I brought my Brietling watch here to be repaired. Previous place I had gone to, stripped one of the screw heads from a bracelet link. First of, I received great service. This was simple The Best. I spent months trying to find the right place to service my collections of watches. Cautiously optimistic about these walk-in of the street jewelry stores. For years my watch care was handled via a specialists in NYC, dealing only with watch repair (5 Stars). Since Covid the journey to the city became a problem. I felt another kind of care with this company - Just amazing. Giving them 5 stars is an understatement.

PROS: This is my go-to place for all my watches. They have all the top brands like Tag, Breitling, and Rolex and the staff is really nice. They also have tune up and battery replacement services. Jorge was very nice to me when I came in. He felt like the type of guy that I can trust and be friends with. Lisa was also very helpful with me and the two of them catered to my needs.CONS: The parking is not the best here. With no lot you must pray that you can find street parking and also their selections are not that big. My favorite watch brand would be Breitling and from what I saw they might have had about 2 dozen models, most of which weret impressive to me. That scenario the same with other brands, too.OVERALL: I will keep going back to this place because theyre reliable and have been in the area for a while. I went to the Timepiece Collection for the first time last week and had a wonderful experience working with Jorge. He was extremely patient and took the time to show me a variety of watches, answer many questions and understand my goals.I came back this week and decided to go ahead with the purchase of a new watch and Jorge was willing to work with me on the numbers and help secure me a good deal. In the end, I wound up with a beautiful watch that Im very happy with and I feel everyone was satisfied on both sides.The store itself is well laid out with a large variety of brands and they clearly make an effort to offer a wide array of options for most types of buyers. It was great to see they had some of the lesser-known but interesting brands like Nomos and Glashutte Original. That said, it would be great to see them add IWC, Grand Seiko, Vacheron or Lange & Sohne down the road which would really round things out.I would definitely recommend visiting this store if youre in the market for a luxury watch and you value great service.

Jorge is very patient and knowledgeable. Worked a trade for a Glashutte Original SeaQ. They have in-house master watchmakers who will look at your trades on the spot while you wait and Jorge will contact the owners and work on a deal. The brands they have are amazing for a suburban watch store. Blancpain, Breguet, GP, GO, HYT Ulysse Nardin, Zenith etc. This not another Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer store that you find in a mall. You will see and try on watches that are top tier horology. Amazing store.

06/20/2019 I found this establishment by rumor and reputation. I have a very inexpensive watch that has some degree of sentimental value, that had stopped working. After consulting with Jorge and being assured that they have a highly skilled watchmaker, I left it with them. The successful repair consisted of an extremely fine wire that had disconnected and a micro miniature screw that had somehow escaped the movement.Be assured that Jorge is a fine and credible man that you can trust to steer you in the right direction. Kudos to him and all the staff, as well.

ABHORABLE experience! STAY AWAY! As a medical student who got a watch as a gift, I brought it to them due to a faulty battery. They charged me $600 and after picking them up and wearing for one day, in July, the dial got covered in condensation. When I brought them back, because THEY didnt seal it correctly they tried to charge me $700 for water damage, with a 10% courtesy discount! When I called Cartier headquarters they were ashamed that these ppl are their dealers. Simply awful!
