I came this morning (4/8/20) for 5 jugs refill from an hour drive. Very happy for the service. They rinsed all jugs in and out and wiped them dry. Alberto helped me load them to my vehicle. I wish I’ve known this place years ago. I have not tasted the water yet but will add a comment if the quality taste is not pure. Definitely will come back.

Clean, fresh, very low priced alkaline water. When I can’t get in to refill my gallon, I drink Fiji. Although Fiji is not alkaline, it tastes the same as Rica Water. Customer service is excellent, the family is super nice and very accommodating. Def recommend.

This is a great water company!!! I highly recommend this company The owner and staff are wonderful. I always get my water from Poland spring one day I ran out of water and Poland spring couldn’t get to me until days later. Rica Water is a fantastic small business. Not only do they sell purified water, they also offer alkaline water (which I havent stopped getting). I bought a few 5 gallon jugs and Ill stop in every few weeks. Never buying supermarket water again, the difference in taste and mouth feel is incredible.

They maintain the filters all the time my brother and i go here all the time this water is the best the people there are so awesome .

This place is a great local, family run business. Customer service is great. Much more affordable than having the Poland /spring/deer park delivery. I went from paying about 50 for a delivery to paying 20 for my bottles. And I don’t even need to leave town.

Excellent service even after I refused help they still assisted me with bringing my 9 bottles of water to my car! Pricing was more than fair they offer a free 5 gallon water after 4th filled bottle I filled 9 bottles and only paid for 7!
