Great folksto work with. I was not expecting the care level we got hen we walked in the door. We were looking for quite a while and drove another Jeep from another lot that needed some big issues addressed that of which we were told we owe alot so we cant do anything on it. We walked into these guys with pre-approval from our bank and we were set in 40 minutes preparing to walk out the door when we were told its tank has been filled and heres the number to the locksmith we use, call him and we will get the key fob replaced. I called them 4 days later and got 2 new fobs and 2 new keys, that of which these folks graciously paid for one to replace the one that came with the vehicle. I didnt ask for this to be addressed as usually smaller auto sales already get by scraping the change off the plate from the auto sale. These folks went above and beyond my standard experience of a small town shop and blew our minds with the level of satisfaction we received! We will be back (may be a few years, we have 3 new vehicles now, but we will)! Thanks again GUYS!

Finish reading!! Lets start out by saying I dont have the greatest credit. They worked with me and got me approved for a car the same day while other dealers were getting me on the phone then I wouldnt hear from them in a couple days. They were professional and helpful. Now this is where things got worrisome for me because the same day I bought the car, Im driving to work and the check engine light pops on. Worried I bought an as is car they werent going to do anything. They went through a whole trial and error diagnostic with my car and fixed it. HOWEVER I got my car back eith a rock chip. Empty tank of gas AND AN OIL LEAK

Fair place - and easy process. By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ali and Tim were both awesome. The staff was friendly, I will say that. However, there were a couple of things that left me feeling pretty irritated about Denver Auto Outlet and therefore I won’t be recommending them. First, I was told by the salesman prior to buying the car that it had been serviced and that all of the fluids were checked and good to go. Upon inspection, both the engine coolant and wiper fluid were nearly empty. I called the dealership to see if they performed an oil change on the car “because it was serviced” but I couldn’t find any oil change sticker. The employee that answered told me that I had better get it changed because it was never done. 2). The front bumper was slightly misaligned prior to purchase, which I was fine with because it doesn’t affect the actual performance of the vehicle and it’s an older SUV I plan on using for the mountains. However, when asked if they could try to fix it before I took the vehicle home I was told they would give it their best try (that’s all I wanted was for them to try) but when I texted the salesman prior to driving an hour to get the car if they were able to fix it or do anything about it, he didn’t respond. A couple hours later when I said I was on my way, he responded immediately but did not answer or even acknowledge my question. Lastly, and honestly the most annoying thing, was that I had to put gas in the vehicle JUST TO TEST DRIVE IT. I even told the salesman after the test drive “sorry that took so long, I had to put gas it in because there was none” all he did was chuckle and moved on. I give them two stars simply because I love the car I got. Unless there’s a car there you absolutely want, I’d consider other options.

It has been 2 months and Im loving the car. I highly recommend this place. One thing to keep in mind when visiting, is that most of the cars here are priced below market value because of minor damage, which what I saw was mostly hail damage. This didnt bother me at all, especially for the prices that were available! Definitely check this place out!!!

The vehicle I looked at apparently was 4. 5k above market value. The banks would only offer up to 2.5k under their asking price. Dont get me wrong, it was in top shape compared to others around town. My issue comes in that I did find some issues with the vehicle that would have costed about 1k to repair. They said they would, but I was getting the impression that they would rather have sold it to someone who wouldnt find those problems as they would not Com off the price at all even though they were way past market value.Other reason I gave low star was however they do credit, it got ran nearly 10x. Never in my car buying experiences has that happend. Really screws up you credit, so be careful.Do your research on the car you want look under, over and such. Dont let them ruin your credit trying to get an over priced car.

I went to look at a vehicle for my 16 year old son. We had been looking for awhile and had specific characteristics we wanted that this car seemed to match. It was a long drive for me, but the car was as stated (read the descriptions, ours had hail damage, and it was listed as such, but I wasnt concerned about that - 16 year olds being prone to dings and scrapes on their person and their cars.). I worked with Tim and Ali and found them easy to work with and straightforward. Safety being a major concern since its for my son, I took the car to a mechanic to be inspected and did my research and determined what I felt a fair price would be. We were able to come to terms fairly quickly and be on our way. I walked away feeling like I had been dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner. Had my eyes on a specific car (Nissan Altima), got approved and Ali answered all of my questions thoroughly and was patient with the process. Good cars, employees are easy to work with. The only issue I had was that the CV axles went out on my drive home and they didn’t inform me of that from the inspection. Besides that, pretty good place to get a car.

Ali was very professional I didnt have the best credit and Ali took his time to find me the best financing available even when I was approved by one bank he didnt just stop because he had made a sale I had options one bank was 0 down and a higher payment the other bank was 1400 down but my payment was over 100 lower for 6 years Ali went above and beyond I wont buy a car from anyone else ever thanks Ali Mason a loyal customer for life.

My spouse and I are lower income, and wanted to purchase a vehicle we could trust within budget. We were so excited when we found this place and a cute blue 2007 Subaru Forester within our price range!Turns out the dealer sold us the outside of a Forester with a 2010 Outback engine shoved into the vehicle, and whoever did it had to cut part of the body to fit it.That said- I was told the car was pretty much useless when the mechanics I had working on it finically discovered the problem after the vehicle began misfiring about a month after purchase.Denver Auto Outlet is responsible for the negligent, possibly fraudulent sale.The people, and owner Ali, at this dealer seemed genuine enough, but unfortunately they are selling unreliable vehicles and are not documenting the work done on them at there facility.When I first reported a problem to the dealer- the owner offered to have his mechanic look at the vehicle. I went out of my way to drive it to his mechanic and a week later was told the vehicle was returned to the dealer. When I went to pick it up I was told the mechanic said it was “running smoothly” and had replaced the head gaskets again. I was told no documentation of this work could be provided because the mechanic used was a “old fashion Mexican man” and the owner wasn’t sure he “knew how to use a computer...” I returned the vehicle to SubaPros- and they looked at the vehicle again and told me nothing seemed to be done with the vehicle, and the problem was still there. That’s when they investigated further and found the engine was not the correct one. Before this discovery I was quoted 1800 too 2500 for repair (I paid under 6000 for the vehicle) after however they felt the vehicle was totaled- not worth repair.The dealership gave me the majority of my money back, but only after fighting hard to do otherwise.The second car we checked out from them (we wanted to give them one more chance) was rusted out underneath, and I was advised to not buy that vehicle as well.I am surprised by this experience due to the great reviews throughout the internet, and sad to report that these reviews, or at least some of them, may be false.Summary- DO NOT shop for your next vehicle at Denver Auto Outlet. Their cars can not be trusted. And I am not sure the staff can be either.

I was searching for a prius and came across denver auto outlet. I met with Ali and he couldnt have been more straight forward, open and honest. I bought a 2015 prius with some cosmetic hail damage and under 50000 miles for a great deal. Ali even did some paperwork my out of state bank should have done to make sure everything was correct and i could register in CO. He went above and beyond several times. Honest car dealer which is exactly what i was looking for and is hard to find. Thanks again much success.
