I love this place, I came in today on 7/16, to find out what I could do to re-electroplate a ring that I was told was tungsten by the place from which I purchased it. I was informed that it wasnt in fact tungsten, and was informed on how to properly identify tungsten. Scott was, again, dead honest and straightforward on how to look for and purchase rings in the style I like. Well, I went into this place for a simple watch battery replacement that Scott had quoted me for half what his competitors are charging, and it turns out I got twice the value anyhow. Scott was kind, courteous, engaging, and he sent out a thank you card a couple of days after my visit. Seriously. For a $10 watch battery repair.I dont own much jewelry but may buy more just so I can support this business. I would highly recommend.

I walked into Englewood Jewelry & watch in August of 2017 looking for an Engagement ring. Even though they do more watches at the Englewood location, Scott was very helpful in assisting me with my request. My now fiancé wanted a non traditional stone and I knew nothing else about rings. Scott special ordered the exact stone and patiently took me through all the specifics of: size, cut, setting, metal and band. The jeweler built the ring at the Littleton location and the turn around time was fast. I proposed to my now fiancé, she said yes and she was absolutely amazed by how the ring turned out. We originally spoke to Scott early in our search, and after going to jeweler after jeweler and feeling very frustrated by it all, we came back to Englewood Jewelry and continued to work with Scott.I do not think we could have had a better experience! Many jewelry stores tried to say that they couldnt work with the smaller stones in our ring, probably because they wanted us to spend more. Englewood Jewelrys jeweler not only was able to use almost every stone in the ring, but designed a ring that was EXACTLY what I wanted.And Scott was absolutely great to work with! These folks are awesome! Let me tell you: they are very personable and professional. The prices for watches/clocks are reasonable and getting little things done, like removing links in your watch are done quickly! I was able to talk to their kids and see the interaction between them and their parents! I was so happy to see a family at work - teaching their kids the value of hard work. This is the place to go if you need a gift or if you are looking to have some repairs done.

Scott did an excellent job taking care of my treasured (but not very expensive) Timex, giving me a level of customer service I would expect when working on a $3000 timepiece rather than a $30 watch. I got a new band and a battery change done in minutes, and had a great conversation with him while he worked. I will definitely be back.

I went in to see if I could get my fiances Grandmothers wedding ring fixed as it had broken into two pieces. The owner, Scott, was very honest about the condition on the ring not being able to be put back together was it was to thin and could possibly easily break again if it was put back together. Scott helped to come up with multiple ideas that we could do with the pieces of the ring, and we landed on turning it into a pendent my fiance could wear on a necklace. He helped me create the design and order chains that the pendent could be put on. I was very impressed with his level of service and how quick the turn around was for everything. Each time I came into his shop he was very friendly and accommodating and given the opportunity I would love to work with him again in the future on any of my jewelry needs.

I absolutely love Englewood Jewelry & Watch! I lost a diamond from my wedding ring about a week before our 9 year wedding anniversary. I quickly called my trusted jewelry store and they told they were about a week out for repairs, but to bring my ring in as soon as I could. While I was at the store I mentioned to Scott (the owner) the my wedding anniversary was only a few days away. I get a call from the only 3 days later telling me my ring was ready for pick up. My husband and I were in the store twice in the last month. First, I had a couple watches that the batteries needed changed out. We love the service they provide for watch batteries. It is so annoying to have a watch battery die. With the first trip, I was asked if I needed my wedding ring inspected for free. Scott inspected it and noticed the prongs were really love and werent protecting my diamond anymore. I had Littleton Jewlery replace my prongs. I am so happy. It would have been a sad day if I had lost my diamond. And as always when I get my jewlery back, it sooooo sparkly and new. It took less than a week to get my wedding ring back but it was well worth the time to get it spruced up. In that visit I also had my other ring resurfaced while I waited. That one looks amazing, as well. So happy.The second trip, we had my husbands wedding band fixed up. The channels were worn down and werent protecting his diamonds anymore. The ring looks sooo good! We love the service we are given at Littleton Jewelry. We will be back for anything else before 20 years comes around again! :-)

Englewood Jewlery and Watch store is the greatest. I went to the larger, fancier Williams Jewelers, and they told me that the battery in my Invicta ProDiver Swiss movement would cost almost $60, and would take a day and a half to install. Scott at Englewood Jewelry and Watch says Of course no problem, $18 bucks and a 1 year warranty. It took 4 minutes, he even tested my liquid resistance as well as reapplying water resistant gear silicone. Other jewelry stores are a smoke amd mirrors joke compared to the good service and true care at #EnglewoodJewelryandWatch. Thanks Scott, Ill be back!

Englewood Jewelry & Watch is fantastic. I came in near the end of the day just before closing time to get the band on my watch re-sized. Scott took care of me like I was the first customer of the day. Not only did he do the requested work but he also took the time to clean the watch and we chatted for a bit. I really admire a Scott for taking the time to chat. It lets me know that his customers are the most important part of his time at the store.

Took my digital G Shock in for a battery change. Scott not only installed the battery but also cleaned my watch. Turns out the watch was not fixable. No charge from Scott including the 20 minutes of labor or the battery. Highly recommend.
