Its is hands down the best place in the area for landscaping supplies. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable no pressure sales. If they cant help you they suggest other businesses that can.

I have been here before to get stone and was very happy with them. I went back to get top soil and they were sarcastic, rude and not professional. I sat in my truck, waiting my turn as they were loading a landscaper’s truck. Another truck pulled up, went in and paid for whatever he was getting. The man in the bobcat served him first knowing I had been sitting there waiting. I would not go back, I went to another place and paid more! I should have walked out when they made fun of my dog. Very disappointed!

After non stop searching for the BEST prices for the BEST products for landscape supplies this place is the answer. I have my own landscape company and majority of my costumers love the product. Good mulch

The lady that runs this business. Over charged me by $50. I came back the next day, and explained what had happened, but she wouldnt make it right.

Laura and her crew are very knowledgeable all things planting. Prices are good. Plus rocks, gravel, soils and mulch of all kinds. Delivery offered. Just give them a call. I wanted fertilizer for my plantains and mangoes. One day a few years ago i sais my macadamia nut tree refused to grow. She came over with a baseball bat and a towel. Whaaat? She put the towel oround the trunk and gave it some hefty whacks. Shocked it to grow. She knows a lot.

I love this place . . . Everything you need for Florida landscaping . . . I mean everything!!! The folks who work there are knowledgeable and always willing to give you the best advice on your lawn, beds and garden . . . I trust them to be there for me . . . Now, if only they sold tacos and hotdogs, Id move in . . . 😁

I ordered 2 yards of garden soil for my raised 4 x 8 x 18 garden bed. That measurement is for the exterior dimensions of the garden bed and comes to about 1.78 yards. The two yards I received came about two inches short of filling that space which would come to only 1.58 yards. Thats does not count for the the actual interior dimensions and the fact that I had chicken wire and a weed barrier on the bottom of my garden bed that rounded all the corners. So basically I got, at most, a yard and a half although I paid for two yards. Live and learn. If you use this company prepare to be shorted on what you order.

We bought 3 pallets of Floratam sod from them. One of them was the wrong time of grass but we didnt realize it until after it was laid. It looks horrible and were going to have to pay to re-sod the front lawn due to their error. At first, they said they would resolve it, but by 2 weeks later, we found out that resolving it meant denying responsibility and lying through their teeth to us about it. Laura, the manager, reluctantly stopped by to look at it, and had the audacity to claim it was definitely Floratam. I then informed her that she was standing in a part of the yard that hadnt even been re-sodded and was DWARF Captiva grass which I picked up from the sod farm personally. Since Laura sells sod for a living, does she really not know the difference between 10 dark green Floratam grass, 4 light green Palmetto grass, and 4 fine-leaf Captiva grass? Were not 3-year-olds, Laura. That kind of contempt for our intelligence is infuriating. If you buy from them, make sure you have what you want before leaving because profit apparently comes way before honesty and owning up to their mistakes at Forestry Resources in Englewood. Id give zero stars if it were possible. Buy at your own risk, or preferably elsewhere.
