky & his team. I wont use any other service!
Very professional and explained everything. I will always take my subaru there.
Fast, friendly and affordable. Rocky is the man. They know Subarus and how to get them running right. Even had a custom kit for what I needed. Replaced the clutch & repaired my car in almost 5 hours with same day service as well as a free loaner! Highly recommend them. If you drive a Subaru, you need to know this garage.
Rocky was awesome. had the car done long before I thought it would be and saved me a bunch of money.
Ive been taking my 05 Subaru Legacy for necessary repairs, maintenance, and oil changes since 2008. This shop is honest with what your ride needs to stay in on notch shape! I was won over as a customer early when some other mechanicic insisted I needed new brake pads. The owner, let me know I didnt. Been faithful to the shop ever since. I highly recommend to any Subaru owner.
Im updating this review from 1 to 3 stars after learning from my wife just how friendly and helpful the owner of this shop has been towards her and our kids. That said, they advertise a full diagnostic inspection at each change, but didnt mention that our alignment was off until two of the tires were almost entirely bald. When I called to express my concern, the guy I spoke with was definitely not the owner. He wasnt exactly rude, but he certainly wasnt friendly. At this point well be finding another shop - maybe these guys are professionals, maybe not, but either way they need to make sure their employees know how to interact with customers.
Great service, fair prices, they have kept by Subaru running like a top for over ten years.
Roos Only has cared for and helped me to maintain three different Subarus for nearly 25 years now. While I have had to stray on occasion, simply due to issues of proximity, I always return to Baki and his staff, as they are kind, reliable, and trustworthy; following a solid code of ethical and moral standards Ive yet to recognize in any other auto mechanic shop. Thank you all for the fine and honest work that you do!
I cannot say enough about how friendly, professional and thorough this repair shop is. I have had big and small work done on my Subaru here and Im always impressed. I have gone in a few times now for minor work (adjusting headlights, checking something out, fixing the check engine light, etc) and they have not charged me one cent. They always show me items on the car and explain what they are doing.
My Outback hit 100,000 miles and I needed a lot of work done. I really felt like I did my due diligence on this one. I got two separate inspections and four quotes. Rocky and his team did a thorough inspection and only recommended the work that actually needed to be done. Their price was extremely reasonable compared to the other quotes I got for the same work. They were able to see my right away and finished in under the estimated time. They even offered a loaner car for the day, what more can you ask?
Roos Only was highly recommended to me by another satisfied customer of Roos Only. I am so pleased with the quality work done on my car and with the fair prices. I so appreciated how I was treated and accommodated. This is the only place I will take my Subaru from now on!
Rocky and the team there are really excellent mechanics. They have serviced my vehicle for the past 5k miles, including a timing belt/water pump replacement with the associated pulleys etc. My car runs smoother than when it was new. I recommend Roos Only for your Subaru
Roos only have time and time again given us fantastic service! They are always so friendly and kind and they never over charge or suggest work that doesnt need to be done. They are an honest business and full of integrity. If you have a Subaru they are definitely the people to trust with your car.
Highly recommend! I started going here a few years ago after my previous Subaru repair shop (a local dealer) began recommending lots of expensive fixes. I took it to Roos only for a second opinion and they told me there was nothing wrong with my car! I now take my car to Roos only for everything, including regular oil changes (which are always REALLY fast). Their prices for any repairs I have gotten (brakes, etc.) are extremely reasonable, they are always straightforward, and never trying to sell me anything I dont need. In fact they always are saving me money. The last time I went in to get a clip fixed on my gas tank door they did it for free! I also asked them to diagnose another problem and they didnt charge me for the diagnosis. Bottom line: they treat their regular customers EXTREMELY WELL, I totally trust them, and would recommend them to anyone with a Subaru.
Owner was unfriendly, never going back. They said my engine needed to be replaced but the timing belt needed to be re-timed. Re-timed the timing belt on my own and the car runs fine.
Very good people, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend to any subie owner
We highly recommend Rocky and his team. We had been struggling to get a job done but was lacking the needed skill to finish it. Rocky assisted us to get everything complete on our time crunch, Very supportive and honest, rare to find. Will be using them again in the future.
I’ve always had good experiences trusting my Subaru car needs to Roos Only. Thank you Rocky and staff. I’d highly recommend Roos Only for all your Subaru mechanical needs.
Roos only has friendly technicians that are informative an get the job done in a timely matter. Cole helped me out with my forester and explained to me the current issues and possible future issues and was overall a good expirience
I have to say Im most displeased. They didnt try to rip me off, and the work they performed was satisfactory.I took my car in to have the AC repaired, expecting the worst and having to have the system replaced. I also inquired about having a fuel injector service done, which they could not perform because they did not have the machine.I asked to have an estimate to have my front bumper repaired, as the car had been in a wreck before I bought it.I asked to have the wheel well put back together in any way convenient (a piece of wire would have worked) to keep the well from rubbing the tire.I also asked to have a mouse nest blown out from under the intake manifold. The only thing they did was repair the AC (Thank you, it works fine), and they saved me some cash by installing a used compressor. They could have cleaned up the freon that was sprayed all over the engine though. They did not provide any estimate on the bumper, Rocky later told me they were not a body shop. I guess they could have told me that when I asked for the estimate. They did nothing with the wheel well. They did nothing with the mouse nest, instead working around it.They did call me to tell me my brakes were bad. I found this really odd, as I never asked about the brakes. How do yo go from AC to brakes? The also replaced an o-ring on the oil cooler. What is odd here is that they said I may have a cracked timing chain cover, but they cant get mine off because it is an H-6. My response was how do they do timing chains then? Reply: We dont get those often, Subarus dont need them. This whole line just does not add up for a Subaru Mechanic. The more I think about this, the more I know Ill not be back.Sorry Rocky
