Steve and Dylan Williams helped me with the purchase of a 2021 Rolex Explorer! They have the best customer service in all of Colorado! Diana and I came in to buy our first Rolex watches. Jon first assisted us in ordering our watches and then again when picking them up. I cannot say enough good things about Jon! Jon has been a fantastic jeweler for me over the past year. I was able to get my hands on a Black Bay 58 on a steel bracelet in blue most recently, and the experience was a pleasure as always. We had a great experience working with A.J. while selecting an emerald accent band for my wife. He’s very personable and engaging. Ultimately, we decided to place a custom order, and he was extremely thorough walking us through the process, describing the options and possible configurations, and ultimately helping us narrow down our selection to something that would be perfect for my wife. A.J. was extremely patient with my frequent prodding on order status and ultimately was successful in getting the ring delivered the day before we departed for an extended vacation. It was the perfect surprise after an evening of stressful packing for two children under 3!I’ve also purchased a Tudor and Rolex from Williams. Both times working with Brittany - both times a first-class experience. She clearly has a passion for timepieces and is extremely knowledgeable on their entire range of offerings. She was incredibly helpful and described, in depth, the details of each watch I looked at while pointing out unique features. Brittany was also a wealth of knowledge on upcoming releases in both the Tudor and Rolex lines, including nuanced information on updates and tweaks that were coming in the new models.I cannot recommend A.J. and Brittany enough for your future jewelry or watch needs.

Williams Jewelers are the best! They are an Authorized Rolex dealer and Jon at the Englewood store is my go- to agent at Williams. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered and prepaid for a Day Date 31mm for my wife. Also, I asked him to see about getting me a new GMT Master II as a matching watch with my wifes (which are nearly impossible to get) and he got me one within about 6 weeks. I offer my highest recommendation to anyone who is sincerely interested in a luxurious Rolex as a true keepsake and family heirloom to visit with Jon at Williams Jewelers in Englewood. Avoid the overpriced grey market and get one at a proper price. Walked in Williams Jewelers in Englewood with my husband and received a warm welcome from Dylan. We wanted to custom an anniversary ring based on the style that we had purchased at a chain store, but with better quality of diamonds instead. The chain store used diamonds of I color and SI clarity, but I wanted a minimum of G/H and VS. Dylan brought down their jewelry designer Pokey and walked us through the whole process. About a week later, we went in for wax fitting. Only a few minor adjustments were needed. Within less than 10 business days, Dylan personally delivered the beautiful ring to our house since Williams Jewelers is forced to close during COVID-19 lockdown. The ring is made exactly the way I wanted. We finished the tailgate transaction in the garage :) Thanks to Dylan for the professionalism and completed the order in such a timely manner during this difficult time! Top-notch business!! Pleasant, non-intimidating shopping experience. I also have entrusted them with numerous jewelry repairs and refurbishments over the years. My most recent visits were for the replacement of the crystal for my Rolex, and the replacement of a clasp for my bracelet . I dropped my watch on a tiled floor, and the bracelet had such a small clasp that it was unwearable before the fix. Now I can wear my Mom’s bracelet, and it’s a warm remembrance for me. I also am pleased with the engraving for my watch; it was well worth the reasonable price. Beautiful workmanship from a well-trusted company!
