I dont usually post reviews and I keep forgetting to post this, but this company is amazing. I work with a small non-profit here in Denver and we used them a few years ago to print our organizations t-shirts. Our logo was pretty complex and I had been turned down by a few places because they feared they would mess it up. Lab Seven never flinched. We recently used them again and has a very similar experience.The quality and selection of their products was amazing and Im hooked on the SportTek brand because we work outside in all weather and they are extremely fast drying and they keep you cool all day. Our logo is a white background with lots of colorful text on top and these shirts provided the perfect canvas for it. The attached image is from a shirt that is a couple of years old and has been regularly washed each week, but you would never know.This team did amazing! Thank you for all your hard work and for the skill required to pull this off.

Used lab seven 3 out of the past 4 years. At first the product and CS level were great. This past year (2021) the number of misprint shirts went up from 1/50 to 3/50. Additionally, on one order they failed to print a few shirts in a specific size. When I asked them to order and print them, Nick refused to do fix this by printing what we ordered and paid for. After two weeks of emailing he issued a refund...which doesnt help with filling inventory. Other issues involved miscommunications between Nick and the rest of his team about timing commitments and deadlines. The boxes they shipped the shirts to us in would almost always have fallen apart during a single day of transit (shipped via ground). We would end up having to washing around one or two dozen shirts out of each of the boxes to get them in a state we could use.Not sure what happened this year, but I cant recommend using them anymore. AOV in Boulder can beat their pricing, has a 1/100 misprint rate, and weve never had an issue with orders or shipping.

The team at Lab Seven never fails to satisfy every request which I make. The team goes above and beyond to create beautiful merchandise for my company which is of the highest quality and their art department is unmatched.

The product is top quality with an amazing embroidery.Highly recommended!

This has been my print shop for almost a year now and I really appreciate the work they do. The whole team is very helpful and smart and they really work to make your vision come to life. There is always someone who can talk to you and answer any questions for you and give you any guidance you need for your project. Also they do both small and big quantities which is a big plus. They also always make deadlines and were very helpful in a recent order where I had a very difficult time frame, but they pulled through! A lot of other screen printers can be difficult to deal with or not that friendly or just have bad quality prints, But you will not run into any flaws at lab seven!

Lab Seven has done GREAT work for me in my printing. They were beyond professional, worked in a timely fashion, all while giving me nothing but quality in the end product of my order. I just started a small business and needed shirts that were good quality and were a reasonable price. Lab seven delivered both of those requests!All the employees at Lab Seven were super respectful and gave a full on walk through of all different sorts of fabrics to choose from. We were able to brainstorm ideas on logo placements and the overall end product of the shirts were great quality! When I decided to get these shirts made, I went to the place that I had been going to. The customer service is horrible, but they did a good job. When I went in this time, the customer service was even worse, and I left. Deciding I would find somewhere else. I found Lab7, it is near where I work, so I chose them for the convenience. What a blessing, that I did. Lab7’s staff was incredible. They were very friendly and polite, also they were very helpful as to what I needed, they also made suggestions. Which were very helpful. The absolute worst.. They provided a mock up but didn’t actually provide a test shirt so when they were finished with all 50 of the shirts we ordered they were all faded and crooked and off-center not only that but they refused to give a refund or make it up...they said that it was in their margin of error I don’t think that’s professional nor a way to run a business especially when I am getting the same shirts printed now with the exact same quality as the image I created perfectly aligned for half the price. I work in this industry as a designer and I have for many years and I will 100% say with no doubt that I wont ever recommend the shop to anyone for their financial well-being! By the way if anyone wants a shirt there’s a full box of them that cannot be sold so hit me up and I’ll give ya one for free! Sad looking at them.

I just had time to take a good look at my order. I own a security company and can therefore be a bit of a difficult customer, as my look has to be spot on. The folks at Lab Seven did a great job, the shirts look great, and they really went out of their way to work with me on what I was going for.

They do things the right way! We run public art events, so having the artwork just right on our event t-shirts is really important to us. We ordered a large batch of shirts and upon delivery we discovered that the coloring came out wrong. With less than 24 hours to spare before our event started, we talked to Lab 7 about the colors & they went above and beyond to re-run a new batch. Needless to say they turned out great and we opened to the public with beautiful shirts to sell, and more trust than ever in our partnership with Lab 7!

The Lab Se7en team helped us out of a huge bind this past week, even delivering our order two days before our deadline. They have competitive pricing, quality material, and excellent costumer service!

I purchased 25 shirts from Lab7 at the beginning of the summer of 2017. I had handed some out to my customers when I noticed that two that I had kept started to fall apart at the neckline. To Lab7s credit, they replaced the order with shirt vendor. I started to again hand these out, when I found the shirts I had kept started falling apart at different locations, the most recently last week under the arm. I have had a total of 6 shirts simply fall apart – no torn, but simply fall apart. As I gave shirts to my customers, I have no idea how many have actually been poor quality. It would be embarrassing to have shirts I gave to customers falling apart. Nick at Lab7 was apologetic, but kept telling me they just buy the shirts. That may be the case, but I paid them, not their supplier. I actually purchased locally rather than on the internet because I thought I would get a better product. There has been no response from Lab7 with my emails over the past three failures, and no response to my request for a 50% refund (since I had handed out shirts and do not have all of them in my possession). Each of the photos is a separate shirt. I am very disappointed in the quality, and in their lack of response. Also concerned of the embarrassment if the shirts I provided to my customers are falling apart also. I would avoid them and look else - just got nice shirts from Queensboro online...

Terrible business. We ordered our shirts 3 weeks ago and still dont have them, although we were promised multiple times we would have them in 2 weeks. Their customer service is extremely poor. I would have to say this is the worst company weve worked with in years. Most companies will at least offer a discount when you dont receive their product as promised. All I hear from this company is excuses.

They charged us an extra $75.00 to do a rush shipping... disappointed.Save yourself the time and headache and order shirts somewhere else.
